I have just wanted to reiterate that the manager Damien is an amazing manager for the location he is at but before him, I have done an appeal to get some sort of compensation for the mice rat infestation and never did the case was denied, but I am working with the store manager to figure something out regarding this so that this can be established and squashed

Philip F | First ImpressionsI choose uhaul because even if there is an inconvenience and there has been multiple times. Uhaul always makes it right. For instance this weekend i had a reservation on a truck i did a month ago. Friday uhaul called saying the truck i reserved wasn't available. I was offered an upgrade to a 26' or travel an hour from my location w/ mileage and extra day covered. In the past i have sat outside a uhaul waiting 3hrs plus for the store to open so i could get my reserved truck and when i got it they let me rent it with no charge. Definitely wish these inconveniences didn't happen but im glad uhaul is willing to make the best out of the situation. Thank you!
