The only issue we had, is that the elevator kept stopping. Usually at the basement level, and we had to go find someone to reset it.

Steve J | First ImpressionsThe elevator was not working for the two months we had a storage unit. Unacceptable. When we needed to move, it was very inconvenient to coordinate with the office staff. We had to move some things up and down stairs without help. The employees we did encounter were very helpful . However, the circumstances with the elevator are unacceptable.

The movers helped load the truck, and as we got to where we needed it unloaded they told us that Uhaul is refusing to pay for the rest of the move. The movers left and we were stranded with a Uhaul truck full of boxes and furniture. I was in disbelief, I honestly was. I could not believe we were lied to. We had to spend $300 extra to hire another set of movers to unload the truck. I would like a remedy to this situation. We had paid for August, but we will not be using storage this month.
