The ‘girl’ , I say girl because a woman would never act this way, was miserable and rude and not accommodating! Everything I asked was met with a “No” attitude before a “yes”. I.E. I had asked the lady on the phone from the central office for a dolly to be accompanying the truck, I get to the location and guess what- no dolly. Then miracously a dolly was produced after I uttered that the service was poor in not even 2 minutes of entering the place! Her attitude was so infectious and unbearable that I left and came back only to be met by the same miserable girl. She was older in age but acted like a child the whole way through. I tried to buy tape for the boxes I was transporting and she said “That will have to be charged separately” like who cares of course I’ll pay for it - it’s not like I’m going to skip town with a roll of tape! Oh my god this girl needs a man in her life! At any rate, her mannerisms were that of a 10-year old. I require a phone call. 248.894.5795

I had such an amazing experience with the workers here. Everyone was helpful and nice. The staff is well trained, I felt valued as a customer. The only suggestion I have for this location is to fix it up, it looks like something in a horror movie, yes the parking lot is nice but remodel the inside of the store and out a A/C inside the storage facility for Pete sakes I shouldn’t have to sweat and be ass hot. Other than that the best customer service ever

I dropped my wallet in the van , and called them as soon as I realized it . Yes they found my wallet but returned it with no cAsh in it . I needed the cash to tip the person who found it . Obviously she/he decided to tip theirselves anyways. I got told it was found glove compartment of the car which I didn’t put It there..very disappointed will never rent it from there. Will go to 71st steet uhaul ..

The staff had a lot of customers to deal with but handled it great. Check out guy es really friendly. They are a little understaffed, so you can wait a bit, but it's all good. For stars bc I got the same truck for a 200 mile round trip move for $60 cheaper at enterprise (uhaul was 99cents /mile, ebtreprise was 22cebtrs but the truck cost more).

On multiple occasions I tried to enter in the license of an alternate driver. They indicated that the driver could only be entered at the time of rental. I pre-arranged for pick up. When the individual presented himself for rental, they gave me a fair amount of grief that the contract had already been made and they would have to annotate the driver. I almost felt like it was my fault. I had made every attempt to provide the alternate driver his credentials. Jose at that location was exceptional. There was a female attendant who had a very unhelpful attitude.

dont charge cleaning fee for not bringing the truck extremely clean, I was charged a cleaning fee of 25 because, the cargo area had wet footprints from sweeping the floor in the rain.

The people at the u haul robbed me. They stole from me. The employees did a poor job checking the car and then blamed me for damage to the car that I DID NOT DO. And when I showed them proof they just lied again. I want a manager to call me from the corporate office. I will tell all my friends about this negative and horrible experience

After one minute of driving the truck the rear tire pressure light came on to tell me it needed more air. This DEFINITELY effected my gas mileage. It is extremely difficult to measure the exact amount of gas to purchase so that it matches the amount in the tank when I picked up the truck. I erred on the side of putting in too much. I also drove slightly more miles than I anticipated. I got NO CREDIT for the extra gas that I put in (probably threw away more than $10), but I got charged for doing 3 more miles than anticipated. I raised this issue with the manager and he said that there was nothing he could do. Nothing is more upsetting than being taken advantage of. I will never use UHaul again and am going to tell all of my friends about my experience!!!
