Staff was rude refused to help me return my trailer, they told me they were closed even though i got in the front door and there were customers everywhere. It was very hard to reverse the trailer by myself. They also told me to use the app to return my equipment to avoid a $20 fee which was charged anyway.

There was a lady who worked there who was just not very friendly at all. Didn’t explain that I would be charged for something without even telling me I could use my own insurance and not pay the extra $11. I had to ask her myself. I don’t know I just should’ve went to be helped by someone else. There was other things as well.

Elevator was under maintenance the day of my storage reservation. No mention of it was made to me either on the time of booking, or before I completed my truck rental. I only found out as I returned with all of my furniture ready to move into storage. This should have been addressed at the time of booking as any professional would.

One way street to get inside was awful. If I passed the turn from N.E., I had to go around all over again, and it’s a huge block downtown. 🙄 Lol Other than that, both Jose and Nico were just amazing! 😊

I would recommend this location for truck rental BUT NEVER STORAGE. I visited their storage facility and there were homeless people living in the building it looked like. One of them even had birds in the storage place. One of them was smoking crack. Complete mess

Lights on the trailer were inop,the blinkers. Tried two different cords.The vehicle was inop after nightfall because there were no turn signals or brake lights. The staff at the facility were excellent however. Real solid and professional.

I would recommended as far as Alexis is not on shift. This time the staff was very friendly, very nice and polite. Good sense of humor. The only downside was that the truck had a very strong smell of dogs. I mean, very strong.

There was a change to my reservation, the time that I wanted to start renting the car did not line up with the time that the actual property where the car was located open. So I was an hour late and it severely delayed my move-in plans to my new apartment it was very stressful

The boy who received the uhaul is always rude, it is the second time that boy has served us and he is always rude. We are clients that we offer a lot of service and I don't think I have that rude person in that position. I don't know whether to take it personally or discrimination because I always go with my husband or always treat clients like that. The first time I asked to speak with the manager and he did not say today the manager is not on duty and today I speak with the assistant manager, I really do not know if I do anything about it.

Almost everyone I spoke to was professional and helpful except for one employee. Understandably working early hours will put anyone in a bad mood, but it isn’t an excuse to treat customers badly. I’m speaking of an Older Hispanic gentlemen that I initially spoke to.

Everyone there is great at their job and have great customer service skills. However, there was a line of people and a long wait because there was only 1 attendant inside working at her best. Only 1 attendant on a weekday. What can you do to improve for the next customer? Have at least 2

The worst moving experience I have ever had. Scheduled the U-Haul and received confirmation for date and pick up. Was informed that I needed to access the app to begin the pick up process once at the location. The app glitched and did not let me initiate the pick up. Was on hold for over one hour with IT and was never attended. Called again and was eventually just transferred to another location. Now I am two hours behind schedule and end up driving even farther to pick the furniture I needed because the individual who had another truck with the furniture I needed could not wait any longer. Absolutely terrible.

I had to tip $5 dollars in order for them to accept my returned trailer. The lady that Iwas in contacted is rude with terrible attitude and she has no business to wait on customers in my opinion.

Computers a bit slow but my uhaul rep had a great friendly attitude and made everything better. Forget his name but he was super friendly and great comunication. As line backed up he made sure he treated everyone and let them know he’d be with them ASAP .

VERY POOR customer service at this location. First time renting from this location and very disappointed. When we turned in the truck, they wanted to charge for gasoline, when they gave us the truck with 3/8 of the tank full and we returned with 1/2 TANK!!!. MORE than what it originally had. We had until 2:37pm to turn in. Returned at 2:10pm but STILL got charged for 2 days, even though 3 people reassured me that this would NOT be the case. Had to argue and reach out to customer service in order to get a refund!!!! Will NEVER use this location again!!!

Me Entregaron el Camion con 3/4 de tanque de Gas. y me indicaron en la factura 7/8 de gas, La persona que me lo entrego (Alexi), lo indico en Mi contrato y lo firmo, para dejat constancia. Recorri, 3 millas unicamente. y me cobraron $23.20 de Gasolina, Llame para Reclamar y nadie atendio, Ademas de perder mas de 40 min buscando el buzon, que NO TIENEN, para entregar las llaves y llamar al costumer services, termine dejandolas por debajo de la puerta segun su sugerencia. Llame posteriormente para reclamar el cargo por gasolina y nadie atiende. Para indicarles que lo regrese en 3/4 de tanque y recorri solo 3 MILLAS

Equipment is not the same as the location, truck was to old and shaking all the time,I rented it for a week end paying almost $700 with less that 200 miles, never do that again I will reserve again with PENSKE, They have new trucks with $.18 cents a miles, never rent U-Haul more that two days, or trailers only, very very disappointing with this trucks and prices

Alexis has no customer service skills and little knowledge of the product. I think for him, this is just a "job". Today he works for Uhaul and tomorrow maybe flipping burgers for a fast food. But I feel the issues is mostly from management. He reflects his manager's behavior and poor standards. I will never come back to this location and I will never recommended. I've studied Hotel Management and Hospitality at Johnson and Wales University and Florida International University. I have over 11 years of hotel experience. I now work at the 4 start Edition Hotel of Marriott International. I know exactly what customer service and product knowledge looks like.

They were super Friendly and great customer service. They told me where to park because I was on the wrong side and assisted me getting over there. They made sure everything was fine and even went to the extend to call over the pick up location to verify that they didn’t give me a dolly.

Have anyone local answer the phone when I need it especially when I’m having an emergency. It is unacceptable to be transferred to a national call center but I’m having an emergency and they cannot even get in touch with the local manager. Tried calling for three hours I have screenshots to prove it and no one picked up the phone. I was stuck in traffic to alert the location of my late arrival and they said it was OK and that I could drop off and their key box or use the keypad to get into the gate. And waited for three hours for a manager to come let me in because my car was parked inside in my apartment keys were locked inside the car locked inside the facility. The branch then try to charge me extra miles for driving to a safe location to spend the night and basically said I should have just slept in the truck outside of the facility so I did not have to put extra miles on the truck. It was the absolute worst experience. I’m still shaken about it.

The personnel here are fantastic. Very easy check in and check out but they really bring positive energy and a great experience to the process. To be honest I was near borderline nervous breakdown when returning the vehicle due to lack of sleep and moving stress upon other momentarily life problems. These guys somehow had me laughing and smiling by the time I left the drop off location despite the uncharacteristic and undeserved rudeness i displayed early on. They were so patient with me and made the process so quick and easy I almost wanted to stay and hang out with them a little longer but they had plenty of other clients waiting to bring cheer to. Very rare to encounter people who appreciate and take pride in their work while still caring for their customers the way I experienced this morning. Check in employees were also very patient and comprehensive in answering in al of my questions completely. I really can’t thank them enough for being the people they are, and I appreciate u-haul for treating their employees well enough for them to appreciate their jobs to this level. Thanks all. And sorry for the life situation tears that were completely psychotic looking and entirely unrelated to u-haul or it’s employees.
