this location was very unprofessional i had to wait in till the employees got finish talking about person business before i was even acknowledge as a customer ..i was the only one in line ready to pay and i had to actually say excuse me before they attened to me and they gave me a hard time to hook up the trailer and when i ask the guy to exspalin to me how to lock down the car so the tires wont moved, this man spoke so direct and firm like he didnt even want to tell me how to secure the car once i drive it on the trailer he just was rude talking all fast and i was still telling him i dint understand what you saying .this was my first time pulling a car period and i need some tips and information of what to do ..i left there in tears cause i was so stressed out ..the lady in the front the cashier lady that just sit there being lazy she was rude as hell too she have black hair and heavy set she was just rude from the beginning n0 body greeted me it was terrible service



the people who took the payment and made the contract were not answering our questions. She was uninterested in helping us and solving our problem.

To be quite honest the location was just fine. What was absolutely her Renda's and will probably prevent me from ever renting a U-Haul again was the over the phone customer service. Aside from them telling me I can tell an auto transport with a Penske truck, by the grace of God I called and I found out thankfully you cannot do that and will my order was all fucked up from there. Had to settle on the wrong truck. Luckily that location made it up to me. Luckily that location made it up to me. But then I picked up the truck and will still come get the auto transport later and spent two hours trying to figure out what the hell happened with the auto transport order turns out they had rerouted to another location. The reservations line hung up on me multiple times sent me back to customer service for no reason multiple times while I was trying to get the reservation figured out today two days prior to pick up I got bounced around like a hot potato. The system that you guys use is garbage. Computers were down. Couldn't do certain things. It was honestly the worse Uhaul experience ever. I have used uhaul many times before never this bad. Mad a stressful move 3x more stressful even before I began. Then backed me up 2 hours so i was running behind me entire trip. Very shitty service....

Truck had over 111000 miles - non economical fuel gouger. It made it - barely. Staff is efficient but nothing extra. They just want to do their job and get the hell out.

Very slow service. I made the reservation online and then when I went to get the truck in the store that took 35 minutes.The store was not full, there was no line, the service was very slow.

More parking for customers when renting trucks for local use. Most of the parking in this facility was taken by employees, while the lot next to it that contained Uhaul equipment (trailers and trucks) was only 1/4 full. We had to park on the street, not much available at that, and had to pay through an app that had to be downloaded with personal financials and only allowed 4 hours and is an international company. While standing on the sidewalk. Wasn't happy at all about that. Unable to access the parking app again on my phone, and had to use my laptop. Still wasn't able to add parking time. Frustrating and was 20 min. over on the allotted time, will have to wait to see if we have a parking ticket. Let customers know about this when renting so we can make appropriate arrangements. Other wise, the experience was efficient, personnel friendly and professional, equipment in perfect working order and clean.

My only issue was a short wait to be served. 3 people were at the counter and all three were talking to customers on the phone. I think if at least one employee would focus on walk ins, customers can be served faster. The process it's self was fast and all employees were great.

The gentleman on staff would not assist with loading of the car onto the tow dolly. I have had other locations do this for me. I followed the instructions provided but the receiving location indicated that I was lucky the car stayed on as it was not secured as well as possible.

I put gas in the vehicle before I returned it but got stuck in traffic for 30 minutes during rush hour so by the time I delivered it the gas needle was 1/4th of a notch under the level I was given. I explained this to the staff/management however nobody had the authority to make any reasonable decisions that would keep your customer satisfied. So they charged me $40 for a fuel fee on top of the $20 I put in the tank on my way to return the vehicle. The quote for my truck rental was only $59 and I ended up paying $150+. If this is how you treat your customers I won't be back again.

I used the self pick up which was going fine until the key pick up, I still had to go inside, and wait in line to pick up the key, and they made sign art the paperwork, which kind of defeats the purpose of the self pick up. Very disappointing.



I gave back the truck on time before 6pm when i was requested to. I was told I did a damage on the roof which i did not do. There were red scratches on the roof that I did not so, and obviosly I did not climb on the roof when I picked it up in the morning. I assume your units have a gps installed and we can re-drive the exact same route I did, so I can prove there is not red height issue over those 20 something miles. I was on a rush and also said: ok i did not, but I paid for my insurance, so talk to them. They answered, the insurance does not cover that. I was charged for the damages even though I told them I'd be back tomorrow to talk to the manager. Terrible. It's obviously a great business to rent a truck for 19,95 and than ass over a 100$ on repair for things you did not do.
