Why don't we get cash back for turning uhauls or equipment in earlier? We should look into that because it's a plus for the company, (in meaning : equipment is there earlier for the next customer who may need it.

800 go uhaul needs to be totally revamped. definitely some coaching opportunities there. ive encounterd rude disrespectful and careless reps on numerous occasions. I had the most helacious stressful 3 days on account of Uhaul. Roy is the only one that took the time to really listen and understand as well as show compassion for my situation.

My original return location was @ the Exon @ 1801 Sigman Rd. The man was very rude told me the he was not going to accept it. He told me to call u haul and figure it out. He told me to get out of his store and shot a ?? at me. He can continue to sell his gas but he does not need to be a representative of UHaul. I would nevwe choose this location for pick up nor return. This location is bad business for UHAUL! TERRANCE @ The Dogwood location was very nice and curtious and turned my frown upside down. Thumbs up to TERRANCE!

I appreciate that you offer a self-login process, but it needs work. About 3/4 of the way through the process ... it just stops. And, I kinda resented I have to do the whole process and THEN go inside for a key! That made no sense at all.

Great experience from the beginning of the process to the return of the trailer. I had contact with 6 employees and they all exemplified great knowledge and customer service skills. I wa overly impressed. The gentlemen handling the pickup and return of the equipment should be commended for his knowledge, expertise and courtesy.

My truck had no A.C. but other than that everything went well. The site offered to change vehicles but I was in a hurry. The staff was very courteous!

The staff was great. The inside of the cab smelled like an animal had died in it and stayed there for days. It smelled worse the more I drove it. It was almost unbearable. I sprayed the cab down with Lysol and left the windows open, it helped very little.

GIVE ME THE BEST RATE WITH ONLINE RESERVATION.....I OVERHEARED OTHER RATES MUCH BETTER THAN MINE..NOT A GOOD FEELING.! Suggestion: Give your staff more sensitivity training in respect for 'EVERYONE'..and have a manager with the authority and ability to monitor and lead staff correctly in their interactions with the general public. HAVE HIM OR HER BE LIKE A "FLOOR WALKER" IN A DEPARETMENT STORE....WATCH AND "MANAGE" EVERYONE & EVERYTHING GOING ON INSIDE AND OUTSIDE, ALL THE TIME..DOES NOT COST A FORTUNE TO DO, AND IS EFFECTIVE. My reservation were wrong. They did not have my credit card information on file when i husband went to pick up the van. I called customer service to complain and was transferred to tge Traffic Department. After speaking with LaKesha in the traffic Department, she confirmed that my credit card was on file and that when my husband return the van, tell him to have the store contact the traffic Department. When my husband went return the van, he did as I instructed him to do per LaKesha in the Traffic Department. But the manager at the Conyers store Harold insulted my husband, refuse to use the credit card that i had on file, became very unprofessional and disrespectful. I contacted customer service to file another complaint against the manager but was only able to get information for the District Manager, whom i will be contacting first thing on Monday September 25th. I will NEVER recommend this store to anyone.
