Don't say you can rent equipment and then charge for it without providing equipment.JULIAN H.
Very poor service. The employees acted like we were a bother to them the be there.once we completed check in, they said it would be $79.43, my card alerted me to it being charged $154.08. I asked them about it and they said it must be my card putting a hold on the transaction and assured me it would adjust once we returned the equipment. When we got in the truck, the check engine light was on. I went back in and they said it was fine. Nothing was wrong with it. And one guy even rolled his eyes at me when I first mentioned it. While we were using the truck, which only consisted of 2 hrs from pickup to drop off, the truck overheated multiple times. When we dropped it off, we informed them and they just kind of snickered. He told me the final charge was $83.51. We completed drop off and left. My card was then charged $79.43 like I was first quoted. It's been almost an hour since drop off and I still have a charge of $154.08 and $79.43 on my card. I am not happy at all. I need this fixed. I was very disappointed with the services from here. And we have used this location multiple times over the years and never have had a problem. We will not be returning next time if we need a moving truck.Brandon E.

An absolute pathetic excuse for a business they took my reservation weeks in advance, but did not have any of the equipment I reserved. When asked where they were he simply shrugged his shoulders. No help in finding the necessary equipment. It must be nice to lie and cheat your way into a payday. Go anywhere else but here. Uhaul needs more locations open on weekends. There are ten locations near me and none were open on Sunday so I had to drive 40 miles to pick up a trailer and another 40 miles to return itRoyce L.

A very good customer service but when I got there y'all didn't have the car dolly that I had reservations for therefore you'll end up giving me a trailer for the same price as the card always under one catch I'll make me rent one of y'all's trucks and it'll cost me more money because I had to pay mileage on this truck and pay for this truck he's going to have the card only said I had reserved this was very very unfair to me as a customer you can contact me at 423-653-7052 I feel like I should be reimbursed for that truck and mileage because I was lied to pretty muchBRETT E.

call drop off location first. Tried to drop off trailer at Lafayette Georgia. only open 4 hrs. in the afternoon. Tried to drop off at Fort Oglethorpe Georgia. they refused to take the trailer. said he had too many trailers. was kinda rude about it. he sent me to East ridge Tn. they were very nice.Thomas W.

It was a little difficult to find the truck at first. Once found, it was after we had selected a different truck and I wasn't able to switch the truck number. I ended up going inside for help. After that, the mobile app wasn't very user friendly. You couldn't go back to fix anything.Julie B.

I opted for the phone check-in option and didn't realize that I still had to go inside the building. Waited 20 mins for an available employee to hand us keys. Upon entering the vehicle we discovered the windshield wipers were not working at the time. After returning the vehicle and following the instructions on the app, I was charged for 2 days (an extra $40) because apparently the app did not return my rental correctly. When I called customer service I had a brief interaction with someone who refused to speak with me because my husband was on the account. Then I was able to reach an employee from my local store. He stated that I was charged 2 days because I did not turn the truck in until 9AM the next day. This was just incorrect. It was an overall frustrating experience and I would not recommend anyone using U-Haul. The app is terrible and the employees are rude.Tanner Q.

Work on customer service. The guy that did my rental had no personality at all. I felt like he was aggravated with me being there. Almost as if I was inconveniencing him and wasting his time. I did not feel valued or appreciated at all. If it wasn't for me needing the truck to move my daughter I would have walked out and gone to Penske.David P.

I wish you guys could prorate the rent amount. I was upset that I had to pay my rent amount for the storage unit for one day. I moved out one day after my due date. Due every 29th. I couldn't move out until Sunday the 30th because of our work schedule. Paying the prorated amount would have been better than paying for a rental that I wouldn't need. Please address this issue.
