THOMAS L | First ImpressionsI started renting March 9, 2024 and moved out July 30, 2024. When started the rent I setup automatic payment and they didn’t get it setup right and tried to charge me a late fee on my first month, which I had to go down there to get that fixed right. Then when I moved out and returned the card and remote 8 days before the next month cycle. I was checking bank account a couple weeks later and was charged for the next month for my empty unit I had closed and they had cleaned. I had to go back and get them to reverse the charge, which I shouldn’t have had to do.
