I was charged for gas. I picked up the uhaul at q tank and returned it at q tank. A lady called me and kept repeating the same thing and then gave me an email to send a picture to her. The email kept bouncing back, it isn't a functional email. Either way, I picked this uhaul with the dashboard saying 36 miles to go and returned it with 42 miles to go. This has to be fixed or I'll have to go to my bank and block the transaction. Because I haven't heard back from anyone and nobody is picking my calls.HOKOHA MAGNUS I.

Check out process of the truck was very unsatisfactory. The employee present was inattentive and much more focused on taking and making phone calls (which while I was standing waiting for her to even acknowledge me did not sound like customer calls at all). The check in process was better. The young lady present helped us out quickly.Rachely H.
The air didn't work and when I told the person that was working she went and felt the air and said oh it's cold but you had to cup your hand around the vent to even fill the air. Truck ran really rough, gas smell really strong while driving. Also I only drove 19 miles and they charged me for 21 miles. The truck had a lot of wear and tear; with most scuffed and/or damaged areas previously marked. But I'm sure that U-Haul is dealing with supply issues (like many businesses), so this was one of a few trucks available. Beyond that, the truck was clean & worked just fine. Lady checking out Rental Truck was rude, had her friend on her speaker phone the whole time we were checking out. Had to listen to her friend talking to her husband and children. We returned the truck at same gas level as taken, only drove around18 miles and they are saying we used 1/4 of tank of gas, for less than18 miles, we would have to have been drag racing to use that much fuel. But, we did not use that much fuel, we returned truck at same level, the guy checking us in said it was spot on. He could not get any of his electronics to work phone or computer, he just wrote information down and said "you are good". Thanks a lot, should not have trusted him. We even took a picture, now we are going to have to deal with this lady again to get this 23.38 gas charge removed.MICHAEL F.

Have the equipment easily available. The "Key Pickup Boxe's (#3) was extremely hard to open and had to wait for help with it. Then days later the manager called and said the charge on my bank card didn't go through and asked if she could rerun my card. I said yes. Now there are three different charges in my account would combined equals twice the cost. So, I need the amount I am overcharged refunded to me ASAP.KELLY H.

The woman who runs this store is awful! She is rude and her customer service skills are COMPLETELY non existent. We requested our truck be held at a different location and she said, â€œIt's 3 miles from here, should I add the 6 miles to your mileage?â€ It was actually 5 miles...so yeah, that 10 extra miles was annoying AF when you're moving THAT MUCH stuff that far and having to drive back and forth. I digress... Her children were running around the store half clothed and barefoot and her dog was barking and running around the store as well. She was not focused on anything work related because she was so busy talking to her kids and the dog. I don't know how ANYONE runs a business this way. The truck was in incredibly poor condition. It was raining at the time we rented and if you put the wind shield wipers on any setting BUT high, they just stopped wherever they were on the windshield. There were half a dozen hazard and emergency lights on. The truck should never have been able to leave the lot. And when you're putting gas in the tank to return it, it doesn't gradually fill on the gauge. It jumps about 1/16 of a tank at a time. We filled a 26 ft truck, 5 times...I would rather walk the 7 miles each way, carrying our belongings one by one than to EVER get a U-haul from this location again. And if I reserve a U-haul again and it gets held at this location, that's exactly what I will do.Ricky C.

My boxes kept falling over and they we not cheap boxes. They had mice really bad and they got into alot of my things. Said something about it and they were like oh well not my problem. Well lit and secured place, but the first person who signed us up said 24 hour access was available. The next person we checked with said that wasn’t true, and the building closed by seven. We are moving stuff after work, so that does not leave enough time to get stuff done. The woman we spoke to about the 24 hour access issue was rude and said that option never existed, but it’s on a sign in the office, behind the desk on the right hand side. Also, the way the door was set up, it was incredibly difficult to get a round lock on there. I wouldn’t recommend this storage place to another person.Madison R. | Overall Experience
