The wait time was a little long , tried to go online to check in and there was a issue with the syste, so couldn't check online. Stood there for over 45 minutes. Then to find out there was no gas in the truck because people are stealing gas out if the trucks at night. That was a little frustrating because I'm 65 years old!I feel that should have been taken care of. Maybe instead of the theirs siphoning off the gas, maybe you should beat them to and empty the gas out of the trucks at night the theirs cant steal the gas and so that you save money and the thieves will figure out that they can't steal at this location! Employee are not friendly and knowledgeable. Went to place spoke to lady ask her if I can pay my rent for February on the day I move out she said that’s fine. End up charging me $15 late fees.

Rented a open Trailer. When picked up floor was covered in rocks and gravel. When I pointed it out to the young man hooking me up he just said to take pictures and post to the text U-Haul has you except the condition of the trailer. He Never offered to clean it out. Upon returning it a different person said I hadn’t cleaned it well. I showed her the pictures and told her what happened, she said sorry. I asked her for a discount $$. She said I would have to come back another day and talk to a manager. Then the young man who originally Hooke me up cam to help her get it off my truck says to her, It’s DIRTY! After the comments to U-Haul on the exception page not one comment or call from U-Haul. So are they really listening ?

Teach your employees the rules of rentals and your company policy. I went to your place on Feb 1 st spoke to one lady she dlsaid I don’t need to pay for my storage as I am moving out in 15th I can pay at that time. They end up charging me $15 late fees. I need my late fees return.

20" ordered on line for express check in. Slow service at check in. Only two staff on a Saturday am?? Contract indicated 1/4 tank, got in and it was empty, not 1/4 tank as indicated. Had to go straight to the gas station and then to the gas station. Not cool. Vehicle had over 110K miles on it. Barely got out of its own way. I had to sweep it out before loading my stuff into it. They need more help at the Corona facility. The staff was nice, just overworked I could tell by the look in their eyes seeing the long line line of people at 8 am.

WORST EXPERIENCE! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE HIGHLY REVIEWED. ONLY POSITIVE THING was Luis Calderon!. He was very friendly & has great customer service skills! He was wonderful.

I made sure that the level of the Gas was the same when I took it from the lot ( took it to a gas station a block away from uhaul, however the clerk who checked the van for return said the level was below the previous level when I drove it out of the lot and she had to charge me an extra $7.08. how could that be? I don't wanna argue with her so I just said ok and walk away. I would go to a different truck moving company in the future.

I want to see the customer service representative did above and beyond the call of duty by making sure that was air in the tires and helping me out with the questions that I had in the concerns that I had over my experience they made me feel comfortable and safe I definitely will recommend this location to my friends and family and on Facebook I want to take them again for the great service

General Manager was very rude and unprofessional. It's not good when those kind of people are in charge of things. The workers down below see that and think it's ok to have that kind of attitude towards customers. He didn't explain the process of renting a truck very well, at all, didn't acknowledge my concerns about the insurance I needed, how long I would need the truck,etc. Bottom line if this review means anything , can someone higher up please have a sit down with this General manager at this location and ask him if he really enjoys his job? People who hate there "job" or "LIFE" should really step down from any management position because there are good people out there who do care about others and want to HELP. I bet there waiting to take HIS position now!

Left tail light was dead if it was the same trailer as my last rental I let the attendant know last time it just doesn't seem like any of the equipment was maintained to an even mediocre standard the bearings had play and so did the coupler it will be why I choose another source for rental. Also it always seems like this location is short employees.

Gentleman who assisted me at the store was great. Excellent customer service and made sure to take care of everything we needed. EVERYTHING else about this experience was horrible. Took 2 hours online to find a store with the truck and storage we needed to find Uhaul decided to change our truck location WITHOUT contacting us. Just got a confirmation text with a new address. Then after us calling and talking to 4 different people to communicate that yes we wanted the truck but you changed our pick up location adding 30-45 minutes to our trip. This is expounded by the fact that we are in the middle of a 4,000+ mile trip. Finally, we got to the truck as the store was closing. Realized as I drove down the road that truck only had 1/4 tank of gas, headlights flickered, and it had NO TURN SIGNALS. Brought truck back and had to fight with online system to FINALLy let me check the truck back in. System wouldn't let me add contract to my account or setup a new account. On check in, I noted all wrong with truck and that it started with only 1/4 tank and that I disagreed with the charges and yet, Uhaul proceeded to change me an additional $130 for gas I didn't use. It's impossible for me to have used 3/4 tank in 8 miles! Had to call Uhaul to get this all fixed. I should never have to call Uhaul all the times we did in such a simple process.

