It was an overnight drop-off with no issues.
Nicholas Bequipment was clean however we had some issues with the door of the truck, but roadside assistance was really helpful in getting that resolved for us
Cameron WTrucks should be returned with a full tank of gas. The truck I was given had a 1/16 of a tank.
Seth WThe person at this location was very rude and extremely lazy. Was not knowledgeable about the entrance to his location. Made us walk the lot over to find our rental because he was too lazy to pull it for us. Also, I drove in from Chattanooga to rent the unit one way and asked to use their restroom and was told there was no restroom. I call bull on that one. In fact he told me to go to the Pilot Gas Station several blocks from this location. Will never use or recommend this location to anyone. Lot is nasty looking. I have never seen a U-Haul location that was as nasty and junked up as this one.
denise yThey even not mention about I have one month storage with one way rental uhaul. I found out at the time of drop off.
UJASHKUMAR PSuper easy process.
Kunal MThe employees were so nice and helpful! The van reeked of cigarettes/weed, probably from a previous driver.
Natasha BI have used U-Haul many times, but my experience at this location was absolutely unacceptable. On September 12, I had a reservation for a 6x12 open trailer at 4:00 PM. I wasn’t able to arrive until approximately 4:45 PM and, unfortunately, was unable to call ahead. When I arrived, the employees told me my reservation had been canceled and that I needed to “call traffic.” When I asked what that meant, they explained that “traffic” could help me find another trailer. I pointed out that the 6x12 ope trailer I had reserved was sitting outside. They told me it was already reserved for someone else the following day. I asked if they had a different size available and was told they didn’t. I explained that I would take anything—even an enclosed trailer. They eventually “found” a 5x9 open trailer that I could use. Before leaving, I asked for the phone number for “traffic” and was given 1-800-GO-UHAUL. When I called, U-Haul customer service informed me that my reservation should not have been canceled unless the location had first attempted to contact me. Since they had not, U-Haul honored its $50 reservation guarantee, and I received a $50 credit. The following day, September 13, I returned the trailer. The same two employees were working, and I noticed that the original 6x12 trailer I had reserved was still sitting in the exact same spot. This made me seriously question the explanation I had been given the previous day. I pulled up to the area marked “Equipment Return.” One of the employees came outside, yelled “Put it over there,” and pointed in a direction without clearly explaining where he wanted me to go. I was not comfortable backing up the trailer, so I told him I would prefer to drop it off where I was. He became frustrated and went back inside. Since the employees refused to assist me, I unhooked the trailer myself. I then called 1-800-GO-UHAUL because I wanted to make absolutely certain the trailer had been properly returned and that I would not incur any additional charges. Customer service sent me a link, and I completed the return process myself because the employees refused to process it. At that point, both employees told me, “You’ll end up with an e-alert,” and explained that I would be banned from renting from U-Haul. While I was on the phone with U-Haul customer service, a man arrived in a car that was not marked as a U-Haul vehicle. He went inside, came back out, and began questioning me about what I was doing. He was not wearing anything identifying him as a U-Haul employee. The two employees then came outside as well, and all three began yelling and cursing at me. I was on speakerphone with U-Haul customer service throughout this interaction. The representative could hear what was happening and was genuinely shocked by the behavior. He apologized repeatedly, instructed me to leave, and confirmed that my rental had been successfully returned. This is an absolutely unacceptable way to treat a customer. I have used U-Haul many times, and I have never experienced anything like this. I feel that I was given misleading information about my reservation, treated disrespectfully, and then subjected to aggressive yelling and profanity simply for attempting to return a trailer. I still cannot understand why the situation escalated to the point where someone who did not appear to be a U-Haul employee came outside to confront me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.
Will CThis was not the vehicle I used or drop off location.
Lon Ceasy and convenient. The truck was very clean and comfortable.
Joseph KThe guys did a GREAT job! They were on time and very respectful of my things. They worked quickly to get the truck unloaded. I would use them again for sure.
