We arrived late. We were not made aware of the broken freight elevator upon booking. The booking agent could have placed on on the first row as there were open spaces but did not. Thats unacceptable

I was not very happy with my experience yesterday. The reason I went in yesterday was to let go of our smaller storage unit in order to get a bigger storage unit 10x10 unit. At first we did receive this unit which we thought was great because it was on the same floor and a short walk away from our old unit. This would have allowed us to close out the older unit very easily and start the newer and bigger one easily. When we start moving stuff out of our older unit and made the walk to the newer bigger storage, we found it full of U haul equipment. We go to the front to let the front desk know about this issue and they gave us 2 small units right next to each other. Which in the overall arch of the situation is not bad, but, all we wanted was to have is our one large storage unit that we were going to pay for. Just one key and one lock was needed. Now we need 2 locks and 2 keys. I wanted to know, couldn't they have just cleaned out the first storage unit that we were assigned? It was just a bunch of U hauls own equipment. Thank you!
