Only issue I had was when renting my trailer I pre-plan my pick up location according to where I was traveling and the day before my pick up I'm told it's no longer available at that location. This required 45 minutes of back tracking in my travels. At the both locations the staff was very friendly.JOHN T.

The cab of the truck was dirty. When I got into the cab, there was a man in it. He hopped out as soon as I got in, I soon after realized he had been sleeping in the cab. Other than that I liked the contactless pick up using the app.Jared G.

Don't leave your belongings on the seat because the employees will take it and say they didn't see it I accidentally leave money on the seat and went right in came right back out like I forgot that money and it was gone asked both the guys and they said the didn't see it. It took over 15 minutes for the mobile check out to work. When I did get the keys, the check engine light was on. I asked the uhaul worker about this, and he said the majority of his trucks have issues right now. Did not feel safe, and will not rent from this location again.Elizabeth E.

The location of the business is terrible. You can only get into the location one way and can only exit one way which is usually the opposite way that you need to go.Karen L.

As I told the gentlemen that checked the truck in - It steered like a boat and the brake pedal went almost to the floor. While driving i had to constantly be sawing the wheel to keep it in between the lines. And the brakes were so bad we decided to not make anymore trips with this truck. I have rented trucks from U-Haul and others and never had one that steered this bad or had braked that were this scary. On a good note the process for checking in and out was really good. The instruction on the app said go to the special counter - i was not able to find the special counter but while standing someone behind the counter called my name to get the key.Terry C.

My only issue with Uhaul was the inconvenience of payment. Several times I tried paying for 2 units, under my name, at 1 time, I even had a clerk do the transaction, each time the payment would apply to only 1 unit then say I was late on the 2nd unit. There was no one at the service desk for at least 30 minutes. Then the truck I rented engine light turned on as I drove away. I should not of been charged because the service was below standard and the truck shouldn't have had any issuesAriesa G.

Horrible customer service. Lady csr not helpful at all. Doesn't get out of her chair or answer questions. More concerned about her long fingernails. Her co worker said he would help me and came outside to assist me. The photo upload was not working. Another customer was frustrated with same csr over payment issue, and again she also asked for help. Long lines. Unorganized. Had to go inside for return of truck because no one outside. I go back outside and asked man did he work there. He did, so he did my return. I sat in truck waiting for someone to do return. Nothing good for my experience.Theresa D.
No improvements. I did self check in and out, and everything worked as expected. Check in took less than 15 minutes from the time I arrived until I was leaving the lot. This was the cleanest and best smelling van I have ever rented! Great job!Larry T.

Connect app and store. While standing by the truck the app assigned to me, waiting on my approval to process, the store rented the same truck to someone else. This caused unnecessary work for the store and delayed me in getting my rental.Angela W.

I really liked having large carts on site to help move in with. There is no light in my unit and I find this very inconvenient. Hopefully there is an outlet nearby so I can bring an extension cord and light in. It was very clean and the floors were nice and smooth for rolling carts. I wish there were more access doors since I'm at the very end of a hall, but it works. If there had been others unloading or loading at the same time, this would have been a big issue. The access scanner Is way too short when you're in the truck, so you're forced to get out to scan in and out. The biggest complaint I have is the lack of 24/7 access. The gate locks at 10pm. I'm not sure what would happen if I was still inside, but it forced me to rent an extra day of my truck just to finish unloading. If the office closes at 7, what's the point of having a lock time of the gate? I raced back just to get there in time, but I would've only had 20 min. Maybe if check-in hadn't taken 45 min (even though I did check-in mobile the day before), I would've had time. For fear of getting locked in, I had no choice but to pay for another day...that included all the extras I didn't even need since I was just staying a few miles from the location. The units are nice, nice lock provided, I just hope there's a plug somewhere in the hall or I'm a bit screwed. I'd recommend the units.Sara H. | First Impressions
