Staff not friendly. Had their own conversation regarding how much work they had and disparaging the company at the counter. They wanted me to park the trailer I rented between two other trailers, risking damage to equipment. Also, the sizes on your website are MISLEADING. I rented a 4x7 trailer, but the inside measurements did not accommodate a 4x6 sheet of plywood I bought. Useful size of trailer is not shown when making a reservation. Your site prompts you to make a reservation, so the interior size of the trailer should be mentioned, not just the exterior dimensions. The trailer was USELESS. I wasted time and money renting a trailer that was too small for my needs.

I am a senior citizen that has used uhaul all my life. With them not allowing me to use the vehicle for the time they charged me for, was unacceptable. I am so disappointed with Uhaul that I sent an email to their General manager and he/or she, didn't even have the courtesy to email me back. Wow have times changed. Customers used to matter--not anymore.

The person who was helping me was RUDE, Cocky, and he was always on the phone talking to somebody while helping me park the utilty trailer at a TIGHT PARKING SPACE. he was also arguing with me when i ask him why do i need to park it at thre exact trailer parking space when its too tight to manuever and i might end up hitting other trailer on each side and the light post? his answer was well, you have no other choice! its the U-haul company policy!! I am surprise that i cant no longer leave the utility trailer at U- Haul parking lot instead? I am being required by this desk guy to park AT THE utility trailer exact parking space align with all other utility trailer which is very tight to manuever. i had been a loyal customer of UHAUL for so many many years but due to this bad experience with this RUDE and Cocky employee i am asessing my options if i will still rent at UHAUL the next time i need rental equipment. if he is one of my employee i will terminate this guy in a heartbeat!! My experience was very unpleasant the truck that rented was very dirty it was not possible to carry my things like that and I myself had to clean it both in the cabin and the back box when I returned I tried to get the staff to listen to me and I only received rude answer did not mean to listen to me literally turned his back on me.

What you can do better is provide the customer the equipment as in the confirmation email and not have the regional office call you a day or two before to let you know that there are no trucks available of the size you need and have a confirmation email on. Do some training with your staff on how to explain to a customer why they were sent a confirmation email and the difference between a confirmation and a request. UHaul will not be my first choice as it has always been in the past..... in the future I will search out every other option of rental moving companies/vehicles before calling UHaul. You may have lost a customer for life!

I just like to know why did I had to pay a extra $25.00 Cleaning Fee for the outside of the Truck? The person didn't even know if there was a charge for the outside of the truck but she still charge me for it. I even paid for the extra coverage on it. I would like to receive my $25.00 back

When we received the truck we waited until he was finished "checking it in " as I was told. The person at the desk informed me that I had a full tank which was great being that I was unfamiliar with the area, when in the truck I noticed the tank was 1.4 I went back in and the person at the desk told me not to worry about when I requested it be changed on the paper received 1. Gas was at 1/4 which is a far cry from "full" 2. The windshield was dirty both inside and out 3. And I highly doubt it was sanitized in any way shape or form because it was dusty and dirty Being that the area in which this county resides I believe it is in the purple tier and due to Covid I felt extremely apprehensive in even putting my hands on the steering wheel, I just so happen to have sani wipes with me and completely covered every area of concern. The truck drove fine and our return was good although I had to convince them to deduct the extra day of what you call equipment insurance. I left the truck with more gas than I received it in and wasn't offered any deduction. I really am uncomfortable due to not being sure where or who last used it and will follow up with a covid test I might sound extreme but you just never know and feel your company should follow protocols in ensuring the safety of everyone including staff who did not wear gloves. I expect a response and a refund of sorts. Thank you Juley Soteros

Hi There When I picked up my rental and was checking out at the counter, I was asked to remove my mask so they could take a picture of me. I dont understand why I photo had to be taken of me when I provided my license (twice) to uhaul, once online and then again in the store, and then provided my credit card (twice), once online and then again in the store. The photo was taken with a cell phone. This goes against state and federal mandates for use of masks indoors. Can you explain why your staff asked me to do this and put my health at risk? This is unacceptable in the midst of the greatest pandemic of this century and I was asked to put my family at risk for a photo. I have a wife and elderly father in law at my house. Given that this is the only instance I have been in public without a mask I hope we don't have to take legal matters if in fact Corona Virus enters my house from this encounter.

Overall great service. The truck I rented had an empty gas tank when I picked it up, I understand the locals like to help themselves to the gas from the trucks. I suggest locking gas caps.

I had to return the first truck before I did my move because the left mirror fell off. The second truck worked well until I went to fuel it and gas poured out the bottom of the truck. Are these vehicles safe?

