My property was good and safe in your U-Haul facility and the staff was very helpful.And at one time I accidentally broke my key into the lock itself and it was about closing time there a the U-Haul location and one of the staff member was still there and was able to replace my lock and key and I was able to secure my property, I really do appreciate everything and will recommend others to your U-Haul business. VALERY N | First ImpressionsOnly concern is the bottom of the garage weather stripping I noticed yesterday (same day secured rental/storage) and videod/took pictures, the gray weather stripping is cracked and breaking off on one side and almost on the rest of it as well. I'm sure once there is a rainy day that water is going to intrude inside the storage unit. I called the call center and left a message about it with Anna.