Christina FNo one was on site. No dolly available. No blankets available.
Eric WVery very busy. Very little interaction with employees
Jacqueline MQuick and easy.
Chris AI paid $30.00 for a 12 blankets to wrap furniture in and was only provided with 2. The staff said that was all they had. I would like a refund as soon as possible.
Dianna CPlease see comment above
LINDSAY LThe air did not work in the truck that I drove and the service airbag light kept coming on, so I’m very dissatisfied. As far as The staff I would give them 10 stars.
TINA Hvehicle was unsafe, brakes barely worked and steering wheel vibrated extremely bad, it should not be driven until repaired.
Darrin STay and Montanna gave excellent customer service.
Lee KThe uhaul had no gas when we picked it up. They said they knew and gave it to us anyway. Didn’t have the equipment we paid for in the truck when we picked it up.
Morgan HNice courteous staff. I will go back
Dan PDrop off was easy and quick.
HAYDEN VYou can walk the customer to the vehicle instead of just throwing them the keys and having them search the lot with furniture pads and dolly in hand.
Jason GSuper efficient to rent a van for a few hours. Service was friendly and smooth.
James KI reserved a hand truck cart. When I arrived they did not have one available for me. Also, one headlight on van not working.
michael kThe location facility was not good no restrooms when my wife asked to used the restroom we were told he goes behind the building we had just traveled from Gulfport MS to Nashville TN Dear U-Haul the 15 foot truck was terrible I didn't not know the can of the truck was not tall people friendly ( no leg room ) I had knee replacement surgery there was no room to move my leg around plus the seats are not comfortable for tall people when I got back to Gulfport I had to take pain pills I was in so much pain in my back and legs the truck had no power in the engine a 7 hour trip took 11 hour and 47 minutes may I make a suggestion on the app ask questions about a person comfort for traveling about they may want a bigger truck just to be comfortable means more money for uhaul because if I would have known about the truck space (15foot) I would have gotten a bigger truck I'm still in pain that advertising can go a long way I believe because no other company ask about a driver's comfort when doing one way traveling
Laraun BYour personnel was courteous and very helpful and answered any questions that I had . There were your personnel moving on the floor as well as behind the counter, very good.
KENDALL WDon’t send an email sending us to the wrong pick up location. Don’t have us do a reservation if you are just going to give away our truck to someone else.
Connor WI did not get my mattress bags I wanted. But everything else was so easy!! It’s why I always use UHaul!
Jim SEveryone was really accommodating. I wanted the truck a day early and no problem at all for them! So grateful
Merri COverbooked and didn’t have the U-Haul I requested. The people working were not friendly. The computer system took forever to work.
Mallory KTrailers don’t have good options to store without having a car hooked up
KATHLEEN WGentlemen was able to help me drop off trailer, thank you.
Dave DChop is the GOAT
Michael BThe trailer had major towing issues. It pulsated empty and with weight... very difficult to control. It also fishtailed slightly on the interstate. I should have returned it for a different trailer, but timing did not allow. We've rented this size trailer several times and this was our first bad trailer experience.
Steve SAbove average but that's nothing to brag about
Michael FIt was a quick and easy after-hours pickup. The only negative was that the employees working were rude when we got confused and asked them a question. To be fair, it wasn’t their responsibility to help us, as it was meant to all be done through the app.
