None of the associates were wearing masks, despite the mandate in our city. The truck and the truck bed were covered in snow; staff did not bother to clean up before I rented. The online booking didn't work so it took a very long time to pick up the rental. The staff here doesn't care about their costumers, I won't be recommending them to anyone. I'm planning to move next month and I'm disappointed to know that I can't count on this store to be a resource for my move.

The guy at the counter didnt seem to want to be there and wasnt the friendliest but I did appreciate the service uhaul provides as I needed a rental for a day and even gave the pickup a 10 dollar carwash to show my appriciation. If you want a vehicle and not customer service good to go, service over vehicle I'd have found somewhere else had they been open. 5star to the company.

i rented a small moving truck...and when i got to my destination found it had no ramp...i just assumed there would be one.....never occured to me i would need to ask that question...would be a good thing to let people know in advance..(especially if they are old women!!) thanks!

I wasn't told about damage to the back bumper of the vehicle that I rented until I returned it. So I had a bit of a meltdown when I thought that I had damaged a vehicle when I really hadn't. It's a lesson for both they should've told me it was there and I should've walked around the vehicle and checked it all out before I drove away.

I was surprised that I had to hook and unhook the trailer myself. Had to move a trailer to get at the one that was assigned to me per the contract. When I use the 52nd Ave location, they always take care of that for the customers. For this move, the Main Ave location worked better. Thank you.

The worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul. I traveled from overseas and reserve a 26' truck and auto-transport. When the day came to pickup, I found out that my time to pickup changed along with having to travel about 100 miles to get a auto-transport. The 26' truck wasn't available even at the changed time and I had to settle for a smaller truck; so that, I would not miss the moving company to move my household goods in the truck. At the end of everything, I ended up going to 3 different locations and when I called with the complain I was only compensated with the extra money charged for the auto-transport nothing else. I felt that I was being told that its my fault because I was emailed about the changes eventhough I called and was giving a different story. I had to give away furniture because of not getting the right truck.

Headlight was burned out when we picked it up. I reserved a dolly when I set up the reservation this located didn't have any so we were made to go to a different location. Inconvenient. We should have been told before hand . Steering pulled to the right.

Counter people are very slow. I went online to save time. The guy was not friendly and didn't explain reasoning's etc., I stood waiting to pay with cash only to tell me later I needed a $60 deposit unless I paid with credit card. So when I say Not applicable for recommendation, I wouldn't recommend UHAUL to anyone. Every experience was chaos.

Very good nice place, I tried using the mobile check-in service, but there was was a bit of an issue. The guy there was super helpful and got me on my way! The Drop off was just easy and painless. Great place!

Mirror on right did not stay in place Reserved larger truck at different location later told that truck not available. Got smaller truck resulting in more trips and pickup location was further from home so paid more mileage. Should have received credit!

Overall a generally good experience, everyone was very friendly but did have a few problems I felt could have been handled better. Signed up for auto payment when I rented but it didn’t work and when I went to access my storage I was locked out. I understand things happen sometimes but was not happy that nobody was available to let me into my unit when payment was figured out. Also, gate was frequently just standing open when I came or when I drove by. Rented through the winter and several times when I came my lock was frozen shut and I could not get into my unit. I feel someone should have been able to assist me instead of telling me there was nothing they could do.

I have yet to be able to access my unit. The staff was nice but unable to open gate and didn't do anything. I needed to be out of my office space today and so all my things are stacked in mY driveway as I can't access storage. It's disappointing but other than that, everything is good...too bad the issue is a big issue.

Checked out December 24, 2018 and was still receiving invoice and left for January rent, and I was "officially" moved out of the system until January 12th. That's ridiculous! Im glad Aaron fixed it.

Had this 4 years and when I moved out of the inside climate controlled unit I discovered that my mattress and box spring that were wrapped in zippered vinyl were totally ruined!! Mgr never called back

I couldnt locate the direct number for the Fargo ND Uhaul on Main and could not get in touch with them directly. I had to call three times to cancel my res, charged for two months after I cancelled.
