When you are speaking then the mask has it's best value. So when you start speaking and pull your mask down it's just irritating and not safe. When you are checking in my truck, I'm the customer. To be talking on the phone at the same time, mask pulled down when I don't know if you are talking to me or to the person on the phone is just plain rude. I just drove off as I had no idea what was going on. Frustrating. WEAR YOUR FUCKING MASKS!!

Terrible customer service since management changed. I returned the trailer within 24 hours and the location did not check in their system. They called me 3 days long and left messages on my voicemailbox. When returning the call the line is not working. I received a invoice with double charges.

I think most employees there should explain to the customer the overall reservation and how it works into details. What I was told at the local branch was completely different of what was said online. I think employee should never false advertise this particular business. I was told that I will have to pay $20 but I was charged a lot more money when I returned the truck.

Just make sure the cabin is a little bit cleaner, but being the end of the month, I understand hell it's hard to get vehicles in and out so fast. It did not affect my rental at all it is just a suggestion l.

I rented a pickup truck. The exteriour needed to be washed, it was dirrty all over and had mud in places. The interior was filthy, everything was sticky and the windshield had so much smoke residue on it that you could hardly see through it when you drove into the Sun

Alert the customer of grace period. Alert the customer of commercial rate if over 100 miles Fix your software so that if there isn't enough memory there's a secondary option so as not to charge extra $20 when dropped off on time. You know the location, you know the vehicle is on the lot, keys are dropped off, why charge extra?

Poor customer service, another employee was yelling at another employee. Arguing about the trucks. Also I'm very disappointed with U-Haul. I specifically requested it for 10am pickup & I prepaid for guarantee. It wasn't available until 4pm!! Pushing me back one day from my departure date. I used U haul a few months back & had no issues. But this time it was awful! I will try the other truck rental company next time probably Budget. U-Haul said because the truck was t available at the location I requested or time I requested that they were going to give me $50 back. I still haven't seen the $ & honestly $50! Doesn't solve the problem.

Make sure and cover all your bases! Two miles into our trip, the check engine light came on. We called and were offered the opportunity to return it but had a schedule and it was running ok, so we declined. When we dropped it off, the truck would not restart for the tech to move it. Document, document, document!

I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a u-haul. They were fast and efficient. I pre-booked online and I was in and out. The truck was immaculate and only had a few miles. This was very unexpected, since I was taking the u-haul to another state. I believe I dealt with Mark he was so kind and considerate.

I had recently been let down by the local Budget Truck Rental and went to this U-Haul at the last minute. The whole process was super easy. Friendly, helpful staff made the experience pleasant. I got the impression that the people working there actually like their jobs and enjoy interacting with the customers. Excellent teamwork!

Smooth operation there at U-Haul on Dixie Hwy, great from beginning to end. The guy who helped me at drop off was really friendly, pleasant and helpful, as I was returning the truck just before closing. It wasn't until the end of my interaction that I noticed that he was actually an owner. Refreshing!

I was told I would receive a receipt by email, never came. Truck was filthy outside. Inside was ok. I rented a truck for $19.95 and barely used it a few hours and ended up paying almost $50 which did include a hitch. I use Uhaul a fair amount but this was the worst.

I was dismayed to find out my 6 mile total trip from pickup to drop-off left me with a $7 gasoline bill. I've used U-Haul many times in my life and never owed something for that short of a trip. I've always filled up before returning from longer trips.

I was moving from Fort Lauderdale to Atlanta. I only needed a 5x8 trailer and required a hitch. Kevin, Harry and the entire team were extremely helpful each time I stopped by for boxes and questions. Kevin was great installing the hitch and Harry was also great to show me how to hook it up. I highly recommend this awesome, friendly and very helpful team.

The engine/tire light was constantly on. The front hood was released and not shut and had to turn off highway to fix until I recognized. Then, the price was outrageous! Some credit would be necessary if you wish me to use in future or give any recommendations!

The premises was filled with about a dozen children running around and no on seemed to manage them. There were issues with truck driver side visor but an attendant taped it. But when I returned the truck the workers were so consumed with these children and eating cake that the service was very poor. Very unprofessional to have a dozen of kids running around inside and outside of the premises and workers not focused on the customer. YOU ASKED!

Irma at the Fort Lauderdale phone line for uhaul was extremely helpful. She explained the rental system far better than the clerk did at the uhaul dealer we used. She went above and beyond, even calling me to check if it was all coordinated okay. She was a star among all the uhaul people we dealt with.

The online system was good and easy. No big complaints there. Our unit has stair-only access, which wouldn’t have deterred me, but I could see that being an issue for others. I don’t remember that being stated in the description. We did have difficulty finding our unit. I did not see the link for the facility map that was in an email until after we went to the facility. We were driving around and couldn’t find the right building, a directional sign, or map. We eventually went into the office, where the only associate was working with another customer. We waited for a few minutes, but eventually a small paper map on an empty associates desk, from which we were able to find our unit. I would recommend some signage to at least direct cars toward the right access doors for the different alphabetic regions. The “air conditioned” unit was very hot. After loading our unit we went back the the office and told the associate who said they knew and that it was going to be fixed soon. We went back today (two weeks later) and the AC unit was running, but it was still above 85° On the wall mounted thermometer. Not the end of the world, but worth noting, the door stop on the access door to our section is broken. One final note, our unit had a rat trap in the corner. On one hand, I appreciate pest control, but on the other, it was concerning.
