Karen KThere was some body damage on our truck. Because it was raining when we picked it up, we did not take the time to examine it. We drove straight home. It was then we saw some damage. Remember to inspect your vehicle closely before driving off the lot. This office was friendly and very easy to work with.

EJ FTruck was a little difficult to drive as steering was loose, also would have been nice to have cruise control.
Douglas EIt was disappointing that they did not have the size truck that we requested, even though we had a confirmed reservation. Initially we were going to have to drive to a location 19 miles away to get the truck. In the end they got a 26' truck in and let us have that for the same price as the 20' truck we had reserved.

tony bDon’t waste space in my truck with add-ons like the had truck and blankets. If I needed those, I would have ordered them. They take up valuable square footage in the truck that I needed. Had to work around that stuff. Not cool.

Especially if they’ve been a loyal and dedicated customer for over 15 years. I’ve moved across the country multiple times and abuse this services and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had.

Facility is new and obviously still under construction, so I'm not about to fault the fact that there's construction materials out and about. Could use some indication as to what units are where internally (signage indicating that Units 1001 - 1025 are this way, 1026-1031 are that way, etc), but that's probably just something not yet dealt with during the build-out.
