My company uses uhaul every week . The Springhill location and government location in mobile Alabama has Horrible service and they overcharged me I will not do business with uhaul ever again .

I was told to pick up in a location in Fairhope, AL but they had no trucks, I was then told another location, which was closed. After hours of phoning and waiting, I was finally given the final location, which was a two-hour round trip from where I was. This could've gone better. The truck was new and nice but could use a cruise control (I had a 9 hour drive!) and better tie-downs in the back, such as holes in the horizontal boards plus some vertical boards.

Without having a reservation it’s complicated renting a truck. The service people on the first day didn’t know if they had a one way truck or not but when I went to uhaul on Givernment I was taken care of immediately

To improve your location you would need to fire the girl with the tacky orange cap on.she doesn't have a clue what customer service really is.very nasty attitude. I guess it was that time of the month for her.maybe you should keep a box of chocolates around for her next month so she can be a little bit friendlier.from here on out I will take my money to budget rental, even if it cost more

I recommend uhaul look into why did their truck mileage shoot up to the roof when I got onto the interstate to make a less than 10 minute drive....however I made that same drive through the city and the mileage ran fairly as it should have....this is not the first time this has happened....The first time resulted in my checking account being closed and me owing money to the bank because of the mileage rates.....the quote that was quoted to me was not substantial with what was charged etc...Uhaul did not find in my favor..but of course not....I don't know anyone else that has I can rent a moving truck from, therefore I'm limited to having a choice of where to go. This recent experience, the employee was very professional but again the truck and mileage did the same and because I noticed what was going on with the mileage and how it ran me broke prior I had ran over the 20 mileage radius I paid for and wasn't able to complete my task......BY THE WAY...THERE IS NO WAY POSSIBLE IT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN 20 MILES TO MOVE FROM SPRINGHILL AVE. TO PRICHARD......I SHOULD HAVE BEEN OWED MONEY BACK FROM MILEAGE..INSTEAD AGAIN I OWED UHAUL...

The young lady at the counter was extremely rude to us .We wonder what we did wrong .The young man (who we think was a trainee) was much nicer to us .We have used u haul multiple times.We had no issues with the truck.

I was sent to the wrong location, after asking for specific location that I was closer to. They Said they didn't have the truck I needed. I saw about five of them on the lot. I have 23 years of automotive and light wheel vehicle experience. The service was horrible.

The person waited on me was well-trained if he's with y'all you can continue to don't worry about your overall rating because he was real polite personal took the key to go out and make sure your U-Haul truck was all clean and had the gas in it

So after we get our news that they couldn't fix my truck we were still without a truck because my other one didn't work so we're working we're trying to work anyway I have the money in my hand I'm going to go pay them on Friday and guess what off to jail I go they come at 5 and bombard my house ticket van take my equipment and now what do I do what do I do I can I don't have no food in my house I haven't worked for 6 days because I can't work because they have all my equipment my truck is broke down down there with the $2,800 Bill if they were to go fix it it's a $26,000 truck okay 26000 so yes it's a four-wheel drive Chevy 2500 I'm coming back for my truck after they fix it I'm going to return this van because I own a company that works outside in a yard why do I want your van and besides that I've been in contact with U-Haul ever since we rented it every week I was in contact with one every week and I go to jail at the bottom of this contract it states if you go over the day's you pay for the additional days and the lady made that comment to me over to you over the phone when I was talking to her as each phone call is recorded he said crate because I had a debit card and they don't take debit cards so she said I could pay $850 or 892 Jerry's that was my plan do you think they got paid on Friday after I went to jail after I can come home and work after I had no means to do any of it or even go to the store to buy food can you tell me what I need to do because right now I'm pissed they took a picture of me they want to post that in the paper that is going to ruin my name what in the world was somebody that is keeping effort with the company never done anything like this before if you would have ran my ID and my license don't have any drug charges I don't steal I have money I make money he judging me and putting an ncic up on a truck you could have drove over called my phone I would have gladly handed you that damn band but you instead put me in jail risking my business making me go through more mental distress if I do not need I sit here 7 Days Later I still don't have money I still don't have food I still don't have a husband I don't have a truck and I still can't work to pay for my lawyer to keep my name clean so what do you think I'm doing next damn right now think about this one last little thing $75 a day is what I was going to be charged for a van right where it clearly states on the outside of the van 1999 a day plus miles I knew we had enough money with my deposit and enough money that we paid her that we could go in additional 7 days at $20 a day and on a budget that we were having at the time we were going to go ahead and do it and then possibly rent it for the entire month since it was $20 a day we could afford that however they want to charge me 75 plus miles I'll tell me don't you think that's false advertisement charging me $75 when it says 1999 I called a few Holland I talked to her about that too she's pretty amazed that they woul

They put both my boxes on separate trailers. I honestly don't know what would go through someone's head to think " I bet this person really wants to make two trips to get their things when one would do". There were empty two box trailers sitting there, but instead someone decided to give me two separate trailers. It was a 45min drive one way to Mobile, so instead of getting all of my things and organizing my house that night I spent most of the day driving. And when I got the boxes in LA the driver that dropped off and the one that picked up seemed very inexperienced with driving a trailer. They couldn't make simple turns and almost hit a pillar in the parking area. The person who picked up the trailer also tried to drop tongue from the step into the hitch of the vehicle by putting all of the weight on the step then trying to drive forward. My entire experience with U-boxes was bad and I have told several people that have asked already how it went. I am surprised that my things made it out of LA with the experience of those drivers. I will just rent a truck from somewhere else next time I need to move, because Uhaul has clearly gone very far down hill.

I rented from another location and my pick up time was delayed 2 hours. I was forced to go to this location to get a truck at designated time. This location was 10 miles away round trip. Need to work on your scheduling.

The only reason i wont recommend this location is the customer service is bad i can a employee tell me he was go ik ng to close my rental because i wanted to come back an pick up later on i always rent an pick up later on but its ok i wont go back there again i will stay at airport an 65 where i know there going take care of me charles dont have a good customer service skills i need to be a shopper that report back to the head office

I was very impressed with him, he went above and beyond to insure I was taken care of in a timely manner. You all need more employees like this guy.. The check-in experience was great- we picked up the uhaul at 7am. It was quick and easy! They were ready for us. But the check out experience at 3pm was stressful. They only had 2 employees working and there were a lot of people waiting in line for a long time. All I needed to do was turn in the keys and check out-I still waited a long time. Need more employees working in the afternoon shift or need to be more efficient.

The General manager have no People Skills has not been shown how to give a credit on a card , I was charged 2 times instead of a credit. Also the Associates need to know how to problem solve and be able to answer questions during trouble. No one should ever charge anyone Card without authorization to do so. I was told to come talk to a manager due to a minor Incident before the charge was applied, I had another purchase type but the Assist Manager took it upon herself to authorize a charge so how is this possible to continue using the customers card .

This location was not convenient for us and it was changed from the original location. My husband was not notified of the location change which made me have to backtrack, after dropping him off, to go get him from the original location and take him to another location that was across town from the original location. I find this to be really poor customer service.

Savannah was awesome, had trouble getting the lock off my U box and she let me borrow a hammer. Also not sure about the facility never visited. Frustration during scheduling my delivery of my U box
