I don't mind renting a trailer or truck from U-Haul, but I will never again use their storage facility services. The two gentlemen that helped me were very professional and helpful in getting the trailer hooked up for me and also returned. Thank you.

Isaac, the store Manager was excellent! Unbelievably efficient. UHAUL really needs to recognize this guy. Wow! Most impressed with his professionalism and energy. This guy is doing the work of 3 people and never complains. Would definitely rent there again. No nonsense and most professional.

Really isn't much to improve on. The trailer towed flawlessly, the tires were new, the trailer was well maintained. I think I should have tried hooking the trailer up early, kind of as a test, to see what angle there was. I could have used a 3" drop on the hitch to make the trailer sit more flat.

The employee said the truck was brought back in unacceptable conditions when there was NOTHING in the truck when dropped off!!! THEN TRIED TO CHARGE ME $554.00 FOR IT!!! LIKE WTF?!?!

John was extremely helpful and friendly. He was helpful on two separate occasions to help me access my unit when door lock wouldn' fully disengage. He was very thorough with the original walk through. He also ensured all steps were properly completed when I ended my stay. Thanks John, keep up the good work!

Better way to contact roadside assitance by telephone and phone number avaible, more knowledgeable staf when they dispatch tow tuck spent 2 hours trying to get ahold of road side assistan and I didn't have an app, they dispatched from the wrong place over 1 1/2 hours, I called tow company to check and they saqid they were not coming then again on phone to roadise and explained there mistake and they finally dispacthed from a closer location. 4 1/2 housr sitting in a parking lot. I learned a lesson.

Fix your system waited 3 weeks to get a one way truck from Great falls to Helena after 3 different reservations and still had difficulty upon pickup. Truck roof leaked when it rained and got all the stuff on the wall and floor wet.

Only issue was it seemed that this location was understaffed. The manager was doing everything (great job) and was doing the best with what he had!

The process of reserving a Uhaul is a mess and the app doesn't work very well either.

All 3 guys at the central location; Isaac, John and Matthew were pleasant to interact with. They kept the whole experience as easy and uncomplicated as possible considering it rained the majority of the time i rented the uhual. After this experience I'd definitely recommend renting from this store.

Nothing. You have very helpful employees at this location. Both Mathew was helpful at pick up and Issac who was dealing with a computer issue was more than helpful and courteous to all three of us waiting for help. Stuff happens, but when you have quality people working for you the situations are resolved and Isaac is truly a reason why renting from U-Haul can be a positive experience, despite a glitch in the systems.

My sons found the individuals at the Great Falls UHaul location to be very helpful. However, there must be a problem with the computer system as we were charged twice for the mattress covers. I paid ahead of time, with credit card, for the truck , furniture pads, dolly rental and mattress covers and my sons were charged again for the mattress cover when they picked up the 15-ft UHaul truck in Great Falls.

Worker was super great, very nice, and super professional. However he could have used some back up as it was busy and there was a lot of people on a Saturday. It was not the workers fault, but it did take a long minute to get my vehicle (30-40) minutes.

Well I neede trailer for four hour ride I told them and checked box no insurance needed well they charged me for insurance crazy ?

The guy was professional, thankful for me returning the equipment clean, with gas, and undamaged. He also assisted in submitting a request for reimbursement for the extra mileage I was charged, even though the request went to Britney and she denied it and hung up on me in the middle of our call.

The guy tried to help but his system was not working so it took forever to get the trailer we rented. Upon driving we noticed that the passenger side tire was vibrating and bouncing. Looking at the tire it is much more worn due to the issue. Looked under trailer and it appears that the leaf spring is damage or loose. You need to inspect trailers thoroughly as this could have caused a major accident

Amazing service from the start to finish. When I brought the truck back I just missed closing time. One of the employees had just gotten off and was in his vehicle. He came over and helped me check in the truck and it helped me out a ton. Thank you so much.

None of outlets (if any) in the units worked. The person with the unit behind me had a chair nearly falling into my space so the unit was not secure. If anyone had a ladder, they could easily get into anyone else's unit. The mouse traps did no good. Mice ruined a lot of my stuff.

The only real issue I had while renting my unit for over two years was the mice/rats that chewed through the ceiling in the back corner into my stuff. I have yet to go through all of my stuff. I’m hoping all is well. The reason I chose the enclosed unit was for the extra protection. Other than that I was happy with it.

The employees/Staff at the Great falls location were great. After the honorable experience in the Odessa office I had my mind made up I would never use U-Haul again, but the people in Great falls, MT changed my mind back. I do not see a rating low enough for the management in Odessa, TX on this form!

The staff at this facility is great and the hours and ease of access is also great. The only issue is the units don't have any interior lights so it is really hard to see your stuff, and it's not climate controlled. This makes the units kind of expensive for what you get. I've paid less than that for a unit the same size that was lit inside and climate controlled. So it's not a good value for what you pay.

No lighting in rooms. Layered doors, far distance to your storage and no way to pull right up. We had a rat trap in the room. Later when we picked up our stuff we had rodent droppings and chew marks.
