The 15' truck that I drove was a little difficult to control. The steering wheel may need reconfiguration (not sure as I'm not a mechanic). I've driven plenty of U-Hauls and never had this problem in the past.Juriel R.

Gas tank on all rentals should be FULL when checking out rather than just a point on the fuel gauge that you have to attempt to fulfill when turning the rental back in. I'm sure that for every little bit that you gain on some rentals, you probably lose the same amount more/less on the others.CARL C.

When I set the registration, I set it to be for 17 hours. They called me the morning after at 9 AM, while I was driving said vehicle, demanding that I returned the vehicle even though I had it scheduled until 11 AM the next day, because another customer had booked the same vehicle. The woman was very rude, and did not seem to care much about what I had to do with the vehicle. This was the most unprofessional and rude experience I've ever had with Uhaul and I will not be recommending this location to anybody.Cameron W.

Charged an additional unexplained $21.50. Called to location and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. Was told to have the trailer back by 9:00am or they would charge additional but they said they would NOT do that. They did. I want my credit card credited for this. With the exception of the employee who checked in my rental van, every other employee I dealt with at this location was rude and unprofessional! The employee who took my call to extend my rental period was EXTREMELY rude. She was very uncaring, unprofessional and angry. She wanted to argue about everything. I will not go back to this location again and I will think twice before I rent anything else from UHaul.Douglas K.

After picking up the vehicle we looked at it. Found it had drug paraphernalia inside called the mobile police department. They came and remove the drugs from the vehicle. We use the truck to complete the trip. I put the fuel at exactly where it was. Even took a photograph of what it was. And you all charged me for fuel. And a cleaning fee.I'm going to reject the charges through my credit card company if I do not hear back from you today. And I will put a nice review on the Internet of how you rented a truck with drug paraphernalia in the police report showing that it wasn't removed.RUDI W.

They have changed mangers so much when you go inside you don’t know who’s the manger and who’s not on my due date I have people calling me on the same day my storage is due and I got a $15 late fee the same day and then the manger had used my credit card cause I paid my bill with her with my card she used my card the next month and paid my bill and said that I told her to sign me up for autopsy why would I tell a person I heartily even know to do that how do you just use a person card without their permission this area can not ever keep no manger at every time you go there it’s a bunch of people hanging out in the front of the office like they just came from a club they are so unprofessional and ghetto it used to not be like this right now no one has no respect for anyone I love my storage other than that I have been with uhaul since 2017 but the choice with management now is terriblelinnea l. | First Impressions

The only thing I dislike about this storage facility is access to second floor. No elevators. Everything has to be physically carried. I understand it’s a historical building and the city will not allow it, but if customer satisfaction is a priority, why not consider adding it on the outside.