1. Need Parking lot for customer rather than parking on the street. One customer car's window was smashed. 2. The person checked my rented truck back in mis-read odometer reading & overcharged me for over $ 1300. I had to come back to the office to talk to the owner to straighten it out. 3. Should provide the customer the receipt once the equipment is returned

Guy at check out told me no trucks were available After checking app I booked one outside in like 5 minutes. Went back in and checked out thru another person. The guy who told me didn't have any more trucks just stared at me like I did something wrong Then another guy brought me up a truck was gone in 10 minutes. Pretty much your counter guy sucked and did not know what his job really was

Overall, my experience with U Haul customer service had been always good , except the day that I came early ( 10am) to pick up my trailer reservation. The desk person was good in helping me except a unknown young male guy behind him who was rude and unprofessional. He was laughing loud when I describe to the desk person that the lady who help was an old Lady. He was not even the person who was helping me. This kind of employee behaviors are a the ones that gives bad reputation on a company. I suggest that the management should address this issue to prevent further future problems with other customer. I been always happy doing transaction with Uhaul and I will continue to stay with Uhaul for any other future rental transaction.

The larger trainer I had reserved, confirmed and douple checked on was not ever made available to me. I had to wait over an hour and finally you had a very small trail that I was forced to take. The cost me a great deal of time and money. I had people I paid waiting to move my office that made to stand around an wait then their were several thing I need to move that did not fit. I will NEVER rent from UHaul again and will tell everyone I not have poorly you handled my reservation. So disappointed in your lack of communication this could have all be prevented if you would have notified me the morning of my rental and allowed me the opportunity to go to a different location but you waiting until I cam for the pick up to tell me and still keep me waiting for over an hour. As a business owner I know the importance of customer service and you DO NOT!

We reserved a 26 foot U-Haul truck and was called the day before to tell us that we could only get a 15 foot because the person who had our truck decided to keep it an extra day. We did not finish our move in the time allowed and had to make several trips which cost us more money in mileage.

Both employees I interacted with were great and helpful. The vehicle had a cracked windshield and the gas had been siphoned out, so the employee had to add a small amount so that I could drive to the gas station. Uhaul needs to do something to better secure their property. Vehicle should be in appropriate condition at the time it was reserved for.

Worst experience ever. They basically canceled my order day before my move saying they didn't have truck I needed available...even though I reserved a month ahead of time. I had to rent a smaller truck ONLY after me telling them to look again and see what's available. I wasn't able to move all we needed to!

I rent often from U-Haul and this is easily the most well equipped and convenient local location. Comments for Improvement: You should build a brick wall around this facility because the bums of Corona are hurting business.

The only thing I want to say is that I think it's pretty ridiculous that the online reservations aren't in sync with what is actually available. Thankfully the truck that I reserved was there but I saw two people in front of me get told that their reservation was over booked and that they had no truck for them. That needs to get fixed asap.

The customer service that served me very badly, I am thinking of making a legal claim ... this man attended me at 9 and 10 AM after I made my queue, I told him I had a reservation, and he simply told me that there was no availability, inisiti And nothing just told me to leave, not that they wanted to give another address for Uhold, apparently he didn't understand me or I didn't understand him. I DID CRIMINATE ME ... I went to find another place to rent a truck, but I remembered that I had a reservation number I wrote and with that I returned, again the same customer service told me that there was no availability and again they did not want to attend us, and you did not attend, until my family told me to speak with another customer service who attended me correctly .. .... I think these types of employees only make the company look bad ...

The trailer I rented was quite dirty inside, really needed to be pressure washed. I had to lay down cardboard and a tarp before loading my furniture as I didn't want any contact with whatever was stunk on the floor of the trailer. Equipment functioning was good.

The truck was dirty in the back where u load things up. Funny how there is a sign that you must return it clean to avoid 25$ charge. Truck was dirty do I get a 25 discount for cleaning truck out? Second time renting this month first time it was good this time not so good experience

I found it extremely insulting that I had to provide phone number for two other people in order to rent a truck for a few hours. If that's the way you want to treat your customers, I'll go elsewhere next time.

When I picked up the 20 foot truck it had less than 1/2 a tank of gas so I immediately went to the gas station and filled the tank as I didn't know what the gas mileage would be. When I returned the truck it was still showing full and I went over my estimated mileage by 14 miles. Before anything was done for the return I informed the Rep of the gas being full and I asked that we just call the 14 miles even. All I was requesting was that I not pay anything extra for the 14 miles, which turned out to be $18.00, as I basically was giving Uhaul about $60.00 in gas. The Rep said he didn't know how to do that and another more experienced Rep came to assist. He asked if he gave me a fuel credit before resetting the fuel gauge on the app ... he said no ... and then I was told there was nothing they could do and that they had to charge me the additional $18.00. Needless to say, I was very frustrated. This was the 3rd truck that I have rented from Uhaul since February 2020 and it may be my last. I certainly would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Just want to thank the management and staff at Uhaul of Corona for always being so friendly every time i would go. I would of kept my unit but the drive from Hemet to corona wasn't working for me.
