Uhaul did seem to possibly need realigned, but otherwise great to do truck share in times of covid.

the mobile service for pickup was a bit difficult to use.
This was my first time renting an enclosed trailer. I would have appreciated an explanation of how the lock/latch mechanism on the overhead door worked. Same with attaching it to the ball hitch, and connecting the safety chains and wiring harness. It could have been as simple as the employee narrating what he was doing as he was doing It.
Couldn't have gone better!
I had left something behind in front of the storage unite. The staff held on to it and I was able to pick it up the next day. I appreciate that they did not throw it away.
These guys were great.
Need to secure dolly better. We did not rent one, but one was in back of truck, where if you broke the ties, you got charged for the dolly. We never broke the ties. But when we arrived at rental location to return the equipment, the dolly had broken loose.

I moved out on 1-22-2021 and went to front desk to check out and remove my card. The agent assured me it was removed. 3 days later, they debited my card. Now I wait up to 5 days to get the credit. Not good business.

The guy, (didn't catch his name) who processed my equipment was very friendly, and went above and beyond.
I had a family member die and was unable to have the truck returned right when it was supposed to be. I spoke with amber to try to tell her and she advised me that wasn't their problem. Not very happy with this location!
Trying to return the trailer was a bit of a hassle because when we rented it we found out afterwards the associated hooked up the wrong trailer number to our vehicle. When we returned it, it appeared we had the trailer for two days when we only had it less then 3 hours. Mason helped us with the return and was very professional but more detail should be given to insure the trailer matches the customer contract. 2nd time using this location. Overall good experience.
The trailer was junk! The handles didn't work well. I had to stop every 200 miles because the straps kept coming off! And the hand cranks were rusty and extremely hard to move after sitting a while What a joke! Made my move MISERABLE!!

Motorcycle trailer was in good condition tracked straight while towing. The staff was efficient and helpful, they did all the hook up and inspections, upon return I did not even have to get out of my truck. Great Crew.
the drivers window in truck we were using was not sealing and MAN WAS IT LOUD!!!!!!!! That makes for a looooooong trip
I dropped the truck off after hours so I can't really review if the location was clean/inviting or if personnel were helpful. I did appreciate the quick delivery of my receipt via email, though. I was a little confused on where to leave the truck, since the lane marked "equipment return" was fairly full. Other than that, excellent location for an After Hours return.
Quick in and out service.
The truck I was may not have been totally roadworthy. The suspension was shot. The steering/front end was loose. The brakes squealed each time they were applied. I continued with this truck because of a very tight deadline. Had I had more time I would have not accepted this truck.
Not having a hold on customer credit cards for 3 to 5 business days. I feel it's not good customer service honestly in my opinion. When I rent a car they put a hold on your card but when you return the vehicle the money is returned back on your card instantly. Maybe Uhaul should adopt to that practice.

The gentleman who hooked the trailer to my truck, stated I could return it to any U-Haul location in Temple, Texas and didn't indicate I had to call an 800 number to find out which one to take it to.
The employee that help me and my wife was very rude
I rent from this u haul at least 4 time a year and have had a great experience ever time. THANKS
It seemed that the trailer either had tires that were not round or unbalanced. At 50-55 mph it shook on the Highway while not loaded. Once loaded with my Jeep it was better. But the service was excellent. One employee, Matthew, was extremely helpful and professional. He made that store look good.

I specifically ordered a appliance dolly and before l left l reiterated asking is it in the truck? Yes ma'am it is. Get to our move location start to load appliances there's no appliance dolly it a truck dolly. I called the next morning bcz it took time to get more people to move the huge appliances and we hadn't even started on boxes yet. Then he offered me a extra day but the bill still billed me for a app dolly we didn't get. Next time they need to be more attentive to the specifics & should have taken that charge off. Otherwise it was a good experience.

After returning the haul I rented. I forgot my motorcycle key and my military knife inside the haul. I notified about them finding it and it would be there waiting for me to pick up that day or the next and when I should up to retrieve my items. My military knife was stolen by one of the employees. I still have yet to receive a call from this uhaul location to resolve the issue

It was not clear in the email instructions that I had to “check in” first by entering the code on the keypad to the right of the sliding door before using other keypads for entry. That caused confusion and I had to ask the desk personnel for clarification.
My entrance code has not worked yet. It was finally deleted yesterday and I was given an access card to enter

