pamela H | First ImpressionsAfter only a few days of my stuff being stored, I came and found my unit had a bunch of crickets throughout my stuff. Also there was a foul odor coming from a nearby unit. Also, as far as the price, this outdoor unit was more expensive than an indoor unit I have of the same size. That is why I made sure to get out before my free month expired because it was not worth the price. I also don't understand the access hours because I tried accessing my unit early evening one time and was not allowed entry due to the store being closed. Overall not a terrible experience but would not store stuff at this location again.

I just wanted to point him out because he was quick, cheerful, and just made everything easy. He was like that with the customers in front of us too. I wish I would have gotten his name. Storage units were nice, I like the one floor and outside better than the giant building uhauls. No pest issues too for it being outdoor. If we need a unit again the Main Ave uhaul would be the one we'd use again.
