eddie s | First ImpressionsI was told by the representative on the phone that the first 30 days would be free however when I arrived at the store the employee told me that was incorrect and I had to pay before I could rent the unit. I then discovered that the only available units that were the size I requested were above head and impossible for me to put my items in as they were too heavy for me to do on my own. The employees had left for the evening as it was near closing time when I arrived around 7:45 pm. I called customer service and spoke to 5 different people before I finally got a representative to give me a solution. I’m headed back to the office now to find out what I need to do to rectify the situation. It was a complete mess because the representative that took my request for a storage unit was either misinformed or misleading. Hopefully, I do not have to pay even more money when I return today to speak with the team there today.

The employee simply refused to assist me — he was eating right in front of me and, with total disrespect, told me to call customer service instead of helping me in person.
