The truck was a rolling death trap,it was loud as a low budget airline, the sound was like the transmission wouldn't go into its last gear but it did, it couldn't keep a straight line on the expressway, a refund would be proper

I had a very good experience with U Haul. The people were very friendly and even helped me with the size of truck I would need. I will definitely use this service again and recommend to others. I don't think there is much more for you to do unless you have a glass of wine waiting when they come in!!!! Just kidding!

Staff should communicate better with when to put extra equipment inside trucks, like hand trucks and dolly's, I rented 2 time within a week each time we had to pull over to make sure the hand truck was on the truck we had to go back for it....

The only issue I had was the 24x7 mobile pickup was not working. We could not get it to work no matter what I tried either via app or online. However, the U-Haul personal was able to check me out and save time for me having to call support. In addition, I liked how the drop process was too. It made it fast and easy to drop my u-haul. Thanks

Only issue was didn't know someone that could "verify " my identity had to answer their phone. It took several calls to 3 people. If I had known I would have had someone lined up. Don't know what the purpose of this is anyway.

this location was acceptable, but the day before my Uhaul experience was not so good. the location in Covington ga. there was no one there even though the van I paid for was sitting outside, also no one answered the phone.. very disappointing after having a confirmed below email Dear Kenneth Powell An update to your order has been made. Customer service. Online order processing. If you provide the option to complete ordering online as opposed to in store visit at the counter, honor that! I should not have to answer the same questions online and in store. I was so inconvenienced and under serviced. I could not believe I had to drive back home to get the card I added to my account which took more time because no other forms of payment were accepted meaning Apple Pay. I have bronchitis and work in a COVID heightened environment. I try to ensure I don't practice outside of work as much as possible. To add, passenger carriage was soaked and the very very old. There was heavy rain and the passenger door would not close properly and there were parts hanging from the door!

Pay attention and screw the damn trailer hitch down. We left your Conyers Georgia location and our trailer popped off causing damage to our vehicle and almost causing us to lose control and crash. The attendant was not focused on work. You could tell he didn't want to be there or maybe that is how he is daily either way he put peoples life in danger.

I was not advised that there was a fee to drop off the truck overnight. The manager told me that she would call me back to let me know if she would be refunding the fee and I never received the call back. I would not recommend this location as you will be charged fees that are not disclosed and there is no follow-up by management to resolve issue with customers.

The associate I originally dealt with was great helped me to quickly check in and out and be on my way. However, there were too many issues with price discrepancies and after turning down all coverage for the AV rented, I was still charged the next day for coverage I denied multiple times. These charges ended up being refunded, but there were issues with prices from the beginning of my rental to the end. I won't be back to this U-Haul location.

The associates walk around & fail to acknowledge you even with a simple hello. It took me nearly 25 mins to get the truck & drive off. One because the trucks were so tight & they had them lined up blocking the entrance. A few times the truck wouldn't start right away. I even called in to advise this however wasn't given any compensation. Upon returning I advised the employee who also had the same issue. His response "yeah we know its a POS"

I'm very disappointed I paid over $500 for three units I only needed them for a day because I had a mishap in my closing so I had to move ASAP but I moved out of the storage on the very next day and was not refunded any of my money

I traveled from DE to GA and was given a small unit for a 15 ft truck so I was given two units but because they weren’t side by side they wanted me to pay for two. I’m just relocating I don’t have that kind of money right now. I called and was told by a supervisor it would be taken care of but nothing yet. Very aggravated!!

I was given a cargo van that once you turn it off the key would not come out. I was on a time schedule to complete some personal tasks. I had to go back to Uhaul because I couldn't get the key out of the Ignition. I reported this to Mason Hill with Uhaul. She said oh you have to pull the key tag. I asked her, “why didn't you say this when you give me this van?” She replied “Oh I couldn't remember which van it was at the time.” I was not offered another van. I was late for other errands because the key started not turning immediately when trying to start the van. This was not a good experience. I have rented from UHAUL in the past with no issues. The lack of resolve by customer service was very disappointing. I did not complete my personal errands which was the reason I rented the van. I have reservations about renting from UHAUL again not because of the problems with the vehicle, things happen, but the way this was handled or lack of resolve by the staff is concerning.

