MARVIN T.I reserved a 26 foot truck several weeks in advance. Went to go pick it up on moving day to find out my truck wasn't there. Had to go with a smaller truck and because of that we couldn't get everything in one trip and had to make multiple trips, which means I had to pay more in mileage. Very disappointed that reservations don't mean anything.
John K.When my driver arrived to pick up the U-box there was no one at the store to secure it for him (which is U-Haul policy). I spent hours trying to reach the GM of this location. I was told he was the only one who could secure the U-Box. Then, to top it off; there were no furniture pads in the U-box as advertised.

MARIANO A.I made a reservation for a pickup truck. I was called 2 hours later and advised it was not avl, however a cargo van would be. I accepted that. When I arrived to pickup the cargo van, I was told none avl and I would have to accept a box truck. It was explained to me that everyone had reservations and it was first come, first serve. That is not how reservations work. Very disappointed.

When he was giving me instructions for returning the truck he said things that seems to be obvious for him, but not for me (since it was my first time renting)

Steve K.24/7 truck service didn't work for me despite checking in online ahead of time and inputting all information…..so I waited 40 minutes to get someone on the phone to help. Additionally, the staff arrived at 9am for opening and saw us confused/looking all around for the key box, the truck, etc. No one offered to help…. No one greeted us…. Etc. the truck looked like an entire “X†to us with tremendous damage everywhere and the actual inside smelled strongly of smoke.

THOMAS M.This location are thieves got a call yesterday for a bill of 130. Asked them multiple times to break down the charges. Kept saying the sAmethjngs that did not add up. Eventually an invoice was sent I was charged for multiple things that was incorrect. I then had two different males yelling at me about the charges and “how you gon payâ€. I got the uhual at a 1/4th of a tank, I returned it at over a 1/4th of a tank. How am I being charged 30$ to put gas back in it but there was more gas in the truck than what I got it with? The truck ran like crap. I will NEVER use your company again.

miasha S.I ordered my truck a few weeks ago for our move and the location was changed a few days before. I was told that everything would stay the same and I even got a confirmation text that the time remained the same with 24/7 pickup. But when I got there at 7am to pickup, the app said the pickup time changed to 9:15am so my whole move was delayed because of that. I was not notified if this change. Customer service was unable to do anything about it except delay the drop off time and I was not even given the option of any reimbursement.

I saw some pests on my way to my storage unit as well. Also I wish the storage facility was designed better some units in the temp controlled building are further away from the elevator but that’s understandable. The carts really helped us out. More flat bed carts would have been ideal.
