we had to use the 1-800- to get into the lock box,when we picked up our truck in fargo at the main office. we picked up our truck at approx 6pm.. the lady that dealt with me on the phone was unbelievable. very helpful, and i wish for the life of me, i could remember her name. the date was may 2nd, approx time of call 6pm.. please give her a big hug, from us.. thanks p.s. we left an extra 1/4 tank of gas, when we dropped truck off.DENNIS P.

System was down all Sunday (the day we were supposed to pick up) Local staff was not very friendly and told us that even if system was up, they would not have our equipment for 3 days. We verified with National Center Monday morning when computer/phone system was working that we did have a reservation at that location. We reluctantly went there and did get a trailer. Trailer was very functional, but railing had rust holes and cracks. It is probably close to the end of its life cycle.THOMAS K.

None of the associates were wearing masks, despite the mandate in our city. The truck and the truck bed were covered in snow; staff did not bother to clean up before I rented. The online booking didn't work so it took a very long time to pick up the rental. The staff here doesn't care about their costumers, I won't be recommending them to anyone. I'm planning to move next month and I'm disappointed to know that I can't count on this store to be a resource for my move.Andrea F.
