We have had occasion to rent from 3 storage companys in the last 2 1/2 years and by far this has been the best. We recently went through hurricane Irma and lost a lot. They made the whole experience a lot more tolerable.

First and fir most is the customer service there. They're very unprofessional and very rude. I moved near this location from Boynton Beach wear ive never encounter this form of servive. I bought a pig tail light connector which i had to install myself at the location due to tge fact they said no one can install the pig tail wiring. Immediately after being told that they do not install the pig tail, the same rude woman came out to install a hitch.. Im not the smartest man in tge world but i do know to install a hitch from stract you will have to install a pig tail connection. I would never recommend anyone to this specific location due to the lack of customer service.

Trailer leaked and my dresser got wet. I have pictures. The edge of dresser swelled up and looks terrible. Uhaul dealer said it wasn't necessary to cover any of the furniture bc trailer was enclosed and did they NOT offer insurance coverage. The pick up location was in a shady area and the office was packed with people. We were rushed in and out. They also forgot to give my husbands drivers lifence back to him. They called after as they were closing the doors and that delayed our leaving to go home until the next day when they reopened. Had to spend another night at our hotel and go all the way back to pick up his licence. Took them another 30 minutes to locate his license bc they are inefficient at that location! Very unhappy! I'm out $120 additional for hotel!

I had an issue with your customer service line... I called couple times and I have passed around from one agent to another just to have an order cancel. Another time I called in to change a pickup time days before my due date, which one of your agents stated she did and on the day of pick up of the truck my reservation was canceled.... because the rep did not change my time to 10 am and they cancel it due to no show (orginally time was 7 am). I did call back to the customer service line and got transfer to the regional dept, which that is what I was told (I don't know if that was true). The lady who had helped me get a truck register at the location... when I ask her to confirmed that the pick up for the truck was definetly was set up properly (because my early experience with your reps I had to Make Sure)... she had a nerve to raise her voice and little attitude like my questiohns of concerns was bothing her ... I believed her name was Donna, Dana something to that matter. Your customer service reps Need More Training especially with adding the notes to the calls in the client's file. This situation makes me not want to deal with Uhaul again. Customer service goes long way.

Go over all equipment rented by customer as you pack it or show them the equipment if you pack it up in the back/rear of facility. When you tell a customer to wait in place for your callback, promptly call back otherwise you are setting customer up to miss their move window and have to pay additional fees (extra time off from work, hotel stay, missed flight...) Return the customer's call. Resolve customer's problem when they reach out to you immediately- time delays are crucial when rental times are involved

They charge my card three times and then said he was going to refund it and I have to wait a couple days to receive my money back on top of that the truck smell real bad and the inside

Returned vehicle with the same fuel level and was charged for two gallons of fuel. Called office and was told a manager would call to call back. I went 33 mile and put 3 gallons of fuel in vehicle returning it to the level when I rented it. would never recommend this location again have used in the past no problem

Make sure the lights are working...It was a real inconvenience to leave later rather than earlier because there was no lights on the trailer. We had to use the flashers until daylight.

Based on my on-line booking, I was confirmed at a different location (farther from my home) because the booking process indicated that a truck was not available at the above (3626 US 1) location which is right up the street from my home. So, I went to the wrong u-haul location and the guy at the wrong location told me it was my fault. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE even though the 3626 S US Hwy 1 location did have their act together.

The truck dimensions are misleading. You should not count "Grandma's attic" as part of the length of the truck. I was told that the truck would be a 15 foot truck and i measured in my living room 15 feet and we packed everything into that measurement to make sure it would all fit and it BARELY fit. Then when i received the truck i measured and it was 3 feet SHORT. Service was good, truck was in great shape, but I was furious at the true size of the "15 foot" truck.
