Christina RThe man who attended me added 30 miles and did not itemized it. I ended up not using those extra miles but got billed as if it was a flat rate. When I asked for reimbursement they refused and said that it was part of the overall rate but I still paid extra. When I tried disputing it they refused. They didnt put it in the fine print. Horrible customer service and experience.

RAYMOND DJust rented an open trailer to haul decorative rock for a landscape project. The facility was amazingly clean as you would expect from a very new facility. The manager on site was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She even came out to hook the trailer up and checked all the lights before we left. Easily could've done that myself but i appreciated her attention to detail. I would definitely go back to this facility before renting from a satellite location in the area.
David RWe moved our daughter from Arizona to the Midwest. It was very easy, U-haul is the best moving service we have ever used, this was our 7thtime. The U-boxes arrived clean and well stocked with moving blankets. The communication was fantastic, I would highly recommend this for anyone who is considering moving.

RICHARD YI was told I had a 24 hour reservation with unlimited miles, when I got there 3 hours after I rented it, I got charged for miles…..I have no proof of this because I talked to them on the phone.

Kerry DDid have my truck, sent me to Nogales Arizona to get the truck. Got truck check engine light on, drove back to green valley to get trailer. Told them about engine light l and they gave me another truck a bigger one. The check engine light came on and stayed on my whole trip, truck had an exhaust leak and horrible fuel mileage my whole 19hr drive!

FRANCISCO JI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the return process at the Green Valley location. I arrived with a U-Haul truck and an attached car trailer. Due to limited parking and logistical constraints, I attempted to return the trailer first. I was informed that not only was a partial return disallowed, but I was also prohibited from temporarily staging the trailer on-site. This forced me to park the trailer on a public street, unload the truck elsewhere, and return later to complete the drop-off. This lack of flexibility and "figure it out yourself" attitude was highly unprofessional and added unnecessary labor to an already long day of travel. I expected a solution-oriented approach, not a dismissal of a clear logistical challenge.

EDWIN P | First ImpressionsThe trailer I rented was missing two clasps that should have been on one of the safety chains. The tires were not in bad shape but they were looking a little worn. I was concerned as I needed to tow ~ 6500 lbs. over 700 miles and partially on dirt roads. The tires held up fine. Ashley Fraley at Green Valley was awesome. She is super professional and totally took care of my concerns. Five star employee right there!

BRYAN BThere's an employee at this location who has no business being at the front. This employee goes by the name of Ty which for whatever reason is short for Tyler. This individual decided to make my experience harder than it had to be. My credit card wouldn't clear the transaction by $70. I had gone through so much before getting to U-Haul and getting the truck that day was the last bit of Hope my family had during a very difficult time. This individual would not work with me for negotiate with me or even treat me like a paying customer. When my card was declined this employee got up and went to lunch without ever saying anything to me at all. When I returned hours later with all the funds he did not even greet me or stand up when I sat down at his desk. He treated me as if I was just wasting his time and didn't have the money to rent the truck. The employee in training was kinder and made me feel more comfortable then Tyler who has obviously been doing this for a while. I feel bad for all those people who are treated like that before me and after me. It is my humble opinion the Tyler should be in the back making boxes because his attitude and lack of any customer service at all make him the last person that anyone should talk to when it comes to renting a U-Haul. I usually always go with Penske as they have consistent pricing and quality customer service. I had to go with U-Haul this time around because Penske did not have any small trucks. I am grateful that the drop off location and Sheridan Wyoming welcomed me and treated me as I deserved coming off such a long road trip.
Beau BJerked around as regards p/u location and drop off location as well as inundated with offers benefiting u-haul and treating me as a Uhaul employee; not a customer. Reps lying as to ability to receive truck return at contracted drop site. Shame on Uhaul.

CARLOS REven though I arrived during an internet outage, the person staffing the store was still able to complete my reservation using a little creativity. The facility looked inviting and well organized. The staff person assisted me with hookup and made sure everything was in order before I left.

DEANA GI called and inquired about renting a 10’ box truck. Quoted $20. Imagine my suprise when I returned the truck after 2.5 hours and 54 miles. $106 plus $10 of gas I put in. I understand all the extra charges but honestly, you’re first impression from the original reservation. Bait and switch, nope. Just a total lack of communication. Last time I’ll use you!

We moved from Colorado Springs to Sahuarita 7 month ago and did the same move again fir our Son out of the House into his Apartment in Grren Valley. ThecService these 2 young Ladies are giving can't be beaten. Helpful, thoughtful, caring, friendly and everything you want from a Business. This is definitely the Place I will recommend to anyone who needs a Truck and Storage. Thank you Ladies for helping us out today, you both are tge best.
