it would be great if someone can make sure all trailer lights are in working order before renting the equipment out. in my case, it was not a big deal, since the lights not functioning were the small 'navigation' lights on the side of the trailer. also, you should equip large trailers with jack stands

This is the forth time i came to this location and the customer service reps always try and sneak in the 11 dollar insurence coverage. They try to change screen quickly so people don’t notice. That is steeling.

There wasn't any box for me to put the key in, i drove around the building several times looking for the it. I had leave the key inside the vehicle.

I have made a reservation online. When I got to the location to pick up a truck, employee had to re-enter reservation all over again (not sure why). I assumed it's the same as I made it originally. It wasn't... When I returned the truck I found out the insurance was added to my reservation, which I didn't want. When I asked to be remove it, my request was declined by branch manager. This is very unprofessional and disappointed. This is the second time within two months that while dealing with this location customer service was not helpful. Had a drastic difference in the price I was quoted and the price I was charged. I understand their may have been some discrepancies in the mileage quoted, but when I called I never received an explanation for the differences.

i had multiple issues and cannot get them resolved from incorrect billing charges to a broken air-conditioner verified by the man Deon who checked the Van in. I was forced to move in Hot/Humid Miami weather without any A/C and that alone I believe Uhaul should give me a full credit

I selected a moving help service from your website and I was overcharged; they a pointing the finger at U-haul and u-haul is saying they are a third party. No I will have to dispute the charges and they won’t get paid (which I don’t think is right, they should be paid for the service they perform but not an additional hour that I didn’t utilize them because they were late).

Service at the receiving end in Gainsvilke was also excellent. Efficient, courteous, and friendly. U Haul has improved considerably since I last rented a vehicke 12 years ago.

Sadly it wasnt the service at all. They were nice and quick for what they could work with. They told me the entire warehouse had no dolleys which that was a huge inconvenience and their internet was down! I mean it was 7:30am and internet doesnt work. However they took care of me as best they could. Service was great. Super nice employees.

Absolutely do not advertise after hours drop off and then don't have it available. It is misleading. Remove all signage of this so that customers know it's not a viable option. Be attentive, do not speak rudely or dismissively to other customers in front of others.

I reserved my truck online and also added extra equipment that I really needed it. At the time of check-in, the U-Haul representative informed that they didn’t have any of the 4 extra dolly and plastics bags that I had reserved online. And, not only that, my truck also didn’t have the cart that usually comes in the back, I only had 6 blankets. So, what’s is the point to make a reservation when you will not have the add-on’s available? I would love to reserve and receive a U-Haul truck with all extra equipments in the back to be checked at the pick-up time. All this issue brought me extra time and costs for my moving. I had to pay $200 more for over time. No nice.
