I rent here frequently. This is a great location. However, on this rental, they should have selected a unit that was readily available instead of the unit buried behind other units, to save time and work for the staff. Also, the staff member trying to direct the truck back and trying to connect the trailer needs training in both of those areas...

My 10'Van brokedown before my last moving trip (Battery died) However, when i called U-Haul Customer Service the Representative helped me figure out what to do, so the unpleasant experience was turned quickly to the Best U-Haul Experience. Despite the vehicle inconvenience all else Was Excellent. Thank You U-Haul!

We rented a trailer for the morning, and a storage unit. Quick checkin, since they provide online checkin before standing in line. The line was long, but the front desk people were fast, and thorough, and pleasant. The place is clean, and has everything for moving and more. And prices are cheaper than Home Depot and Lowe's for boxes and tape.

I was not notified that I would have a larger vehicle and was not happy about it. The employee was very rude about it and then was trying to be cool about it when I got outside alone with him. Also the vehicle was given to me with 3/4 tank of gas instead of 7/8 and I was told it would be documented but I was still charged for returning it with 3/4 tank of gas.

Truck door sounded like it would fall of every time we opened it. Uhaul checkin app is a joke and insanely complicated & glitchy. Truck was missing equipment we rented & the key to the lock broke off immediately

The site does a lot of business due to the time of year and the military base. Possibly because of this they recommended and reserved a 15 ft truck for us when we needed a much larger truck. This became abundantly clear once we had 3/4 of the home loaded and the rest sitting in the driveway. We wound up chasing down a trailer at Home Depot because there was no other vehicle in the immediate area. Then, we had to drive the trailer back to San Angelo from Denton the following day. The complaint line offered no recourse. Needless the say the review I post online will reflect this and we will have to consider alternative sin the future when we move. Make sure the truck being rented is in working condition and has less mileage for a long distance trip or a newer truck. Mine broke down and had to be towed and I had to stay in a hotel.

I would love to be able to rent a much smaller trailer than the 4'x9' length. So far, I've only needed to transport a push lawnmower a few times and I noticed that on your website there is a much smaller trailer with a ramp. The people at this UHaul are very nice.

I was given the run around as to why my reimbursement from my rental on June 1st has still not been credited to my account. U-Haul credit processing lied to me and kept trying to make excuses as to why my refund of $68 has not yet hit my account. First he said it was my bank. I asked if he could talk to the processing department and he then said that the process of U-haul takes up to 6 to 8 business days. But, the customer service representative I initially talked with already to me something was not right with the processing. I am very disappointed with U-Haul and will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau because of their error it caused my daughter's account to go into overdraft. My daughter is in college and do not have money to waste on a company's error, miscommunication, and lies.
