I was overcharged. I had the truck one day and that was charged correctly. The incorrectly charges me for 2 days for both furniture pads and a dolly. The guys who checked me in said they charge $20 in the pads weren't folded. I think he was just being lazy. I folded them was was still overcharged. I've been on hold with U-Haul 20 minutes trying to fix it. Please contact me.CHRISTOPHER B.
I made 2 comments when I returned the truck. The first was the link texted to me on the condition of the truck and what I thought was to include a photo of the dashboard expired before I had a chance to look at it. The second comment was that I received the truck with less then the recorded 1/4 tank of gas, I noticed this as I was leaving the property, but was sure I would be able to prove it with the photo of the dashboard which disappeared. To return the truck with a 1/4 tank, I had to put in several gallons more than I used, I only drove 59 miles. I put in 13 gallons of gas to drive 60 miles.JOHN F.
Masks should be covering your mouth during covid, the guy who checked me in during the return had his mask on his chin and was coughing into his hand. Trucks should at least be wiped down, there was a used mask and spilled coffee on the steering wheel. Overall not a good experience, at a dirty location.Tiffany L.

The van was clean enough on the inside of the cargo area. In the cab though, looks like the windows haven't been washed in awhile nor anything wiped down in the cab. Wasn't enough to ruin the experience or get another van because we wanted to get our move done. Just wanted you to know.JOSEPH S.

I originally booked the vehicle for 8pm but upon arriving at the location to collect I was told I needed documentation that u did not have on me at the time, I then had to drive all the way home and back which took about an hour, then I had to reschedule the pick up time which I requested be set to 9pm but the agent set it to 9am so upon arrival I didn't have access to the vehicle, by the time everything was sorted out it was almost 9:30pm and I was not able to take the items I picked up to my storage unit which was closed by the time I got through with everything. Now I have to temporarily store the items somewhere else and pay again to move them to the storage facility. Overall I am very annoyed at the entire experience and frustrated that I was not told initially what documents I needed to provide aside from my License.Daniel N.

Angie Newson was very friendly and helpful with all the things I had encountered from pickup location and Randy Harris was exceptional and helpful at drop off and was trying to assist with getting my refund for items I did not receive at pickup. They tried to charge us for 200 miles I moved two blocks from my old address and only made two RT trips to the location. They finally said oh its only 20 miles...BIG difference! No one came out to do the inspection before we drove off and the truck was filthy! You would have thought especially now with COVID someone would clean those trucks. My friend returned it and I was not happy with the hassle they gave him.DONNA C.
No fault of location as they are fantastic and van was great, but app was not able to be used for van share pickup. Had to use web interface to pickup van else would have been unable to pickup until location opened. Great process but app could be improved. Second time using app and it has only gotten worse :(Lucas B.
The associate that helped us when we checked in was unprofessional and not friendly. When asking questions, he would be very short and not expand on his responses. It felt like he was rushing us out of the store.AARON B.

It was confusing when I get an email that my pickup location was moved and the time was way off. I called to confirm and the person on the phone made it sound like it was my fault. When I got there, the truck didnt have the items in it. When I returned the truck too double the gas needed to move the needle to middle same as before. I went 8 miles and used $17 in gas. Then the person checking me back in upon return said I had to fold the blankets? what else do u expect me to wash the vehicle too? Was more annoyed we werent told it beforehand.ANTHONY S.
We INITALLY were to pick up our trailer at AAA tire in Ft Lauderdale. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE TRAILER!!! We had to go to a company store in Wilton Manors who were AWESOME and took right care of us!DAVID L.
Returned a truck and two dollies. Dollies were on separate reservation due to truck pick-up not having them. Worked said he would return the dollies as well and send me my receipts. 12 hours later and nothing and still showing active. Called the main customer service number and they said they'd send a note because the system showed me returning the dollies to the rented location. Makes no sense.Tanner J.
