Way too expensive and water leak from drain in front of the door of my unit, left all I'd my belongings covered in mold!!!! There is no excuse for that leak to not be fixed, considering how much profit you make off the units. I had my belongings in your facility for almost 9years. Do better uhaul. As for Christine the manager, she was the most amazing person to deal with!!! She needs a much deserved raise!!!!

Just got the email from uhaul.com what is the 1 year promotion price for my 10×10 storage unit?
DUROY B | First ImpressionsStorage facility was clean, secure, and well lit. Moving carts on-site and a clean restroom were convenient. Climate controlled area was consistently above the advertised 85°F by up to 10 degrees. Access to the storage units is not 24/7. Outside of office hours, only a single side door is usable making big or heavy items difficult to move in/out of the facility. Security system is per unit and seems to be robust enough when coupled with cameras and building access restrictions. The loading/unloading area is only 6 parking spaces (3 pov height + 3 truck height), not trailer friendly, and employees routinely park here. Staff is very friendly. Pricing is $$$. Available quickly and easy to setup, but did not support my individual needs at a sustainable price point. I stored items here for 1 month and found a different storage solution.

Shae Asst manager did an exceptional job in de-escalating our encounter. She also stated and apologized as those two employees have had one-on-one discussions regarding other customer interactions. I did phone corporate (Michael & Tavarris Moss) and log an official complaint while in the store. I've been a customer for years at Conyers UHAUL and this has never happened. So unfortunate.
