Truck was great- tires were bald and peeling- this made the ride bumpy and uncomfortable- and we where anticipating a blowout throughout the trip- otherwise people where great!

Scheduled pick up of 1 full Ubox for 9:30am, employee loaded an empty Ubox "assuming we were picking up an empty Ubox" causing us to wait almost 2 hours for her to locate and load the correct Ubox. Unacceptable.

The representative who assisted in everything had her focus on everything else but us as her customers! When we arrived at 6:40 she told us they were already closed but we were informed 7p was the closing time, so she insisted we do it all online which then took us a bit longer. The truck was perfect no troubles there but I’d never return to this location! The lady was very inattentive and unprofessional!

U-Haul 24/7 was not functioning properly, waited over an hour on the phone and two different calls to reach a representative. I was very dissatisfied and had to call the store multiple time to ensure I was charged or held accountable for the non functioning services.

Low air pressure light on entire time , tow light on entire time , asked and was told just sensor , but with the morning light on it blacks out your mileage and fuel, It’s a shame you can’t upload a photo

The shelf part of the cargo bay leaked on some of my stuff while it was in ther and got some boxes wet and the stuff inside the boxes as well

I originally booked at another place. Apparently I was supposed to have gotten an email confirming which I didn't get. We arrived there and there was no one there. I called UHaul and they changed my pickup to another place and they were great. But I did not like what happened with the first place.

The employees were kind and helpful but the system was terrible. It required five different attempts to secure my rental. I was at the location for an hour before an employee using a different computer was finally able to get me checked out. This has happened nearly every time I visit this location.

The requirements are different at each location. Uhaul could launch a program to improve morale and customer service. The relationship between employee and customer is key to repeat business and referrals to new customers. Uhaul is missing an opportunity to vastly improve bottom line revenue. As a person with 50+ years of employee development, I would be happy to provide direction and support as a contract consultant. Uhaul could use some kindness and proficiency training. An amazing turnaround is possible in a short period of time. An outside observation and direction provided as a result of those observations is best received by employees. Most are defensive and guarded when observed and reviewed by internal auditors and HR personnel. Effective change requires kindness and positive support by those promoting change. During the recent visits to the facility office, there was a faint musty odor in the office area where the help counter is. Wasn't sure what caused it? Unpleasant. Otherwise, everything fine.

MY visit on 3/167 was excellent. But I was there because when I vacated my unit and checked out with a clerk 10 days before, he didn't complete the checkout and billing continued.

This location is slow and unorganized. I have had appointments each time but still have waited 30 minutes or longer to be assisted. Storage facility smells badly & main entry doors were never locked.
