I had a fully furnished three bedroom home on a large truck. We got there at about five after driving eleven hours to get there. We were stuck with three units that were on the back of the facility...on the second floor, so we had to haul all of our belongings up an elevator on carts...that was fun for three people. Oh...I didn't mention: it was raining when we got there, and I had to drop my car from a tow dolly...one on the chains securing the car was stuck. The staff lent us tools to remove the chain from the dolly, but did not offer to assist...the guy, literally, sat in the garage and watched from the door while I took it apart myself, and then replaced it once my car was unloaded. Our belongings are dry, and inside...I guess we should be grateful for that.

I came in about 1 hour later than my reservation. I had got a call from Cameron and told him I was running a little behind. He said no problem and I told him what time I would be there. When I got there, he told me, “Oh, I was just about to cancel your reservation.” I said nothing but the tone was so condescending...like, oh we don't need your business. I kindly explained that I couldn't find my hitch lock key to remove it in order to attach my removable hitch. Another guy there, heavier-set Caucasian guy (slightly unshaven), chimes in, “Why would lock your hitch with nothing on it? I always take mine of and know exactly where I put it.” I was a little taken back by their attitudes toward a customer—and this guy went on and on and wouldn't let it go. Then they told me they only had 5 blankets. I said, “That's fine, do I get them for half what I was paying a dozen for? The Caucasian guy said, “No, it's the same price for 5 as it is for 12.” No apology, nothing. I was beginning to wonder if I was being “punked” because their attitudes were so obtuse—really strange. Someone should watch the security footage if you have it. I'll tell you if I were the manager of this store, the Caucasian guy I dealt with would be out the door. Oh, and he also reminded me that I needed to have the trailer back by 4pm since I reserved it for 10:30a and showed at 11:30 just to rub it in my face a little more that I was late....he was wrong about that since it's a 6 hour rental (it was returned at 3:55p). When I returned it, I folded the blankets. No one met me at the trailer. I had to walk to the side door where a girl was playing on her phone. She said, I have the trailer checked in. I said where do I put the blankets. She said I could bring them in. So after I folded them in the trailer, she made me bring them all inside, them take the trailer to the spot and unhitch it myself (a 6x12 isn't light)...never came to help at all. I have rented from this location 3 times so far I'm 10 months. This was horrible service. Love the location but you definitely have developed a problem here.

I always use this location...... Aaron was not customer service friendly in regards to attitude... & Jacob was courteous but actually appeared to rather be somewhere else. When I arrived to get the truck @ 1000, I was told that I needed to have the truck back by 3 pm, even though I rented for 8 hrs.That aspect was rectified. When I returned the truck , not only did I wait for about 15 min in the truck , I was told we will be out whenever we get to it. I did not want any unknown charges added to my bill , so I waited... this is not acceptable customer service. This is not the norm for this location... when I returned a truck several weeks ago .. I believe Steven checked the truck and could not have been more pleasant or helpful

UHaul APP doesn't work dependably. I've used it for renting at all hours. Couldn't locate me. (GPS was on and working on TWO phones) It wouldn't ASSOCIATE the order number to my account. Had number in email. Had to go inside. Thankfully during normal biz hours. Staff always great. Didn't receive the "check-out equipment" text. Reset odometer. Mileage and fuel incorrect by nearly 60 miles. Staff corrected; always great. Between the malfunctioning APP - all around -waiting for manual check-in, it cosforay schedule 1 1/2 hours on a tight day, when I had an equip appointment. I know the drill, and know IT. Love the APP...when it works. Staff say Wifi issues also. True, but this was the APP. How does one pick up overnight if mobile app not working?

As easy as renting a car. Very easy and they were very flexible. I'll definitely go to UHaul first the next time I need a truck.

The vehicle should be inspected for maintenance issues. The windshield wipers were totally shot, and barely moved enough water to see through. The other issue (not related to the UHaul location) was that the truck did not have cruise control. Other than these 2 issues, I was quite happy with the service.

Used this storage place for about 6 to 7 months until we sold our house and moved. The staff was always helpful and the facility was extremely clean! Mark and his team do an excellent job! Highly recommend this location if you need a storage facility.

A very nice facility! I have used many other U-haul locations and this one was by far the best! Equipment (trailer) was in good shape and only had one slight ding - it pulled well and made a one day 800 mile smooth sailing. I dropped the trial before they opened on a Sunday morning and had my receipt emailed by the afternoon! Great service and would recommend. Thanks and be safe!!!!

Make sure when they make a reservation listen and really do what you say your going to do. Don't say ok... and not do it. You may leave some stranded because you didn't do you job.

The no-contact pick up was great! I was able to check in through the texted link and got a key box code to get the key. Very simple!

The website does not work when you reach the section to upload an image of the odometer reading on return. I have rented there in the oastvan ran into the same issue. There was only one person working at the desk, and u waited 1/2 hr to return the vehicle. Eventually someone from the back came out to ask the rep at the desk why the truck was sitting out there. I had to advise him that I could not complete my return. He struggled but eventually was able to dobit on another device. Fix the website please!

The process was pretty messed up. I reserved online, I received a picture and location of where the van was parked, but it was parked in the wrong location and had to drive around the lot lookng for the correct vehicle. Then, I had to go inside and wait while the system was updated approving my rental. It was rather hectic.

I tried the online check-in and it was a horrible process. I'm not sure why Uhaul needs to call someone else besides the renter right before the rental. Seems unnecessary and completely offsets the convenience of the online option.

Well I scheduled my uhaul a week in advance with my needs, that doesn't mean much to Uhal. How do you feel you look out for your customers when you only call to confirm 8 hours before your move we just don't have the equipment you want oh by the way you will need to drive 40 miles out of the way now to get what you scheduled. Pretty shitty customer service policy from Uhaul not the counter employee. If someone books online well in advance you should be confirming and making necessary changes pior to the night before when the CUSTOMER has already made plans for moving at specific times. I’ve tried calling this location plenty of times. I moved out on September 25th. I had a contract up to 6 months due to Covid. I am a student and I was paying 34.95 a month. Now that my contract was up in July. I am still being charged for October’s monthly rent. I am not pleased with this level of service. I spoke with someone in the 19th letting them know that I moved out beforehand. After looking at my move out record it says I moved out on the 19th of October which is completely false. My bank account was charged -34.95. I need a refund ASAP. Just horrible

The communications could be better. I got a text message about turning in my truck on line to avoid a 20 dollar convenience fee. This fee would be for you checking in the truck. That was not tole to me at the time I picked up the truck. Also I don't that there should be a charge foe that.

The parking space to leave our cars are just too wide open. At least put on a gate on the parking area. I suggest a shed for the renter's vehicles parked, too. Although it's kind of safe in the area, you'll never when the thieves will attack. I love the self service of U-Haul in this branch.

There was only one issue, a slight glitch in the computer system allowed the young man assigning our unit and the young lady helping another customer to assign the same unit to both customers. Was a bit awkward when we drove over to the unit to discover we were both assigned the same unit. The young lady on staff however quickly found the glitch, was very apologetic, and was able to assign us a new unit. Both employees were very pleasant and helpful.

I enjoyed storing my furniture and valuables at U-Haul over the Summer. I always felt safe and secure whenever dropping things off. The unit was extremely clean and free from cobwebs and other critters that you tend to see in storage facilities. I will recommend this storage to my friends and family in the future.

Great service. At the desk we went over all of the storage options. After I decided on the size she showed how to swipe into and out of the facility. Took me to my unit and how to enter and lock.
