The entire reservation process, check out and check in process were surprisingly smooth. The customer service from the employees at this location was great - I woudl highly recommend them. I will be moving some more items and will be back....

Kelly LDoors did not open right at 9 AM on Sunday. Then was told we had to do self pick up even though I had registered for counter pick up. Took forever to figure it out. Manager seemed extremely overwhelmed and stressed out at first he wasn’t very friendly, but eventually helped. Instead of being able to be in and out quickly instead we weren’t able to leave until almost 930.

Enrico CEverything was made to be easy, quick, and issue-less. I am impressed by u-haul in general, and it contrasted with the online experience. The booking had so much screens where upsells are pushed, I hated it and it made me feel bullied into all that so that I could get to rent a trailer. But once on location, it's clear the focus is for customers to have the easiest, quickest and best experience possible. Shows a good leadership team behind it.

Daniel WCustomer service was good. Truck was Below a quarter tank when picked up, gas light turned on as I entered highway right next to location. The rental experience was made much worse due to u-hauls app experience. I was told to use the website because the app doesn't work well. The website was also very very slow and did not work well. Required photos wouldn't upload, and connection timed out. It's kind of strange that the requirement to process the rental is put solely on the customer, yet the application required to complete the transaction is non-functional. This is the last thing you want to deal when moving.

NATHAN II was supposed to have a pick up at tin cup and spent a week to make sure it would be there. Morning of no truck. Had to go down to Colfax. Rude service over the counter and truck sounded like it was going to break down!

Lara DThis location on Colfax and the staff there have been exceptional every single time I've rented trucks there over the past 12 years. The Uhaul mobile app makes everything simple. However, the app can be quirky in my Android-phone. Sometimes the permissions for geo-location and camera access don't seem to stick. Not sure why. The problem is intermittent. Fortunately, the staff always has workarounds to address the app's limitations. The convenience, professionalism, and high level of support are so great that I don't hesitate at all to rent a truck or trailer from this location.

TERRY LI ordered the 20’ truck this time. As I was driving to my home to load it up, I realized Inwas given a truck with no cruise control. I had to drive from CO to VA without cruise control. Why would UHaul order trucks without cruise control. I had cruise control on the 26’, why not 20’. I had to hold my foot in place for the entire trip. Not acceptable. Please reimburse me $100 for an ill-equipped vehicle, and for raps I got in my foot.

YEHUDAH FPlease have in-person check-in available. Self check-in is impersonable and puts even more responsibility for task completion upon the customer instead of the business. Business is built upon relationships. Equipment was clean, but the driver side window handle knob easily comes off.

kevin cGood was unlatched causing a safety hazard. Found a spare windshield wiper in the hood area. Truck had a sensor malfunction that cause the abs and traction control lights to come on which resulted in me not having cruise control for the majority of my 15 hour drive. Terrible experience

He got out of the chair behind the desk and physically assisted me in collecting boxes I needed and helped loading them into the vehical. Andrew BUpon driving the truck home I noticed the fuel gauge was on empty when the U-Haul representative marked the contract to show 7/8 full! I immediately tried calling the U-Haul office back but my call was answered by a corporate representative. I was asked to take a picture of the fuel gauge and odometer and the contract was adjusted.

John CHad the worst experience with the lady manager there she messed with car fuses supposedly because prior truck wasn’t working and the brake light where not working but it turned out to be the trailer that was not working properly due to her moving fuses traction control turned on and she got mad said it was simple to move fuses that it was our truck glitching never had an issue till her she is rude snobby and does not k ow what she is doing
