I was called at 10:30 in the morning and told I was to have the truck back and told the service rep how I had been misinformed and was charged for another day but I had the truck back by approximately 1:30 also when I received the truck it only had 1/4 tank of fuel and when I returned it i left 3/4 of a tank of fuel in it. No compensation for the mistakes that were made or apologies. I have always had good service before and this time I was very disappointed with my experience this time.

I was overcharged on the mileage. Was charged for 64 miles, s/be 34. I only used $12 in gas so 64 mi is incorrect. Not sure if u read mileage on a different truck? Trip was from downtown Fargo to 52nd Ave two times. No way that is 64 miles. Would you please recheck my account. Thank you.

This location didn't have a furniture dolly, a 2 wheeler, or moving pads. We had to drive to the 52 ave location to get them.

I reserved my Uhaul online and went to the place to pick it up and the front parking lot was being majorly torn up and their was construction equipment buzzing around the lot so it seemed like the place might be closed. I did not deem it very safe to try walking around the construction vehicles and thru the broken concrete. I called and wanted to know how to get in the building because all the cement around the door was torn up and there was just dirt around it with a large step down into the dirt and another large step before getting into the building. (If I had a disability or was on crutches getting in would have been very difficult and very dangerous) So I had to walk over uneven dirt and broken cement to get into the building. It was very unprofessional of them not to have another entrance open or have a temporary sidewalk or at least a board laid down for customers to enter. If it would have been raining that would have been a mud pit and I would have tracked mud all over and into the rental which you are supposed to return clean. How is someone supposed to return the truck clean when they have to walk thru dirt and mud? Also when I called to try figure out where to get in the building and where to park my car and stuff the employee was very unhelpful and pretty much told me to just deal with it. I would have expected at least an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience we are undergoing some renovations" but nope, nothing. She had a very lackluster attitude and was not a joy to work with. Anyway long review but I was very disappointed in the professionalism of this business and will not be renting from there again.

It'll be great when your lot is finished with repaving! Good for you! Only request we have is to double-check the card to use to pay bill before running it. I held it with a prepaid card at registration with understanding we'd use our debit card when actual charge was made. It was run before asking if we wanted actual charge on that card and we had to scramble to add money to prepaid card. Other than that, service and equipment were ready, clean and very pleasant! Love that we can buy pack of boxes and return unused with receipt! And rent the moving pads! Great service added since we last used you!

The truck showed oil change was past due, truck ran funny and burned twice as much fuel as it should have. I want informed the return point was not an after-hours return point so my friends had to return it after getting me on a plane 50 miles away.

Get rid of the crabby gentleman who helped us. No customer service skills at all. Very rude and crabby. There was no where to park in front of building so we parked in another spot by the trailers and the employee yelled at us we couldn’t park there. We were just picking up the trailer and would be moved in 5 minutes. Instead we had to move our vehicle because he didn’t want it there. By the time we were hooked up there was nothing in the spot we temporarily parked so what was the big deal?

In stark contrast to the review I submitted just weeks ago about another Fargo location, the manager of this location knows customer service. Even though I had to wait in line, he called out to those of us waiting apologizing for the wait and acknowledging that we were there. This is my preferred location in Fargo and will continue to be for reasons like this.

Even though I have access to a trailer, I rented a U-Haul because I was moving on a day that they were forecasting rain. I didn’t want my stuff to get wet. However, the U-Haul ended up being pointless because my stuff still got soaking wet. The U-Haul roof heavily leaked rain water. My mattress and furniture got wet from riding in the U-Haul. The truck clearly needed maintenance! They shouldn’t leak that badly.

I know the computers went down so there's nothing you can do about that, but having a backup way to check out equipment would have saved me an hour yesterday. Also I signed up online for a West Fargo location that opened at 9. If I would have known I was going to be transferred to this location that opened at 7 I would have set up my appt for 7 and gotten more done yesterday. Also I thought the after hours returning of the truck was long and tedious. Something should be done to quicken that up.
