Elvis H.There was no dolly in the truck that we needed. I should have verified before leaving but I did ask and agree to the $7 dollar fee. The transmission was also bad, you couldn't shift into drive easily. Very unsafe vehicle and should be taken out of service.

Ebenezer K.Everything was really fast and smooth, he hooked up the trailer and made sure everything was working before we left. However, when I returned the trailer that same day, earlier than my scheduled time, he never wrote down that I had brought it back. I got a voicemail the next day asking how everything was going and when I would be returning the trailer even though I had already brought it back. I tried to call the store back and it brought me to the automated call center and I couldn't get a hold of the store that had originally called me.

Steve A.This location fixed a huge problem that we have had every time we book online. When you book online they give you pickup and drop off locations that may not be applicable in reality. The employee at this location made things right and went above and beyond to help us. When we went to where they said we could pick up our uhaul that we ordered it was not there. This has happened every time we have booked online. I would recommend skipping online reservations and go straight to the U-haul location you want. Online service is unpredictable and promises what they cannot deliver.

Agus W.Don't tell them that the van is filled up and to return it full when the van is NOT full. I drove 29 miles and put in 7.5 gallons of gas (at $4.59 a gallon, mind you). So either the van was not full or it gets 3,8 MPG. I do not think it was the latter. I told them this at the counter and they just shrugged their shoulders.
Tyler C.It was disgusting and dirty and lot of my things got damaged, more over they have a very poor customer service and bad manners. No human relationship and very racist. They steal my money all in the name of interest that was their fault. U-haul will be my worse recommendation to anybody.

I don't know if someone cancelled in that 30 mins or it could have some miscommunication. Anywho, I was happy with the overall experience.

leonard F.High marks for the folks at this site. HOWEVER, when we reserved the trailer on the UHAUL.com site, we said we needed an appliance cart. Upon arrival to pick-up the trailer, there were NO carts available. None at the other dealer either. Fortunately, we were able to load the appliances without the cart but with much more difficulty. When we arrived in Fargo, we stopped at this/our drop off location and they allowed us to borrow a cart so we could unload. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. UHAUL corporate site however gets a big FAIL for this rental experience.

Marlo J.Only reason being I have been paying 120$ every month for a 10x10 at main Ave location and as I stand there to pay im reading signs hung on display garages and the 10x10 says 74$ so I ask about it and was told them r 7th Ave prices what is the difference and was told convenients when not true for me and for sure not 50 dollars more convenient so please get back to me and let me know if we could work a little something out cuz that's highway robbery $50 more for the same exact garage same exact security same exact everything same exact mice that I have in mind here I'm sure you have out there so I'd like to know a little bit more specific by the prices $50 more a month thank you other than that everything's been great

Signed up for auto payment when I rented but it didn’t work and when I went to access my storage I was locked out. I understand things happen sometimes but was not happy that nobody was available to let me into my unit when payment was figured out. Also, gate was frequently just standing open when I came or when I drove by. Rented through the winter and several times when I came my lock was frozen shut and I could not get into my unit. I feel someone should have been able to assist me instead of telling me there was nothing they could do.
