I do understand that it is located in a urban area, but short term customer parking is non-existent. Also compared to the North Miami location, customer service was subpar.

Very friendly employees

I would only recommend this location to a friend because it’s conveniently located in downtown Miami. Otherwise, the service was below average as I never received several items that I paid for with my reservation even after I was told the items will be included in the back of the truck, among many other disappointing experiences.

Horrific staff and experience!! Rude, Ignorant, and disrespectful. They don’t care about anything other than talking amongst themselves and the faculty is so old and dirty. Never come here. Miami location on 1st ave.

customer service at this location was not very efficient. All employees do not seem to want to work or work very slowly. Very busy but not enough people to take care of the customers

Better customer service. Overhaul of employees working inside the office. Owner definitely is not maintaining the establishment. Wish I could go to a different uhaul but this is the only one.

First of all let me state that everyone at this location was amazing! Willie Shine took very good care of me. Moving can be stressful and he made my day that much better. People like Willie and the others are the positive people who turn one of the most stressful parts of our lives into a fun experience. Thank you! Sava

The NE 1st Ave. Miami location is attempting to extort $300 from me for an alleged scratch on the roof of the van I rented that they are blaming me for. First, I walked the entire vehicle with the attendant and it was free of any damage. He never got up on the bumper to look at the roof nor did he suggest I do so. I am 5'6" tall and the roof of this van is a good 7-8' off the ground. It never occurred to me to climb up onto the bumper and inspect the roof but if this is something your people are trained to look for, the attendant should have done so and invited me to check it. He did neither. I didn't go near anything low not even a tree. I only had the van for about 4 hrs. As soon as I drove in to return, another guy immediately jumped up on the bumper and inspected the roof saying "its all scratched up". I got up there and saw zero scratches--pristine, brand new truck--but he insisted there was a/one scratch along one of the roof ridges. Second, I paid for the damage waiver and IF there was any damage, which obviously I vigorously dispute, the paid damage insurance should cover it. So, I have filed a disputed charge with Bank of America and will be pursuing a charge-back contesting this charge as a fraudulent. Extortion really.
