The staff were super friendly very respectful and service was super fast. The young man that took the u-haul back in explained everything to me and explained about the payment and all and I was gone in less than ten minutes. When I rented it I was only there maybe twenty minutes would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a u-haul.

LAURA G.I made a reservation for a 5'x 8' trailer two days before pickup and when I showed up at my reservation time only to find that the trailer was not there. I was told that someone had not returned the trailer and I'd have to go to another location to pickup the trailer, luckily I wasn't on a tight time frame.

MICHAEL D.The rental experience was great as usual but the exterior of the Cargo van was INCREDIBLY dirty, which I ended up doing a simple cleaning after an hour of use primarily because the grime would transfer to me upon entry/exit(was rented for business deliveries). With that being said, this is still a great place to rent from though!

GREGORY M.After renting truck and taking it home, we spend hours packing it. When we finally finished, exhausted, we went to bed. (we worked till after midnight. When we got up, we planned our strategy of driving to the location to unload. Unfortunately, when we started up the truck, the oil lamp was on. From experience, I knew it is not wise to drive unless we knew what was going on. Having a time constraint, we oped to just unload everything and return the truck. I was upset upon taking it back, we were told we still had to pay tor renting it. We drove 3 miles to our house and 3 miles back, spent hours working on loading and unloading, achieved NOTHING, and were told they would only take off $20. If we had called roadside assistance, we would not have finished in the time constraint we had. I am very disappointed in the result.

David K.The trailer was pretty banged up. Dents on both wheel covers. the wire to the wheel light was cut and hanging loose from under the wheel cover. The wire harness worked when I picked up the trailer but when we checked again after packing, the right blinker was not working. Took to Uhaul and found one wire was cut. They said they couldn't fix it and suggested we go to another site and get another trailer...which meant unloading and reloading!!! I ended up fixing it myself but was appalled at the lack of effort or care by the staff.

The lady did not tell me to take pictures of the u-haul when I rented it Never seen you use it it worked very well for when I had to move things for the next 2 days but when it came down to bring it back they all just stared at me in wonder if I need help I would not help me so therefore I was stranded for a little bit. Then when I was trying to find the email that was sent to me when I rented the truck the gentlemen /employee walked over to me got extremely close to me pretty much touching my shoulder with his own shoulder and proceeded to touch my phone without even asking me. There is a virus going around that is very deadly I want all of my monies refunded back to me as soon as possible. All of this is completely ridiculous that gentleman should not have touched me or my telephone cell phone and should not have cussed at me saying that the truck is "fucking disgusting" Directly to my face. He had no posture or professionalism and he needs to be recommended as well as my money being refunded back to me I believe the total was $365 it needs to be refunded back to me immediately my email is matt.mrg111@gmail.com that is where you can reach me and somebody needs to reach me from corporate as soon as possible thank you
Matthew G.I left another U-Haul location because of horrific service. The south Az. Avenue store has always been lousy. This location was spectacular. I will drive the extra miles to use this store.
JOHN V.I signed a contract requiring me to return the vehicle clean but the cabin of the truck had not been swept and there was trash under and behind the seats. I found all this bc my water bottle went under the seat. To ensure I wasn't charged, I cleaned from who ever rent prior to me.

It probably would have only saved me 1/2 to 3/4 of a gallon of gas which is not a lot of difference in money but with theses rising gas prices it's more the principle. Also I asked for an emailed receipt and still haven't received it.

Not so when I returned the Cargo Van today. 1. it took more than 40 minutes for someone to wait on me with only one other customer there. 2. Manuel Bojorquez then asked me if I wanted to go get gasoline and I responded that I did not have time and when I asked how much gas he was charging me for he said a full tank. I told him the tank had just under 1/2 tank when I rented it and he told me I should have taken a picture of it because he was going to charge me to fill the tank. 3. Mr. Bojorquez was very argumentative all along and then charged me $23.38 for 5.5 gallons. I then questioned how driving 44 miles took 5.5 gallons and he again told me I should have taken a photo. 4. If you look at my Contract #89227150 it clearly shows the tank had just under 1/2 tank of gas when I picked it up but Mr. Bojorquez would rather rip me off than look at that. 5. There is a Budget Truck Rental across the street from them and that is where where I will in the future.

The assistant manager helped me back into a spot so my wife and I could unload. While unloading time was running out and instead of telling us to wrap things up we are closing the gentleman who check equipment in helped us unload. This type of service was great. Thank you to the entire staff at that location. When needed I will use that location again. Thank you Diana & Mike Bernard

Having unit in a pitch black and the gate being left open due to non-operational is really creepy for me (woman) to be there by myself! So it really depends on the size unit Someone would need if I would recommend this facility and if they’re lighting has not changed on if it’s a woman that needed a unit at the facility! But overall, nice facility and yes during the day I felt safe! I would recommend facility!

Your call center numbers are use less my stuff was missing for a month with no one that could get in touch. I would not use the u boxes again because of the HORRIBLE customer service. I suggest getting more bodies at your actual location and get rid of the phone so called “ customer service” people. Feel free to contact me. It’s because of the nice man Justin that works at Chandler that I decided to keep my stuff there.
