David WInside truck was dirty, never cleaned. Stunk like cigarette. Windows were covered in grime inside. I had to stop on my trip at night cause I could not see out and clean all the insides. Back of truck was never sweeped clean. I also had a storage unit with them. After I loaded my truck I noticed the was a giant rat hole in the back corner of unit. I hope my stuff didnt get ruined. I will find out once I start unboxing everything.

LYNN SWe were given the wrong truck, wrong size. I was called and asked to call back, but when I called back the phone was not working. When I went to return the truck the person at the desk acted as if I took the wrong truck, however they absolutely gave me the wrong truck. She went and picked out the truck, put my dollies in the truck and brought the truck to me. I watched her do all of this. It was not my mistake, it was hers. If you make a mistake, own it, do not blame the customer. I did not care one way or another that I was given the wrong truck or size as it was corrected and I was given the discount. I did care that I was blamed for your mistake.

PAULDOUGLAS JNot notified for approx. six hours that truck ordered would not be available for mobile pick-up. No contact with actual location for entire venture. Forced to make two trips with only 10ft. truck; no repara First issue in decades; trust, and especially rapport runied.
Kristian SPerhaps tanks should always be at least half full. This way, especially for local type runs, a customer would not have to get gas twice.

Steven MTo bad they always smell like someone just smoked in it. Steering was a little off. Getting the equipment thru the app has poor communication. No explanation as to how to get key out of lock box. This truck wasn't parked where it was supposed to be. Instead in the front row like app said, I pretty much had to walk thru all the trucks to find it parked out back next to another. So closely, mirrors scraped another truck parked next to it. The app or the workers should be on the same page.

It was super annoying that the gas station next door had a sign that u-haul vehicles were not welcome. But overall, very convenient for what we needed and customer service was helpful.

Donaven JI’d recommend only for the use of the truck since it was a local move. Side note the lady you have working for you is disrespectful and a waste of time. Tell her she should learn professionalism at her work place. Don’t be rude and not expect it back at some point during an interaction with someone you don’t know at all when I was nice to begin with. Your utility dolly is in the truck sweetheart since it wasn’t in there when I picked it up like it should have been. Then you spoke to me like I was trying to get away with the dolly free of charge. If it was in the truck we could’ve avoided your disrespectful behavior resulting in mine. Your excuse was hilarious too. As if you couldn’t have seen the receipt to begin with when getting the truck ready.

jeanine bThe rental process went very well and every single person I talked to on the phone and in person was wonderful. If you are really looking for input on what to improve, my truck's driver's side window seal had something wrong with it so I had the screeching wind noise in my left ear for ~200 miles, I don't think my hearing has fully recovered. The radio pairing to my phone cut in and out so I couldn't drown it out with music. Wished I had ear plugs and/or headphones. Otherwise I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to drive.

Frank DThis location is open on Sundays. Big plus. Lots of trucks, another plus. Everything with truck was expected and fine. Using the app for first time was problematic (the truck I was assigned was blocked by one in front of it; pick up photos would not upload to app after several attempts). They did have staff there to help me. Otherwise who knows if I would have even been able to get the truck! Scary thought when you need the truck on day planned. I do like using Uhaul. They make moving things easier. And nobody else really does what they do.

Dennis KMy negative comment should not be directed towards the renting location, it is directed to the website process. When I made my reservation for the truck it allowed me to pick both my renting location and my drop-off location. The drop-off location was chosen due to its' proximity to where we are currently staying. I was told, at the pick up, that I couldn't return it there. As I had no other option I had to have them choose a new location for me which changed things considerably for us. I feel UHaul should have notified me that the drop-off location was not available, either at the reservation online or via email after the fact. Would have made the trip planning less stressful for an already stressful event (moving 1500 miles away). Other than that issue, the truck was excellent and the staff pleasant during the rental.

Marlene Lthis can be used for all locations......I came in and asked for quote on the cost of the hitch and installation. I was given a price without the details of what it came with. I didn't go with the UHaul services were higher than I wanted to pay, I ended up having to come back to the UHaul to get other items that were needed for hitch installation in order to be able to tow the trailer.
Tammi MI really appreciated the service rep. He helped me hook up the trailer and drop it off. He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will use the Greece UHAUL location for future trailer needs as well.

Nicolas M | Overall ExperienceThe electric door could use some work. It malfunctions often, with it not being able to close all the way, leaving a gap between the door and the ground. However, my biggest complaint would be that the designated customer parking spots in front of the storage units' portion of the building are constantly filled with trucks and/or trailers, including the designated spot directly in front of the door. It is very inconvenient when trying to load or unload items and the renter has to park someplace in the lot. If you are going to advertise and have signs for designated parking for the storage units, they should be kept available for use by the renters.
