Online service was ok. Counter service was great! GM was working the counter on a Saturday. Everyone was helpful and equipment was clean. Thought price per mile was a little high but it is what it is.

The cost per mile is ridiculous . And the cost of fuel if you don't refill it is ridiculous.


I reserved a van online with my credit card information but had to go through all the paperwork again at the location. The employee was nice but actually came into work after I arrived and had to be asked (by the 2 guys who were both busy on computers with no customers in front of them) to take care of me. The van was clean with "17 miles to empty" on the display. I pointed out my paperwork said it had 1/4 tank and he offered to "find" me another van. I was annoyed that the first thing I had to do was stop for gas but I'd already been delayed, so I declined. He told me I'd be reimbursed for the gas (NOT what it says in the paperwork and I wasn't). Really disappointing guys! Do better, this is your full time job.

The van on the inside was clean enough but the outside was filthy. Grimey with fingerprints and with wash me written in the dirt. Also there was an additional charge i have to find out about. Im not happy.

When obtaining the vehicle with the rep, the miles and gas did not match the paperwork so the sales rep did handwrite the issue on the contract. When I returned the same salesperson was asked to come out and deal with me versus the person checking in vehicles. Upon reviewing my receipt via email, i noticed I was charged for 102 miles when all I traveled was 31 miles. Odd there is not accurate paperwork. I called UHAUL and customer service and await a refund. Things happen but errors consume time and energy.

There is one employee, at the Wilton manors location. Raine is her name I believe. Very disrespectful. Nasty attitude. My husband and I rented a cargo van to move. She accused us of trying to steal a dolly, after WE PAID FOR IT. So I went to tell another employee, she then told them not to help us because I’m complaining. She does not need that job.


The general manager was an as##\le. Changed my rate and rental time at 7:30 am and told me that if I didn’t like his terms I didn’t have to rent from him. He said this knowing I had commitments shortly thereafter. Worst U-Haul experience I have ever had.

We’ve been renting from the 5 points location for about 2 years. The Stymer service seems to be slipping every time I go. The last two rentals were incorrect the last one which was just a couple days ago they gave me the wrong truck and did not give me a key to the lock which both were inconvenience I had to buy a lock.Stymer service seems to be slipping every time I go.
