Your systems were down for a while. This delayed my move and cost me extra money I didn't have. Your agent at the store also did not put the correct fuel in when the system was back up and it cost me when i returned the truck. Very unacceptable. Will not recommend anytime soon .

Don't allow users to select a preferred location for pick-up if that equipment is never available at that location. (I had to go and pay for 10 extra miles.) Was also provided with equipment that was almost empty with fuel, so the first place i had to stop was to get gas.

The service was slow, the pick up truck I rented didn’t have the right electrical hook up for my trailer. Uhaul trucks should have both the 4 pin flat and the round 5 pin hook up trucks. When I called the local location, nobody answered the calls, I had to talk to the out of state representative.

Be more specific. The size truck i reserved was mot available. I had to get a larger size truck which made it harder for me to drive and too much space for the little stuff I had. I was told the money nack guarantee only works if no truck at all is available. That is so misleading.

Let me clarify my rating. The problem I had was more with UHaul’s website than the local dealer. However, I was unimpressed by the employees’ attitude toward me and the problem. I reserved (with my credit card) a 26ft truck and three hand trucks for my move. I rented for 2 days and pick up at noon. I arrived at 2 thinking since I had done express checkout before noon and they had my payment information, I was good. But I was informed that I had to be there by noon and they had rented all the supplies I had reserved and I could buy them but not rent. They said it was stated on the website, but I never saw it. I was told it’s in the “fine print “ online. Again, that’s not the local folks error and U-Haul should do a better job on their site. However.......when I’m a customer spending $200+ I don’t expect to have the employee mumbling about me.....eating while supposedly helping me and having no care at all that I’m now stuck moving an entire house without dollies. When I returned the truck, I had no direction where to park it other than the return equipment signs, yet an employee watched me park it and shut it off and exit the truck. He then walked over (10 ft) and asked me to move it over 5ft. Me I asked. He’s standing there? Just saying......

I waited 15 minutes after walking in before anyone helped me. There was no one inside to assist other than someone mopping the floor. He only said someone would be with me soon.



I was overcharged for a truck that the odometer was odd when given to me and I made him aware and they still charged me

The only thing I didn't like was when I did the reservation online I choose one location to pick up the truck saying was available in that location and it wasn't this is the second time when this happening to me please fix this issue for future reservations thank you.
