The only thing I didn't like was when I did the reservation online I choose one location to pick up the truck saying was available in that location and it wasn't this is the second time when this happening to me please fix this issue for future reservations thank you.

The two men who checked me in were excellent. They were overwhelmed by the crowd of customers that morning and the system was down. Luckily I had a reservation but the wait in line was time consuming. I was informed late Friday evening that my pickup location had been changed to Springhill which was a long way away from where we were. I did not like being changed when there were trucks in my area. Upper management at uhaul needs to be revamped to better serve the customer, not them self.

If a customer makes a reservation for a specific trick have that truck available and at the location the reservation was made for. It is extremely unprofessional and inconvenient to have your reservation completely ignored and at the time of pick up receive a text saying you have a much too big truck available at another location 30 minutes away then when you get there to be told the truck you reserved was given away and there are no more of that size which leads to you not being able to back into your driveway cause the truck IS TOO BIG and having to carry all the furniture down a steep Drive way to the street where the truck is parked. Ridiculous!

I'm a reservation for 8 o'clock pick up the truck was not available I was told I will be giving a $50 guarantee I had to wait two hours later for my reservation then I was call had to drive 25 miles out of my way which added more charges to me dropping off I was disrespected by one of the employees just had a really bad experience

Over charged for miles! miles to start was 66695.1 they told me I used 58 miles which is not true from my calculations. Plus I brought the rental back early since it was after 9 it was still considered full day. They didn't tell me that when I rented it.

The manager Mr. Hudson did an excellent job! His crew also was great. I just wish the pick up and drop off of equipment was faster. I reserved an U-Haul and still had to wait aboit 20min or more on pock up and over 30 min on drop off.

Your guys work hard, nothing against them. but your way understaffed at peek times. Other than the long wait to get my equipment all was fine. You need to find a way to get people who do their paperwork online in and out the door quicker.

The young man wait on me the day I pick the truck up was nice , laughing and talking and I came back to get my deposit he was behind the count talking with a female he didn't speak to me he said what you need I feel it was so nasty how he talk to me , he didn't say have a seat are nothing I sit down about 10 min someone came out ask me what I need I told him he didn't speak neither and the other guy I said to him on I see you dress today you must be off yes i am with a attude very upset as I leave that place I said to myself never again I work with customer service 20 years and I know hope to treat people .

Keep the general manager far away from the customers and this location would be great. When I returned a trailer with a faulty lift gate, he began by calling me a liar. Then, to make matters worse, he issued the faulty equipment to another customer. He's not a person I would ever want to encounter again. All of the other employees were fantastic though. Very helpful and customer service oriented. So if you go to this location and you're having to deal with the general manager, just walk out.