Waited in line 25 minutes with an appointment. Google pay processed my payment but froze your computer so I had to walk to the bank to withdraw cash only to come back and have to wait in line AGAIN. Improve Customer service relations.

A full tank in the vehicle would be more appropriate, but I guess it's only necessary if a customer is going a long distance. So forget the previous comment please.

The trailer I rented was not very clean, found rusted nails and other debris after I swept it out at my home. Employee was great in blowing out some of the debris before I left store, but trailer really needed to be swept.

Renting and returning back was great. Only big problem is these folks give you empty truck, sometimes absolutely empty and they bank on whatever fuel is left in the tank when you return, possibly they suck the fuel out and dry the tank again. Poor practice.

The only issue we had was when we tried to contact the store to let them know we were stuck in traffic due to an accident and no one answered the phone and it kept going to the corporate call center. Other than that excellent service.

I rent trucks for my business 3 -4 times a month i love u haul i got a 6' truck sat. 28th gas was on empty then they charged me $20. Because i called 1st thing next day to close bill i will never use U haul again going to buget so much for valued customer, customer service no help No return call from u haul 6th st. Corona California.

1st I stepped in a dog shit in your lot 2nd you gave me a trailer without a stand I almost heart my back lifting it 3rd it took too long to process my papers when I got it and after I returned it 4th when I consult your representative about the condition of the trailer he responded by lifting his shoulder and his arms meaning take it or leave it Over all I wasn’t happy at all with the whole experience sorry to say that

I didn’t appreciate the new check in protocol — take my picture, take picture of DL, multiple alternate phone numbers. This is too invasive. I won’t be renting from Uhaul again. Regarding staff, The guy & gal that checked me in/out were great but the other gal, well, she needs to Be cognizant of her surroundings and control her mouth while talking out loud to herself. I don’t think a foul mouth is what Uhaul wants as a representative.

I put gas into the truck before returning it. The pump automatically stopped when the sensor tripped. I returned the truck. The person I returned the truck to turned it on and he was going to charge me $20 because the fuel gauge showed less. But I notified him I put gas into truck and the truck was not on a level surface when he checked after returning it. There needs to be a level surface area to check fuel gauges properly

Very awesome service! Manager Juan was great and the gal who brought my van out for me had the heater on when I got in, great since it was raining today. Very pleased. Check out at the end was also very seamless and gentleman who helped me was thorough and quick. I will be back. Thank you!

The electronic check in/out method Uhaul has started using is terrible. In order to review truck condition I had to approve photos, which were too small to even see any of the “x” marks and zooming in only produced a blurry image where nothing was distinguished. I tried uploading my own pics of damages that I saw without an “x” on the actual truck, but got error messages every time I tried to upload. Super lame!!! Then trying to check in, no info was given, telling me to stay inside truck while doing online check in. I put the keys in the Dropbox, and only then did I see the requirement for taking picture of the dash in order to check in. Couldn’t do it, truck was locked, so unable to check it in online. Seriously need to provide more info about the online check in!

We were given the truck with no fuel. The fuel gauge was below empty. We put $15 in immediately after leaving the facility. The gauge did not budge. We had to put another $15 in. When the truck was returned we only drove 15 miles and we’re not compensated for any of the additional fuel that we had put in. Not sure how a company could give you a truck with the fuel gauge less than empty. Based on 9 miles per gallon, we should’ve only put about six dollars in. We put in 30. Ridiculous

Pick up Location hich Uhaul have provided me was too far from my location due to tow dolly for vehicle. That has wasted almost 3 hours of my time.

The rental had 1/4 gas in the tank at pick up. I had to fill up the tank to full and when I dropped it off, the agent said “too bad, we can’t do anything”. This is the FIRST time I rented a U-Haul with an empty gas tank and I paid almost $80 to fill up the tank because I did not want to stop midway to refill.

Just want to thank the management and staff at Uhaul of Corona for always being so friendly every time i would go. I would of kept my unit but the drive from Hemet to corona wasn't working for me.
