Reserved motorcycle trailer from Govt St store on Wednesday. To be same pick up there from 2 weeks earlier. Got there Thursday to get it. There were 3 trailers outside. They said they did not have one and said they changed my pickup to the Springhill ave store. The rep there said they change my pickup place at 7:30 am. That tells me they deliberately gave my reservation to someone else. They wasted my time by not calling me of the change. I will never go there again.

We did have a running light on the rear that was out but no issues whatsoever with the 16hr drive. You may want to look at offering motorcycles wheel chocks for customers wanting to keep their ride out if the elements. They prevent damage to the trailer and the bike when using the downs with the uhaul trailer slippery floor. Only a few bucks at the store but an awesome opportunity for added register features. Whatever brings a buck and a smile to the customer.

I had originally ordered a van from a different location. That location had no trucks and the GM proclaimed that he didn't know why I was allowed to make a reservation since all the Vans are rented out to delivery services. This was an extremely frustrating experience and I was only sent to this location after I asked the GM to call around.

First off this location didn’t have the truck I originally reserved a week prior. They had moved my pickup location 30+ minutes away. I said that I would not be able to do that. They then have me a 26ft truck which I had to return because it was way too big. On top of that I had a payment that had to be refunded. I finally got the 15ft truck which was on empty. I was told to get gas immediately. Once I got home I opened the trailer to find dirt, broken pieces of wood, cigarette butts. Overall very poor in provinding a good name for uhaul.

The safety chains at the front of the trailer were far to long. Simple enough to take up slack to make them proper length. However chains would still drag on the ground occasionally.
