$25 for “mud on the floor,” is outrageous...the cost of renting the vehicle should include a basic cleaning fee...we used the truck for a couple cross town trips and it was a couple pebbles that sparked the cleaning fee. If I had a single wet wipe I could have cleaned the “muddy floors,” in less then one minute. When you fuel the vehicle up make sure to wipe your footprint from the floor or they will ding you got $25 on top of your rental fee

This place was awesome... They saved the day... But the idiots at street ready audio that were supposed to get me a truck and help me never showed up. They never even called me... Needless to say it was the worse experience I've ever had with any company.

Scheduled a rental a week in advance with East side location at 8:30AM. A day prior to my reservation, U-haul system change the reservation location to Downtown. On the day of my reservation, I called the downtown location at 8:45 AM, and they did not have the truck ready. They said needed 30 minutes, so I called back at 9:30 AM. I was told their truck had a flat and that I needed to call the East side location to get a truck. I then called East side location, and they said rental would be available at 10 AM. I showed up at 10:30AM. Vehicle was not clean on outside.

Anthony the manager was very rude and very cold, arrogant, it seemed all he cared about was how much money I was going to spend in your establishment. I was very uncomfortable and it made my moving experience worse than it should of been. I am a single mother and have a child to tend too, I also work two jobs to support us. I had to move because I could no longer afford the apartment I was living in... Will you please ask Anthony to reconsider his attitude towards our small town community and show some care and kindness, especially in these tiring times the whole world is experiencing.
