My reservation was screwed up from the beginning I ended up having to get to you all trucks it was total chaos when they had me drop it off in Rockledge when they had me drop it off in Palm Bay when they were supposed to be both dropped off in Palm Bay Florida then I get there and drop the one off today and he doesn't even show I have it so no I don't recommend them I'm highly upset with them right now she got me the right size truck in the first place I wouldn't have had to have two U-Hauls and spent almost $500 that I don't have.

An hour in line at 9:30 AM on a Saturday, when time selected and preregistration completed is totally unacceptable!!!!! We were 4-5 in line and it took literally an hour before we were processed and on our way..... FOR A TRAILER!!! Two associates were on duty and the young man was working circles around the other associate.... 2 people on a Saturday morning isn’t working!!

The manager went above and beyond for us. We were having trouble with the Share 24/7, couldn't pick up our truck so we went to the Uhaul location 8n the next town. He walked us through and still wouldn't work for us so he set it all up for his location, took very little time to work it all out and was fantastic when we brought the truck back. Very very happy.

The individual who helped me was very friendly and professional. My only complaint is that the requested dolly was not provided upon pick up. I hold some blame as well as I did not verify that the dolly was in the truck prior to my departure.

If they take it out for x amount of days and bring it back early they should only get charged for the days they used it I took a 7 day rental And brought it back in 6 days but still had to pay for 7

The staff was AMAZING! They were very dpwn to earth, friendly and professional. The parking set up is awful!! Most of the trucks end up blocking the parking so it is hard to park or get out of parking.

I arrived and was met by my service advisor in the parking lot. She checked the truck, we went inside and it was all done in 10 minutes. Can't beat that for service. They are the best in the area.

I want the very same excellent service I recieved. It is little more that could be done on Uhaul's end to improve my experience. This particular situation prompts me to rate the Uhaul (781066) located at 213 Dixie Lane Rockledge, Florida to be giving a perfect 10/10 rating.

The manager there was horribly understaffed for the volume he is managing. It was impressive to see how he efficiently addressed every situation with every customer. The only clue that he was over run was all the trucks that were there. His demeanor and his level of customer service did not waiver due to the volume.

Service was poor. When trying to resolve issues with u-haul you could not get a hold of anyone because the phone was always being transferred to customer service. U-haul breaks promises.

not happy. The key pads do not work all the time. I was lied to about the time I could access times. I was told 7to10. Now it's store hours. Had to take off work to get moved. Not impressed!!!!!!

Alll of our belongings were covered in cockroaches, scales and some sort of poop pellets. We have to throw all of our furniture away. Never in 13 years living in NC did we have one roach. Speechless
