Hire more people and do some more training. Most the staff did not care about customer needs and the one employee that tried to help still needed some training. Waited 15 minutes to speak to manager before deciding to leave.

Cuando recogimos el vehículo la persona que lo recibió están apurada y dijo que no había necesidad de ser tan minucioso con la revisión . Pero cuando lo entregamos dos horas después hasta el techo se subieron y quisieron ponerme una multa de 150 dólares por que olía a gasolina el vehículo y me preguntaron si lo usé para trasladar combustible y desde luego les dije que no . Que el olor venía de las puertas de atrás y en el techo . Y eran 2 personas que lo dijeron . Tuve que esperar al supervisor 15 minutos y el solo me respondió que dos compañeros dijeron que olía a combustible y que tenía que pagar por lavarlo 150 dólares . Pero vamos a verlo y el fue y comprobó que estaba bien que el olor no existía. Y claro como iba a existir si solo cargue cajas de la casa . Y bueno no me cobraron pero perdí 45 minutos resolviendo un cobro injusto que me querían hacer .

I have been using this location for several times, I can honestly say that almost every single time there is an issue with the system to rent or to drop off the vehicle which takes several times to fix. In this opportunity the truck had several dents and scratches which I had to indicate to the service rep in order to mark them.

Pricing for return trip not consistent

Overcharged for equipment. Manger did not say rental would be be three times the price of NC. Rented in NC at 140. Returned equipment to Fla and eight days later returned to rent same trailer for trip home and was charged over 360 dollars. Company not consistent with prices. Feel ripped off and disappointed with brand.

I rented a vehicle for a few hour amd was precharged for the quoted rental plus estimated milage. When I returned the vehicle they stated that I would be charged an additional $8 for mileage over. Not the problem. When I checked my account the had charged me the original quoted amount and then again for the total final amount instead of the $8 difference. They both finalized on my account and they said it is policy to do that and then they reimburse the amount back to you between 3-5 business days. Fix the policy!!! It doesn't make any sense to take 2 full amounts and then have to pay a customer back and have them wait.

Everything went well, but the service was slow, it took around 45 minutes to rent the boxes, and then when I went to pick up the truck it was another 45 minutes. The staff should be trained to be aware and value the customer's time. Everything else was fine.

Demetre the employee who receive the truck was very rude and disrespectful. He forced me to align the tow dolly perfectly in the parking space knowing I don’t know how to do that. I asked for help he told his coworkers they could not do nothing and the could not help me. There was no manager in charge and make me wait more than an hour to return the vehicle. I have never had this type of experience with U-Haul before. I always return the vehicle and that’s it. No , this time demetre made me do a lot of things and even parking the car perfectly align to be able to be return. This is unacceptable

The outside of the trucks are pretty much demolished but they drive safe and I always have an excellent customer service experience. I would look into an inexpensive way to almost spakel and wrap the cargo holds to hide the accident damage. I end up always taking the insurance because there is always to much damage to account for, and I don’t want to be blamed for something I didn’t cause.

Explain all charges to the customer. I called to change the location the person on the phone didn’t tell me it was more money to change locations. Went back to the same location and the person who helped me close the contract told me there was nothing he can do
