One thing is you paid on the first due of the month, and you would not get money back after move out of the storage unit early. That suck!

Grounds are kept clean and well maintained for the most part. In my unit there had been water damage to my furniture due to a leak from the ceiling. As a result the installation was hanging down. The leaked caused water stains on some of my items. Also, I was not notified that the electronic access system failed and therefore all passcodes were deactivated. Luckily the office was opened the day I tried to gain access. Overall, all things considered, I would still recommend them to others.

There are some great people there and some not so great. But I will say that there are several issues that arose where the higher ups with uhaul resolved very quickly. I know that every one of us is under a lot of stress during this time so I will say that they are doing the best they can to provide a great customer experience. I just wish the hours to access the climate controlled storage was clearly stated that it is only during office hours and not until 10pm. Be advised.

My unit, was not an outside storage, but inside the building, it was not climate controlled, my items had mold forming on my furniture, was not 24/7 accessible, only accessible during the office hours, and my lock was changed without notification, the staff person couldn't find the key for the lock that was placed on my unit, I had to wait two days before I could get into the unit. I was not pleased on the few occasions that I went to the unit.

The only thing I had a problem with was the unit I had when I needed it after office hours it was a inconvenience because they would close and lock the door to building where my unit was and it was very inconvenience and it was hard trying to get someone to come and open it for me.

the thing is that i was not told that the initial unit that i had rented 261 was not 24 hours access so the door for me to go into the climate controlled storage was locked when i got there, spent 1 hour at the location trying to talk to customer service, joseph helped me get to another storage room that was 24 hours and door to go in was open, he told me that i might have to move my stuff back to the initial storage i had rented, issue is that my family is on vacation, i only had two guys that was able to help me move the stuff just for this time, starting monday, i am alone, also i have a finger chopped off with stiches due to a work accident, a 6 month old baby that needs care, and i have nobody to move the things back to another unit, and i would really really aprecciate if i could keep my things in unit 283, i think there are moments in life when there always and eception, i think i deserve it this time, please, and im looking for a place to move as soon as possible, last trip i got locked in the facility for 30 minits before customer service could open a gate since my controll works just for 5am until 10 pm, a couple of issues and miss understanding , is my second time renting at this location and i would do it again, please be considerate and help me, really need it, thanks

Tristan from the Fuqua location went the extra mile and beyond for me. I had to change my storage unit 3 times. And each time she was understanding with me. She listened to me and also reminded me of the 1 month free because i also had a truck rental. I walked in yesterday confused and stressed. Normally my mother handles things like this. Tristan deserves recognition and a day with all the trimmings. Thank you Tristan. 😊😊

My storage unit looked like someone tried to break in it and the last time I had a unit there it was broken into and over 20k of tools were stolen thinking yall would of upgraded the cameras by now but apparently yall just dont give 2 shits

I wish there was more communication with auto drafts. Whenever my cards expire, I get charged with Kate fees because I naturally forget everything that needs to be updated at once.

The staff is friendly but unfortunately, my rent was raised right after I took a storage place, if I would know in advance that my rent will be increased within a month I would have sought another place. The staff informed me that they have nothing to do with the rent increase and suggested calling the corporate office, I called them they said the local facility will handle it or the local manager will resolve the issue, I spoke to the manager but they put the monkey back on the corporate office, so far nothing has been resolved.

My lock was changed someone had access to storage staff member lied about it personal items were stolen asked staff whom ever had taken items just please return they had access for at least four months. I've had surgeries had not been able to walk just want my parents items back!!!