The staff is great except for the manager who is an idiot. I rented a trailer and a truck from Uhaul within a month, which got me 2 months of storage for free. When I moved my things into a storage unit, they told me (the staff) to talk to the manager when my second month came up and he would work with me. That it actually was for 2 separate units, but that he would work with me. When I asked him (Rob, I’m talking about you) about the 2nd month he told me I could have it if I moved everything into a different unit (like right beside the one I was in!!) I was shocked!! This makes no sense and he corrected me and said it does! Ok So....I was to move my stuff to the unit beside my unit??? He obviously doesn’t understand what customer service means. He told me he didn’t have a button for that. Really...??? I moved everything out within the next two days and will not use Uhaul again. I know that doesn’t mean a thing to your bottom dollar, but it sure will be a story I share with anyone who asks about using Uhaul.
Loading and unloading furniture could be made easier if there was less rise or more ramps available. Also we had to wait about 20 minutes till there was a place to park to unload.Both of these could be areas for improvement. Overall we enjoyed our experience. Thank you!
Not as convenient to load / unload as some locations due to lack of a ground floor “park next to” doors and the Slowness of the elevator.
Uhaul provided a great customer experience. The unit was clean and climate controlled, and cost a fair price for the quality of space provided. However, I would prefer that they added more customer service representatives to their team, because I was often on hold for 15 minutes or more whenever I called.

I've always enjoyed doing business with U-Uhaul yet this facility I experienced theft. When I moved out, I noticed a lot of my brand new items which I placed in my storage unit were taken out. I do hope that they watch the camera vedios and discover the culprit and that I will receive full reimbursement for my items that were stolen. I'm a senior living on limited income.
I came in and Angela Deaver quickly helped me get my truck reserved and thoroughly showed me which storage unit would work for me. We got everything squared away and she showed me exactly where my unit was located and how the check in process worked. It was an excellent experience and that's why I'll be using Uhaul from now on.
Excellent facility and staff. Four star rating instead of five just because access is less efficient than gated storage unit we moved from in another city. Being able to drive through a gate, then park close to your unit, and load through whatever door to the facility is closest to your unit is more efficient from my experience than a single door access location like this one. Elevator is large and this arrangement will work fine for periodic visits. Just took a little longer for initial “fill” and will take a little more time when we need to empty it.

Storage unit was too expensive.
Ok so your facilities are plenty nice with reasonable prices but here’s the problem.... we’re in the middle of a pandemic and your staff did not wear masks or gloves. They also did not keep 6 feet apart from each other or the customers. Also, there were other people moving in at the same time as us welcome were literally smoking in the elevator. If I get sick in the next 14 days I’ll know exactly where I caught it. It’s insane they your company isn’t taking COVID-19 seriously.
Loved walking into the place first thing in the morning, the smell of the sanitizer made me feel better about moving in and out of the facility during the pandemic.

I was a little confused about access the unit, but the staff assisted. The rental process was very easy and the unit itself was set up and ready to go.

the locking slide on my storage unit is very difficult to open and to close. If it were not for this issue I would have given an Excellent-5 star rating.
My daughter used this facility to store items in the past and the staff was just as professional and helpful now (during an uncertain national health crisis) as back then. Thank you for instilling excellent business ethics within your employees.

Great storage, I'll use them again. My only complaint is they don't let you rent for less then a month at a time. So I had to pay for a full month, for my 10-days over, because they don't pro-rate.

Need to make sure when someone says they want their payment auto drafted that it’s actually auto drafted. ESP when the first payment was cash and the card was on file for auto draft.

The move out was simple and easy.
My only frustration is that I rented a Climate Controller Storage Space for Two Months and then rented a moving truck, but I was not eligible for a refund on one of my months of rent for storage.

I was singled out because of my religion and accused of doing something with no proof and though I escalated to corporate nothing was done. My last time at a uhaul.

Storage Units are clean and secure. There are free amenities like carts, bathroom, water fountain, and elevator for convenience. The staff are amazing. They will bend over backwards to help you.
U-Haul met my needs for moving and storage.
The- staff was pleasant and efficient,
the staff here was nothing but nice and helpful. The only issue i have is that there is some creepy dude who sits outside the door and smokes cigs. very creepy.

Entry is complicated and never worked without assistance from the office. No garbage cans or dumpsters. And the fact that I had to pay a full month’s rent when I checked out on the 5th.

Impossible to access payments online each month. People on the office rude & do not care about their clients. I got in shock a company like U-Haul treat clients on this way after the got it, not care.
I'm so glad that I did not lose my things. I struggled with finances and were given the opportunity to save my things. I was so Blessed.
My average rating is because my access card rarely worked as it was intended. It became a hassle to visit the storage. Other than that, my experience was highly positive.
The only issue, if you could call it that, is that it takes at least 10 minutes of Bitter Sweet Symphony to actually speak to someone. Every time.