I gave this rating based on the fact that my items were tampered with and some things were stolen prior to me removing my items. In addition, the only lock that was on my unit was that of the staff (not my original lock) after being told that my lock will remain in place. Additionally, I have called the day that I was moving out of my unit and reported the incident...sent emails and still, “no response.” As an end result, I cannot recommend this facility to anyone. I have been a customer for over 17yrs and this is the first bad experience that I have had at this location.

We was towed that we can't go into the storage building at any time. We went to move on the 17th and at 10 when we got there what are access code was denied come to find out after 10 p.m. they close the doors and cut off the access code to where you can't get in. I don't understand why you have a access code and we couldn't get in. I think they need to clarify that the storage building closes at 10 p.m. and does not open till the next business day. Business is not handled that away when you have a storage building no matter where it's at and you got to access codes you should be allowed to get in at any hour it doesn't matter what time it is even if it's in a secured area and then lock doors as long as you got your access code then you should be able to get in. I had to finish oh my movie out of the building on the 18th of my fiance's birthday I don't think that's right that I had to give up my day plan for my fiance to come finish moving when we was there on the 17th and spoke to the lady in the office and she told us plain out that as long as you had your access code you're able to get in at any hours of the night.

When I come in there I was checking in and the lady misunderstood and told me to back up to the loading dock and that was all we needed to do. My girlfriend ask me what was the pin # and she had to go back in there to see what was wrong because the lady thought i was just storagin more stuff in fact we had just gotten there to check on. Also my girlfriend had a lock and y'all made us pay for another one high dollar one that is stupid when we could have just gotten a cheap one to put on there and bring the other one back there after we off loaded the truck. I think that is so stupid and it's all about y'all getting more money out of people who already has spent a lot of money on moving. If you want to have more business you need to let people buy what they can afford if they already have a lock but just left it in the car because we had to unload the truck and bring it back to the house so we didn't bring the car. I also think we should be able to leave the truck at any place that that it's a UHaul place.

Great customer service. The 2 men there were great. I can’t remember their names but one was light skin with curly hair and a black guy with Hope tattoo on his arm. They were wonderful. This one girl was doing my payment and she had me press the yellow button to enter for my pin but I was suppose to press the green button because I had to repurchase something and that’s what I did and it worked. She took my card and I putted the information into the screen I didn’t like that. But other then that the guys were wonderful.

U-Haul was beyond helpful!!! The General Manager Darrell Douglas in Athens who initially made my reservation was absolutely great!! He accommodated everything I needed and I was very thankful. I would also like to thank Ms. Janice Blackwell for her superior customer service when I called the corporate call center for assistance. She went above and beyond assisting me and is a great example of how all companies should treat customers. She informed me on information I was eligible for regarding a storage unit that I was unaware of, and I am thankful for that as well. At the Conyers GA location, the General Manager Christina Casteel was super nice and friendly. She greatly assisted me with the confirmation of my storage unit and U-Haul truck needs prior to even arriving. Once there she was even more helpful in person with assisting me with a lock purchase and instructions of how to access my storage unit since it was my first time having one. Also I spoke with another customer service rep at the call center named Heather Hargrove who very politely dealt with me on the phone while I had to cancel a reservation for my car dolly. She made sure to take care of all of my needs and was very nice while doing so, and even asked if there was anything that I needed. Overall, I had a great experience with U-haul during my move and I feel that all of these named employees should be recognized for setting a true example of leadership at U-Haul. Their level of commitment to excellent customer service should be modeled by all. Me and my family cannot say thank you enough! 1. Except For the frequent smell of the facility, the positives are all reflected by the answers to the questions above. Negatives include the following: 2. It almost always takes too long to get anything done at the office because you were understaffed there. 3. I had problems with using the online access such is it not reflecting the payment I had made. 4. Due to the placement of your inventory of trucks and trailers it was frequently difficult to find parking for accessing our storage area.

The guy who runs the place is argumentative. Not helpful @ all!! I moved out of my storage unit with uhaul & will no longer due business again. Staf helpful & friendly.The guy running the show is rude

Harold and Lee and ALL staff are very attentive and easy to work with. Anytime an employee walked by me I was greeted with a smile and an offer to assist me with anything I needed. Clean Facility!

I have been a customer for 7 years and on auto pay. When my card was changed with a new card it was never placed back on autopsy and I got charged late fees for 2 months. Christine managment no help.

Sunday hours can be a little earlier, i was trying to move out and couldnt get in until well after 9 because its not open til 9. and thats not the first thing that opens