Alaina FDROP OFF IN NASHVILLE WAS THE WORST PART OF TRIP. THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!. ON LINE IT SAID NASHVILLE LOCATION WERE OPEN TIL 7:00. NO BODY WAS THERE AND THE SIGN ON DOOR SAID AN EARLIER TIIME LIKE 5:00. BECAUSE THE RETURN LOCATION WAS PUT IN INCORRECTLY IN GODGREY THAN THAT AFFECTED THE ON LINE RETURN IN APP MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE AND TIME CONSUMING AND FRUSTRATING. AND LEFT US GETTING TOWARDS DARK IN A VERY DANGEROUS PART OF NASHVILLE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO RETURN THE TRAILOR. COMPENSATION DUE TO ALL THIS CONFUSION WOULD BE APPRECIATED. FINALLY CALLED A NUMBER ON THE CONTRACT AND SHE WAS ABLE TO HELP
Brenda JI was given a faulty truck with bad brakes and no power steering. A tow truck had to tow it out of my driveway and I had to go pick up an emergency replacement. I lost a whole day of moving and had to pay my movers for an additional day. When I returned the truck, they didn’t actually check me in as they said they did so my truck rental was staying as over due. Waiting on a refund for all of this! Mary who helped me with roadside assistance was great though!
Molly CI mistakenly left my phone inside the truck at the drop off location and I had already put the key into the lock box because the locations office was closed for the day. I was told by UHaul roadside assistance that I would have to pay a $200 lock out fee to get my phone out of the truck which I thought was ridiculous considering I only needed someone to open the lock box so I could use the key to get my phone
Joe BJust kind as you were to me. I used this location 2 years ago this month and totally forgot about this location. I will not forget in the future.
Marc SVery hard to close driver side door. Vent grill fell out.
Jeff BEasy
Daniel LDrop off person was not friendly and the return was not processed timely. I dropped the truck off on Monday yet the location tried to charge me for two extra days saying I dropped it off on Wednesday. Pretty shady on their part to attempt to overcharge me!
John MNothing. Just keep on doing what you all are doing. I satisfied with your service. Thank you.
jessie wI asked for a 24/7 drop off location, the two times I asked if it was 24/7 twice I was told yes, the location was closed, we had to call and relocate for drop off which was also closed and then since it was a 6x12 trailer it was complicated to park in the parking space available outside of the 2nd location they provided. The customer is paying upfront for a service for they not to properly reserve what we ask for or pay attention to us.
Mariela SVery friendly and helpful staff working on July Fourth.
George RUsual inner-city location, but friendly agents and a large inventory. Note: Although we ran into rain and thunderstorms that altered our route, we returned the vehicle 2 days early. Request consideration of offsetting early return against excess mileage, and crediting that amount back to me. I rented many times during and after my service. Thank you. Ronald LCleaning the dirt/bugs off the windshield would be great next time.
THOMAS SWe were charged for gas even though we refilled it to the previous level. Location not great.
DAwson SStaff was eager to help get the u haul without reservation.
Jeffrey TTruck needed a “front end alignment “. Could tell by the steering wheel not straight. Wonderful employees at you Nashville location. All were quick, efficient and very professional 🥰
Thomas GWaited at hula drop off sign like instructed (by a sign) BEFORE my drop off time and nobody came out to process return.
Dylan PUHaul Associates were most helpful and professional
alfred h30 minute wait to get a trailer even with pre check in online. No public restroom. Ridiculous.
David BOffice entrance poorly marked. Customers wandering lot to find entrance. Workers in side on personal phone calls. Could clearly see customers on cameras. Had completed paperwork online. Had to complete again at pick up. Truck was supposed to have 1/4 tank of gas. Truck was empty they wouldn’t switch trucks. Meant had to get gas right away at pick up caused delay in move
Michelle LInstructions stating the location of the key was wrong
Eric VWith this location, choosing mobile pickup constitutes choosing a punishment for being a U-Haul customer. The app and the phone agent direct you to a box that doesn’t exist to retrieve the vehicle key. In reality, what corporate doesn’t know is there’s a coded padlock on the back of the truck. A note in the app, a sign on the porch – anything disclosing that would equal common sense. Instead, I and other customers were forced to walk around the facility (which seems part junkyard) searching for a non-existing key box.
Craig WThe General Manager who helped us was very kind, professional & attentive to detail. She truly made our experience (or lack of thereof) easy.
