The only reason we're getting a bad review it was a simple fact that a trailer got snowed in due to a snow storm that happened in Cleveland I asked for accommodation they told me flat-out no so I would not recommend this particular bread or a servicePATRICK H.

My vehicle's electrical sensor was damaged during the installation of a hitch receiver. The damage was discovered immediately after I drove vehicle off the lot, which was immediately reported to the uhaul facility. I was asked at that time to call back the next day to speak with the tech who installed the receiver. 1/15/22 I called back and was asked to bring the vehicle back in for the install tech to inspect on 1/17/22 At that time I spoke with tech and he started that during his installation he never touched any electrical wires and that I needed to take my vehicle to the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. 1/19/22 I took my vehicle in for service the technician at the Chevy service department was unable to diagnose the problem and a another appointment was scheduled for 1/24/22 1/24/22 vehicle was dropped off and after inspection and a diagnosis was made. The Chevy certified technician determined that during the installation of the hitch receiver a sensor and hosing wires where disturbed on the rear of the vehicles. They also discovered the the the back bumper panel had been detached and the factory body trim clips used to fasten the panel to bumper were removed and refastened back with zip ties. The technician stated it appears that the installer remove the clips pulled the panel back and in the process damaged the wire housing wire then used zip tie instead of the factory body clips. I received an estimate to fix the damaged wire housing and I had to pay a diagnostic fee at this time. I contact the U-Haul facility where I got the installation of the hitch receiver and spoke with the facility manager. Who in an email provided me with information to file a claim with repwest. A claim was filed 1/24/22. 1/25/22 An estimate, diagnosis, pictures, vehicle registration was provided to a rep west adjuster. 1/26/22 I followed up with rep west adjuster to verify that he received all requested documents. The adjuster stated he was waiting for the U-Haul facilities response.MATTHEW H.

The female staff at this location is very rude and aggressive!VANESSA T.
When I picked up this truck, the engine light was on. I let the worker know that I did not feel comfortable making the drive from Ohio to Florida in a truck that needed serviced. She told me that she was going to take it back to get fixed so that I could take it. 1 hour into my drive the light came back on. I can almost guarantee that all they did was reset the check engine light and told me the issue was fixed. I had 2 of my children in that truck with and they basically without saying it said forget their safety.NOEMI C.

We did not reserve our truck at this location. We received a text with an address that was incorrect, but our online account was. When we arrived to check in check in the app said we were in the wrong location. It added more than an hour to our day. Having a baby, this was very inconvenient. If the truck at our original location was for some reason now unavailable we should have been asked to confirm a change of address, which we never were.CHRISTOPHER A.

I was sad by the self check in. Had terrible internet service and the page didn't work despite showing I had adequate coverage on my cellphone. It took me over 20 mins to check in and had to drive to a different area to get it to work. Was not aware there was a WiFi until I went to return the rental. And even with WiFi service I couldn't check out properlyâ€¦ I took a pic of the dashboard to check out and could not add the pic because again of the crappy service â€¦. Both WiFi and cell service â€¦. Not to mention that I based my mileage off of where I was to originally pick it up which was less than a mile From my home. Instead my reservation was changed 2 times to different locations getting further and further from my original pick up location adding an hour of time that I didn't not account for in the original location. Very much out of my way, very inconvenient and added to the frustration of the entire already stressful day by now having an hour less than the original time I allotted for.. it really screws the customer not just money wise but for the plans they had to make their day work smoothlyTeresa W.

The ladies that were working had no clue what were doing. The 1800 was no help at all with anything had trouble with the truck called for help and did the inline thing still no help. The check engine was on they said where I brought rod knock on the truck and told me they where going to send me the bill I do think so. Plus I spend over 400 dollars in gas and said I 999 miles on truck no way. I suppose to get 600 miles to a tank of gas and did not no where near that. I feel I treated very bad at the Elyria store on n ridge rd. I also feel I was way over charged on everything. I will think twice about using uhaul again at Elyria on n ridge rd. I would like to refunded at least 150.00 of money for all the inconveniences with this experience.Edward T.

Disappointed. UHAUL must be doing bad, picked up a truck on 1/4 of a tank which was even marked on my contract.. had issues dripping it off because of this crap. The questionnaire about the truck upon pickup timed out - If that happens don't rely on just your paperwork -customer care sitting at home was terrible.KRISTINA W.

The only issue I had was the gas was registered on the paperwork at 3/8 of a tank but it was really a quarter of a tank I showed a picture to the worker worker they said OK when I brought it back it was brought back at a quarter of a tank and I was charged $20.90 for gas not being put in really not happyWILLIAM M.
