$25 for “mud on the floor,†is outrageous...the cost of renting the vehicle should include a basic cleaning fee...we used the truck for a couple cross town trips and it was a couple pebbles that sparked the cleaning fee. If I had a single wet wipe I could have cleaned the “muddy floors,†in less then one minute. When you fuel the vehicle up make sure to wipe your footprint from the floor or they will ding you got $25 on top of your rental fee
The staff was amazing! Especially Tommy! He was so helpful and kind. We will definitely use and recommend uhaul again!
This is the best storage facility that I have EVER used. It is so nice to have indoor loading and unloading, use of hand trucks and a bathroom when needed. I loved it!!

Staff was great! They have addressed all of my concerns and are working to find answers to the reason why the access door on the East side is not registering that you have checked out of your storage and the door is locked like the one on the entrance facing South.
I appreciated everyone’s help at this location even the two employees that were in training. They all were likable and very outgoing it was a comfortable feeling. Plus I was I. A bind on time no 100 % they were at my rescue I would definateky be recommending this facility to all😄
The simi retired lady that help me locate the unit to move my belongs was very professional and went above and beyond. A trait that is on the endangered list.

Even though she was relatively new, she took great care of us. Another employee was right there in case she needed help.
This place was awesome... They saved the day... But the idiots at street ready audio that were supposed to get me a truck and help me never showed up. They never even called me... Needless to say it was the worse experience I've ever had with any company.

You are more expensive than other places in town. We have gotten much larger trucks from other local places and paid less then we did for one of your small trucks.

Scheduled a rental a week in advance with East side location at 8:30AM. A day prior to my reservation, U-haul system change the reservation location to Downtown. On the day of my reservation, I called the downtown location at 8:45 AM, and they did not have the truck ready. They said needed 30 minutes, so I called back at 9:30 AM. I was told their truck had a flat and that I needed to call the East side location to get a truck. I then called East side location, and they said rental would be available at 10 AM. I showed up at 10:30AM. Vehicle was not clean on outside.

Casper has a lot of nice people but some of the best work at U-haul on east 2nd street.

Anthony went above and beyond to help me through a tough moving experience. Unfortunately, it looks like I'm too late in buying UHaul stock - the price is deservedly high.
I picked this location because of the 7am opening time. I was pleasantly surprised when location was open for business at 7 am sharp. Service was prompt and courteous. Excellent experience.
The drop off was very easy. Someone met us outside when we pulled up with the truck, and everything was taken care of right there.
We are very please at this facility. Its very clean and the staff was very friendly.
Have more availability for One way towing especially the proper equipment ....
They didn't explain the rental tax. But Ashlee sure did and refunded me $50, she is really good at her job and was wonderful to me.

Anthony the manager was very rude and very cold, arrogant, it seemed all he cared about was how much money I was going to spend in your establishment. I was very uncomfortable and it made my moving experience worse than it should of been. I am a single mother and have a child to tend too, I also work two jobs to support us. I had to move because I could no longer afford the apartment I was living in... Will you please ask Anthony to reconsider his attitude towards our small town community and show some care and kindness, especially in these tiring times the whole world is experiencing. Outstanding customer service at this location, highly impressed every time I visit.
I find it hard to believe I get charged a whole day rental for truck and dolly for 1 hour of use and I even asked beforehand and got told if you need little extra time just call us.. no mention that it would be another full day charge..

The return process was quick and easy. The representative here was friendly and polite and did quick work. I have no suggestions for improvement.
This location had signs outside saying wait in the vehicle and someone would come out. No one ever came out and when I walked inside the associate was standing in the middle of the store unoccupied. Once he came out and inspected the truck everything else was fine. I turned I'm the truck a day early and I did ask about a credit for not needing it the extra day and was not offered any sort of rebate or discount.
Not really much to rate the site. The attendant was handy when I pulled in, ask a few questions told me where to park the trailer, unhooked it and I was gone. The lot was in the parking lot of an abandoned store, so was spacious and uncluttered which was nice.
The gentleman who helped us check out the trailer was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. We used another UHaul location a week prior and it was not a great experience however this gentleman renewed our trust in UHaul. Thank you!
Easy access to the store, friendly greeting and good all around service. There's a reason why U-Haul is so well known. A good place.

Excellent service all the way around.
Brakes were leaking, tire was nearly blown out and suspension nuts were loose. All of this together is a death sentence. Thankfully I actually looked at the trailer, unlike the U-Haul reps.
The price out door could at least come close to the verbal estimate given to me at the start.
See other Comment. I'm don't know if the facility on County Line or U-Haul corporate didn't move the trailer and sent me running all over town. It really doesn't matter your employee lied and it was Horrible Customer Service..
It seems like where ever I go to rent a trailer off U-haul they either don't have the trailer or it's rented. I would say distribute more trailers to your locations.

Check in took too long. Why are you checking to see if lights are burned out? That would not be damage even if burned out.
Customer service was outstanding, even in the face of a nation wide shutdown of the credit card payment system.

Arm your customers with all the details of renting your equipment and be up to date on locations Tell all your customers about the 800 number!!!
