How U-Haul Reviews WorkI would like to give support to the two workers who assisted me in communicated with me. I actually forget their names, but one was a Caucasian young guy, and the other one was an African-American black female, who were both very polite, knowledgeable, and supportive to my needs. Please give them credit for their expertise in customer service.

The light skin lady ( I forgot her name) was so sweet, very respectful & understanding. I'm happy with the crew except the Latino young girl who was very rude & disrespectful on August 11th when I came to check in for my reservation. She needs training on how to take care of customers. We don't come in for free services, we pay for it...

Cedrick G | Overall ExperienceMy move in experience were bad. I reserved a 10 x 10 storage space and when I made it to the location, I was told they didn’t have it. I was very upset because I reserved it. Another guy stated that I I didn’t pay for it, it’s not being held. I told him it was free because I came one way from The Evansville, IN to Indianapolis, IN. How can I pay for something that is free? I asked for a discount for all the trouble and I was told to speak with corporate and they told me to speak with the locations and everyone is saying there’s nothing they could do and speak with a manager but doesn’t know when they will be in. How is that for running a business. I am a senior and had to take my belongings to a second floor when I could’ve just walked right in to the ground level space that I reserved. I felt lied to and betrayed because I had issues with my truck rental but Uhaul have the nerve to charge my debit card for $12.84 for a 2 gallon of gas without my permission. They didn’t notify me of that and I thought I put enough gas back in the truck. After all I’ve been through and once I get my property, I pray I will never need your service again. All the employees worried about is making money and not how customers feelings and I feel like I deserve a discount over all.
adrian d | First ImpressionsI have just wanted to reiterate that the manager Damien is an amazing manager for the location he is at but before him, I have done an appeal to get some sort of compensation for the mice rat infestation and never did the case was denied, but I am working with the store manager to figure something out regarding this so that this can be established and squashed
