What I really needed was a pickup truck, or a small enclosed trailer. The vehicle provided was a twenty footer, for a small motorcycle. Ran into nothing but hassles, highway tires in the middle of winter. Spun out and got stuck twice. The tie down straps I purchased, which were recommended for $19.95 were not a ratchet style, I ended up having to go to Walmart and pay $7.89 for a good set of ratchet straps. We made it back. So yeah. Maybe consider swapping out highway tires for winter tires considering the season, or offer chains.

Look closer at the equipment upon arrival. Recipient did a quick scan of the trailer lights and interior but would have missed the misalignment of the axels had I not pointed it out. The misalignment was visible. This was the first time I have had an issue with a Uhaul trailer. I typically have good experiences with Uhaul.

Only two men working on a Friday before a weekend seemed understaffed to me. I would suggest a dedicated front desk employee to speed up check in, check out as well as payment. Other than that the rate seemed fair and service was acceptable once it was my turn after waiting 45 minutes to be waited on.

We could have used some instruction on how to operate the lights so that the battery had enough power to be able to start the engine. We had to use a starter on it several times during the trip. We assume it was something to do with the lights, but not sure.

Storage room there is IMPOSSIBLY COLD 10 - 20 DEGREES BELOW OUTSIDE TEMPS. OUTSIDE TEMPS WERE -20 BELOW..

I received EXCELLENT customer service from this location. Pulled up, and instantly had a gentleman great me, (come to find out he was the assistant manager). He literally unhooked the trailer for me, (which was a huge help because my husband was the one who hooked it up at the original location, and I had no idea what I was doing). The gentleman was very friendly and helpful. Great experience at this location.

This location is the best U-Haul I've ever dealt with. I've rented from them a couple times, but the pickup truck I rented today was immaculate. Excellent work. I'm definitely going to be a returning customer.

I was booked at Black Eagle and waited more than an hour and no one opened the store. This central location refered us to the travel number and then we were able to get a trailer from Central. This more than one hour delay affected our travel greatly. Appreciate Central would not recommend Black Eagle.

The Manager at this location saved me. He was kind, courteous and extremely helpful in resolving the issues I had with the 10th Avenue location. I had rented from the location on 10th Avenue South. The staff at that location gave me the wrong hitch and rented me a trailer that was too big for my car. I had to unload the trailer and take it back. I will be filing a complaint against that location on 10th Avenue South in Great Falls.

Only had 1 employee on Mon AM that was trying to take care of customers in line and new customers on the phone. It took an hour from the time I walked in to the time I left. On Sat I came in to reserve for Monday and the employee told me I would be called Sat or Sun to tell me location of where I was to pickup the van. I never received a call. I called Monday at 7 AM when they opened and was told my reservation was at 12 noon. I told her I needed it for the morning and she changed it. I told them I was going to Butte and back in the same day. I was told I could have it for 24 hours, but I told them I would probably have it back later the same day. When I returned it, it showed I owed for 2 days. The guy changed it to reflect the correct charge. You need another person helping in the morning. The guy behind me left because it took so long. You need to contact the customer by phone if the customer is told they would be or not tell the customer they will be called. Seems to be a disconnect between the store employee and the receptionist that I talked to. I have spent a lot of money at UHaul and I know that some stores are better than others and some go back and forth on who is there that day. If it were staffed appropriately, I think you would have much better reviews.

No lighting in rooms. Layered doors, far distance to your storage and no way to pull right up. We had a rat trap in the room. Later when we picked up our stuff we had rodent droppings and chew marks.

I ended up getting charged for my Ubox on Thursday and I ended getting my stuff out on Friday. I asked for a prorate or some kind of refund. CORPORATE says they refuse to give me some of my money.
