Lamentablemente esta compañía te da unos precios y luego es una mentira por solo alquilar un camión por 1 hora me hisieron diciéndome eran 30 dollares luego llego al lugar cobran 95 dollares más sin mi autorización utilizo el camión el mismo día lo entrego con todo como me lo prestaron von su gasolina y limpio y no me devuelve los 95 cuando ayer llame y ensima me hisieron otro cobro de 120 dollares un total de casi 200 dollares por 1 hora, son unos estafadores te engañan disiendote un precio cuando vienes a ver te cobran más de lo q te disen y no vuelvo a utilizar esta compañía y mucho menos lo recomiendo. Dejen de cobrar dinero demás para eso piden información de la tarjeta para cobrar más dinero y eso no se hase. No RECOMIENDO ESTA COMPAÑÍA

Well, you say 1995 but you lied because it’s $1.30 a gallon and then I have to put gas in the car. I only drove 28 miles and it wasn’t 1995. It ended up being $62 plus $20 gas so you’re very fault advertising. I’m not happy but I guess I can’t do anything about it. You really should tell people that it’s not just 1995.

The truck rode awfully. It felt like 81 miles of nonstop speed bumps, even on very freshly-paved roads. The tires were clearly cupped and not balanced. It made us nauseas.

I would be very careful, they told me that I could return my truck in the afternoon, but they never told me that I would have to pay for a full day extra when I return it. and the place that I returned it to ended charging me an extra day.

I was over charged. A late fee was added. Receipt state return at 930 pm. It was returned to an attendant approximately at 630-645. Please credit me. On top of that my first truck at 830 am could not be picked up because the app would not work. Kept giving error. So we went back at 10 am because sign said haul 10-12. NO ONE SHOWED UP. I HAD TO CANCEL AND GET ANOTHER TRUCK AT DIFFERENT LOCATION. At 315pm and then get overcharged!!!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE UHAUL EVER AGAIN.

The van I rented wasn’t available. They substituted a bigger vehicle. This truck had a major transmission issue. It was dirty and the seats were ripped. Everyone however was very pleasant

I rarely ever let my car go below 1/4 a tank of gas before getting more. So, it was a bit unsettling that that was the case with this rental. Clearly not a problem that can't easily be resolved. It's just that I felt compelled to put gas in a rental at the very beginning of usage...which is something I would prefer not to do. PS. This location is right off 390. I drove 3-4 miles before realizing I was in OVERdrive instead of DRIVE. :-)

They are scammers. I filled the truck with gas twice, yet they still sent me a $47 bill on top of the $590 I had to pay. They quoted me one price when I made the reservation, but when it came time to pay, the price was much higher. It’s a rip-off; I didn't like the way they operate—they're crooks. I will never use this service again.

The electric door could use some work. It malfunctions often, with it not being able to close all the way, leaving a gap between the door and the ground. However, my biggest complaint would be that the designated customer parking spots in front of the storage units' portion of the building are constantly filled with trucks and/or trailers, including the designated spot directly in front of the door. It is very inconvenient when trying to load or unload items and the renter has to park someplace in the lot. If you are going to advertise and have signs for designated parking for the storage units, they should be kept available for use by the renters.

While calling the location the phone just rings, then a customer service representative from a call center can't provide, change or update your info they can only take payment..they do not have an email address on file and we are told because Uhaul has 3 different computer systems..customer service via telephone is a tragedy..staff at the location did not enter correct info, initially , but very helpful otherwise
