This trailer was very hard to keep under control. We had to stop several times to make sure the tires were aired up. The wall that is used to tie to was broken and there was broken glass in the trailer we had to clean before we used it. The door was very hard to open. We rented a trailer the week before and it was amazing. This one needs to be retired.

This location was very unprofessional the check in and out instructions was not giving then when i got a call back the return date wasnt right you would think they would of check cameras first before attacking me but on s.e high i would never go to them again until everyone in that store has more training

The staff is very, friendly ,and understanding. The facilities are very clean ,well maintained ,has easy access, and secured with alarms that surprised me after I had forgotten to use my card to sign in. thank you very much to the GM and person' for the understanding help. all and all made a not so pleasant move day, a bit better

Tire blew out while using tow dolly. A nail embedded in the other tire which was also replaced.Then I drove 10 hours with no trailers lights because the wires were shorted after the blocked out. Maintain your equipment people !

Absolutely the worst service ever. I was told by 2 uhaul employees I'd be reimbursed for days I did not use. I paid moving guys extra money to get it done in a day shorter, just to have uhaul say “you are shit out of luck”. -1/10

There needs to be a sign explaining where the key drop is, that is a very rough area of town and I was out walking around for over twenty minutes trying to figure out where to put the keys (watch surveillance video).

Well lit and secured place, but the first person who signed us up said 24 hour access was available. The next person we checked with said that wasn’t true, and the building closed by seven. We are moving stuff after work, so that does not leave enough time to get stuff done. The woman we spoke to about the 24 hour access issue was rude and said that option never existed, but it’s on a sign in the office, behind the desk on the right hand side. Also, the way the door was set up, it was incredibly difficult to get a round lock on there. I wouldn’t recommend this storage place to another person.

Even though the power was out at the pick up location off SE 59th and I-35, the lady that helped me was very helpful in getting me the trailer I needed very quickly. I assumed she was the only one there and even hooked the trailer up to my truck.

When I arrived, there was only one associate to assist myself and three others. This normally wouldn't be an issue, however, while she was assisting the customer ahead of myself, she made three personal phone calls that disrupted the help that the guy in front of me was needing to rent a truck. In addition to the terrible customer service, I attempted to check in first through the app, but this location didn't have any of the trucks that I was assigned to. Once I was finally able to retrieve keys from the associate, I unwrapped my furniture pads and they were extremely dirty with mud, hair, and dirt all over them. This was not a great experience. I was disappointed that the app check in didn't follow through as I try to limit person to person contact with covid.

Our original rental location was on North E. 12th St in more Oklahoma. They treated us very poorly. The prices of your boxes were double and they told us if we wanted boxes to go to the other location where they sell in bulk. We went to the location we rented the truck from and got boxes and everything we needed including locks and they treated us very very well. You will never go to the place on 12th St. again they make Uhaul look bad.

I was glad to be a past employee, waited to be hooked up, but chose to hook up myself after waiting for a while. Before checking out, took time because employee could not figure out why my reservation would not rent a ramp trailer, I was told from the employee that it was a rotation RT, could not get fixed, had to go with another smaller trailer. I pointed out to employee that marker lights were pushed in and a few did not work, the line of lights. Plus check your inspection stickers, way out of date. Thank you, God bless, Keith Love

Clean\sanitize your vehicles it makes no sense for someone to rent a truck and it had blood on the inside and out of the door,and that isn't safe at all.

Due to your computer issue at your office, I didn't get my truck until 9:40 instead of 9am but you still required it back on time!!! I feel I need a refund of 30 minute $$$

Don't surprise your customers in the 12th hour that the deal has to be in cash because your credit card machine is not working. After driving from Dallas and waiting 20 minutes in your facility, and after my wife dropped me off I was told that I would need $100.00 in order to rent the truck because your credit card machine is not functioning properly.

I would totally market to Teachers. Those who have to move out of their classrooms and need a place to store belongings for the summer. Good pricing and easy pickup/delivery. First month FREE is great!! I plan to use them again.

Make sure the mileage is correct in the system. I drove less than 10 miles and only put $4 in tank to replace gas. I was charged for almost 60 miles. Please compare your paperwork to speedometer and take a picture of the mileage before you drive off.

my fiancé and I were exceptionally satisfied with service here. However, A uinsurance claim from June still hasn’t paid my rental car expense due to my car being in shop from damage of a Uhaul trailer

My truck broke down during my move which lead an inconvenience. For the people who were helping me move. And I never heard from uhaul but they took more money from me there next day.
