Tried to speak to person in charge and just was to busy and not very knowledgeable as to my issues or concerns. The trailer I rented leaked and ruined a brand new twin mattress along with a few other belongings! Could've saved the money and threw it in the back of the truck if I knew that was going to happen! Very disappointed.

My trailer had no Lights. I Had to pull over and buy and fix the connection on the trailer.I rented the trailer around 3pm. Dropped at shop. Then loaded my bike on it at 7. My Freind said you have no Lights. Well I Had proceed with my trip

I have rented Van's and trucks from U-Haul for a long time, through various states for many moves. The only complaint was my credit cards were rejected, both of which are payroll deposit cards, one issued by the U. S. Treasury Dept, the other by my employer, which is a debit payroll card. Both of my debit cards are associated with banks. So, now both of my credit cards are useless and also cash deposits. I regrettably will have to use some other company because your payment policies have changed, even though I have a history of paying with prior cards before and always paid my bills with no problems. My appreciation to Harry, and also the staff member who checked me out, the employees are outstanding!! I am really going to miss doing business with UHaul.

Arrived at facility, one employee helping one customer (another able employee stocking miscellaneous parts while customers lined up behind me and we all got frustrated by the 23 minute wait to complete the guy in front of me). When it was my turn, system went down, which created even more frustration for all of us waiting. Total time from arrival to departure with the cargo trailer (45 min).

An employee I did not deal with much was being very rude to another customer, then started to have an attitude towards me in the very brief interaction with me. The employee who processed my equipment return was very nice and helpful.

I reserved a 10' truck and you guys changed the truck twice and the pick-up/drop-off location further away.. Not only did I pay for extra mileage with a more inefficient truck but the customer service rep was rude by asking me if I wanted it or not because there were people that would like this truck today, even though it was not the truck I reserved.

I would definitely suggest next time whoever inspects the returned tow dolly to make sure and "touch" the brake lights to see if they are properly on there right. Apparently my tow dolly whoever had it before me propped the right light up before giving it back. And when I started on my journey it literally detached perfectly *no damage. How is that when its supposed to he riveted in?

Online is still not nearly as efficient as in store customer service. I tried to book online and it was challenging, the store representative got everything in order for me. Staff at this location are always efficient and helpful.

These guys and girls work very hard. They could have used another person behind the counter (or a dedicated person to acknowledge reservations.) It's gotta be tough doing everything , esp when running inside and outside. That said , well done. Keep it up and thx for being there for us.

I made a reservation for a 1 way truck but U-Haul was not able to provide me with one. The National call center lady (Erma/Irma) was Not Helpful & Rude ( she did not provide a solution). Forcing me to figure it out myself & reserve a truck that I would need to return from 100 miles away... I would like to request my $50.00 reimbursement for U-Haul's cancellation of my reservation. Generally a good experience when I've gone here. But my vehicle was apparently vandalized the day before (catalytic converters we stolen from many trucks) so it was super loud which made driving it a bit of an inconvenience). And the end of the shift handle broke mid way through my day). Was still able to use the vehicle but it was just a bit of an inconvenience.

The online system was good and easy. No big complaints there. Our unit has stair-only access, which wouldn’t have deterred me, but I could see that being an issue for others. I don’t remember that being stated in the description. We did have difficulty finding our unit. I did not see the link for the facility map that was in an email until after we went to the facility. We were driving around and couldn’t find the right building, a directional sign, or map. We eventually went into the office, where the only associate was working with another customer. We waited for a few minutes, but eventually a small paper map on an empty associates desk, from which we were able to find our unit. I would recommend some signage to at least direct cars toward the right access doors for the different alphabetic regions. The “air conditioned” unit was very hot. After loading our unit we went back the the office and told the associate who said they knew and that it was going to be fixed soon. We went back today (two weeks later) and the AC unit was running, but it was still above 85° On the wall mounted thermometer. Not the end of the world, but worth noting, the door stop on the access door to our section is broken. One final note, our unit had a rat trap in the corner. On one hand, I appreciate pest control, but on the other, it was concerning.

There were a few inconsistencies- being charged insurance that we didn't agree to prior to rental and the text we received stating that we had the trucknfir two hours when we'd selected 4- but other than that the service was friendly and the process was easy. The store was tidy and distancing was taking place

I ordered a utility dolly, furniture dolly and furniture pads which were not present. The Back of the truck was not accessible in location the truck was parked due to it being backed up to a canal so I assumed the equipment would be in there which was my fault. I attempted to call the location with no response. I would like to be refunded for the missing items.

6 by 12 unit needed refurbishing or retirement. However the 20 foot truck we rented the week before was on good condition. Main complaint about the 6 by 12 is inadequate tie downs which is a design flaw and some were broken.
