I originally booked the vehicle for 8pm but upon arriving at the location to collect I was told I needed documentation that u did not have on me at the time, I then had to drive all the way home and back which took about an hour, then I had to reschedule the pick up time which I requested be set to 9pm but the agent set it to 9am so upon arrival I didn't have access to the vehicle, by the time everything was sorted out it was almost 9:30pm and I was not able to take the items I picked up to my storage unit which was closed by the time I got through with everything. Now I have to temporarily store the items somewhere else and pay again to move them to the storage facility. Overall I am very annoyed at the entire experience and frustrated that I was not told initially what documents I needed to provide aside from my License.Daniel N.

Angie Newson was very friendly and helpful with all the things I had encountered from pickup location and Randy Harris was exceptional and helpful at drop off and was trying to assist with getting my refund for items I did not receive at pickup. They tried to charge us for 200 miles I moved two blocks from my old address and only made two RT trips to the location. They finally said oh its only 20 miles...BIG difference! No one came out to do the inspection before we drove off and the truck was filthy! You would have thought especially now with COVID someone would clean those trucks. My friend returned it and I was not happy with the hassle they gave him.DONNA C.
No fault of location as they are fantastic and van was great, but app was not able to be used for van share pickup. Had to use web interface to pickup van else would have been unable to pickup until location opened. Great process but app could be improved. It was confusing when I get an email that my pickup location was moved and the time was way off. I called to confirm and the person on the phone made it sound like it was my fault. When I got there, the truck didnt have the items in it. When I returned the truck too double the gas needed to move the needle to middle same as before. I went 8 miles and used $17 in gas. Then the person checking me back in upon return said I had to fold the blankets? what else do u expect me to wash the vehicle too? Was more annoyed we werent told it beforehand.ANTHONY S.

We INITALLY were to pick up our trailer at AAA tire in Ft Lauderdale. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE TRAILER!!! We had to go to a company store in Wilton Manors who were AWESOME and took right care of us!DAVID L.
Returned a truck and two dollies. Dollies were on separate reservation due to truck pick-up not having them. Worked said he would return the dollies as well and send me my receipts. 12 hours later and nothing and still showing active. The tires on the trailer I rented, in my opinion, we worn out. The front tires even showed some sidewall cracking. It might have been marginally acceptable for a local rental, but I wasn't happy using them for a long haul. As for the location, the last time I did business there, one of the female employees stole my credit card information. This time, the clerk insisted on manually inputting my card number, despite the terminal right in front of me. He even had to override the system to take it by saying the reader rejected my card. Seems there is something shady going on here. I just used a card I don't use much so I could keep an easy eye on it, since I needed to get the trailer and get on the road.JEFFERY L.

When you are speaking then the mask has it's best value. So when you start speaking and pull your mask down it's just irritating and not safe. When you are checking in my truck, I'm the customer. To be talking on the phone at the same time, mask pulled down when I don't know if you are talking to me or to the person on the phone is just plain rude. Terrible customer service since management changed. I returned the trailer within 24 hours and the location did not check in their system. I think most employees there should explain to the customer the overall reservation and how it works into details. What I was told at the local branch was completely different of what was said online. I think employee should never false advertise this particular business. I rented a pickup truck. The exteriour needed to be washed, it was dirrty all over and had mud in places. The interior was filthy, everything was sticky and the windshield had so much smoke residue on it that you could hardly see through it when you drove into the SunMICHAEL W.

Alert the customer of grace period. Alert the customer of commercial rate if over 100 miles Fix your software so that if there isn't enough memory there's a secondary option so as not to charge extra $20 when dropped off on time. Poor customer service, another employee was yelling at another employee. Arguing about the trucks. Also I'm very disappointed with U-Haul. I specifically requested it for 10am pickup & I prepaid for guarantee. It wasn't available until 4pm!! Pushing me back one day from my departure date. I used U haul a few months back & had no issues. But this time it was awful! I will try the other truck rental company next time probably Budget. U-Haul said because the truck was t available at the location I requested or time I requested that they were going to give me $50 back. I still haven't seen the $ & honestly $50! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a u-haul. They were fast and efficient. I pre-booked online and I was in and out. The truck was immaculate and only had a few miles. This was very unexpected, since I was taking the u-haul to another state. I believe I dealt with Mark he was so kind and considerate.John B.

The online system was good and easy. No big complaints there. Our unit has stair-only access, which wouldn’t have deterred me, but I could see that being an issue for others. I don’t remember that being stated in the description. We did have difficulty finding our unit. I did not see the link for the facility map that was in an email until after we went to the facility. We were driving around and couldn’t find the right building, a directional sign, or map. We eventually went into the office, where the only associate was working with another customer. We waited for a few minutes, but eventually a small paper map on an empty associates desk, from which we were able to find our unit. I would recommend some signage to at least direct cars toward the right access doors for the different alphabetic regions. The “air conditioned” unit was very hot. After loading our unit we went back the the office and told the associate who said they knew and that it was going to be fixed soon. We went back today (two weeks later) and the AC unit was running, but it was still above 85° On the wall mounted thermometer. Not the end of the world, but worth noting, the door stop on the access door to our section is broken. One final note, our unit had a rat trap in the corner. On one hand, I appreciate pest control, but on the other, it was concerning.Cory K. | Online Move In
