The Uhaul was dirty, it smelled of urine, and the window knob was broken. When first called to make the store aware of the issues they did not apologize at all. I had to tell THEM I'm bringing it back. When I got there they FORGOT what I called about, then went to the truck and said it doesn't smell of urine! Then said well we sanitize our trucks! What the hell does that have to do with someone pissing in the truck?!? It smelled like someone urinated all over it. I took it back and left. This is horrible customer service.COURTNEY M.

You could not charge for a second day until at least 24 hours have passed. You could not take cash and then issue a refund that was less than the cash taken on a card that's going to take 3 to 5 business days to get there when you just took the fucking cash out of my handjeffery G.

Excellent customer service! Convenient location. I wish I could remember their names, but one employee went the extra mile to make sure the inside was disinfected he wiped everything down again, just because he knew I had anxiety about germs. You had two guys working the counter the same two guys had to go out and leave the people standing there while they hooked up trainers and got trucks ready for other people,In there for 30 minutes to wait to pick up a truck and then I stood there for aanother 30 minutes Just to return the truck,I suggest you have people working the counter and other people looking at trailers and getting trucks ready,It was my first experience with you all and I hope it's my last thanksSteven G.

Andrew is his name, and he is the worst definition of a CSR, I hope I never have to deal with such an individual again. When I came in the day, I was taken care of by Joe who was awesome, but Andrew ruined my experience with U-Haul. I was so scared of dealing with Andrew, that my wife and I had to invite the cops to the store because we were literally scared for our life. Andrew is the rudest employee I have ever done business with, and I hope he is immediately fired or re-assigned because he does not need to be dealing with customers. The issue I had was returning the truck. The employees were still inside the store 10 minutes before closing time, the doors were locked, and would not unlock the doors for me to door my return. The girl that checked us out was very polite. However, when we returned the van there wasn't anyone in the store. We waited about 10 minutes for someone to show up. I even called the store while we were waiting because we heard someone working in the repair shop, but no one answered the phone. When the guy that was working finally came back I said something to him about no one being there. His response was "We are busy". I might have believed him if I hadn't seen him drive across the street right before I walked in the building and he came back with a Red Bull. I don't like being lied to. Extremely poor customer service. If he was going to leave then the person in the shop should have covered for him. I even called the store and heard the phone ringing in the repair shop, but no one answered.Steven T.
