The only concern that I had was I picked up the vehicle at one location in Tulsa and had to bring it back to another location. Fortunately Amber was good enough to provide me a ride back to the facility. It would have been easier on all to have me just pick up and drop off at the same location. Dave

When I went in there was a new hire. She was slow and that is understandable. Today was her second day. There where only two people behind the counter. An experienced sales rep and her. He would have to stop. Help her out then go back to what he was doing. It was abnormally busy at the store at 9am. That is the only thing bad I have to say. Possibly have one more experienced person to help with trainees on weekends when it will be busy. Other than 45 minutes of wait time when I online ordered everything went smoothly. Drop off there where more people there and it only took 10 minutes. Like I said I understand the hold up. I'm just giving a suggestion for future.

The check out took longer than anticipated due to the computer freezing multiple times. The check-in went smoothly and quickly. The truck was a life saver, we could not have done the move without it. The truck operated well and was just what we needed. The inside needed to be swept out when at the time we rented it, so I swept it out. I also swept it out before I returned so the next renter would not have the same experience I did. Overall a very good experience.

Employees helpful when asked, but I would suggest training to greet each customer as they walk in and asking how can we help you today. Higher touch initiative, but would separate you from others.

The construction made it hard to get to the facility. There was a line of 8 people when I arrived and it took awhile to get someone to check us back in. I also waited outside for 10 mins. Prior to going in to look for someone to help me.

Truck reeked of cigarettes. And the customer attendant at the counter said we had to return the truck in Garland, TX after I requested the north Plano store 15 min from my home.

I believe that everyone there was and has been on top of their game. With all of the flooding and evacuations happening down the river the employees have been swamped with rentals of everything. Even when they had absolutely no stock of trucks they tried their best to show their sympathy for ones needing to move out of their homes and tried their best to find them something in the surrounding areas. Thank you for all of your help and professionalism.

Amber the GM was awesome any time i need to rent I will always be going back to her and her store to rent.. They have everything I need and know how to help.. They strive to make sure the people they have come in the doors are taken care of to the best they can do.

I was lied to at every turn. The web site said $263 the reservation agent said $263 plus 5 for something else and 10 for the ddolly which was useless since there was no ramp and it could not be used. I get to the pick up location and they say 263 +5=10 +56+100 I was very upset since no one said anything before and it was too late for me to make other arrangements. It would have been so much cheaper to rent from Enterprise and I would have if you had been up front with me to start with. Believe me when I say that I will never rent from UHaul again.

We waited in line for over an hour in a half, We had a reservation for 10:30a.m. The customer service was very, very poor, I will never rent for this company again.

Location was way under staffed. One person at 9:30 in morning. I had an hour wait with 4 people in front of me and there were at least 6 to 7 people behind me. The equipment was fine and the price was fine, but I got a late start because of the staffing. That is not a reflection on the individual, but rather is on management.

It is interesting that the door from the facility to the parking/pick up area is locked and that you have to go around the building to get into the sales office. This office was understaffed. I was the third in line when I arrived at 9:15 on Sunday Morning. The line got to be 5 deep before I was helped. There were still 3 people waiting when I went out to check out my trailer. WE even had one person come out to the lot and try to let the UHaul employee know that they were dropping off their truck and moving on.

The young lady at the counter was excellent - very professional; However, because she was the only person on duty it took an excessively long time to get service (almost 40 minutes) and there were only 2 ahead of me.

I went to U-haul to rent an enclosed trailer, figured I had my 2" ball on truck. As it turned out I came with a 21/4" ball. Asked if they had a loaner, and of course they said no, so decided to purchase a 2" ball, but had taken out my tools the day before, and they said they did not have any tools. Long story short, they have a whole garage full. THEY ARE JUST THERE TO SELL, FORGET HELPING, so now i have purchased another 2" ball with arm to go with my 5 or 6 I already have. Better to go to a small town dealer.

This location was fantastic for what was a last-minute need for a small truck. Staff was very professional and helped examine the truck because my ancient phone wouldn't take the app. The return time got delayed but when I called they were very understanding. Will definitely use this location again!

Retrain the staff I was there over 2 hours even with Express pass the employee says that's irrelevant very poor value to customers and low value for others time zero empathy for companies mistakes never will I ever use this service first and last

I was told that they close on Sunday at 7 because I wanted to make sure I received my deposit back. They were closed when I got there because they closes at 5. I called Monday to see about my refund and they said that I hadn't turned the truck in, that they would have someone call me back. They never called so I had my boyfriend call Wednesday and they said they didnt have me on file. I screen shorted my contract and sent it to him then they told him they would mail my deposit back to me. The address that the guy wrote isn't even the correct address. I have never had such a poor experience with renting a uhaul as I have this time. They were not helpful nor knowledgeable and now I'm worried I'm not going to receive my deposit back.

The lady and guy working today were completely nice and awesome! First time renting a u-haul but my entire experience with them and this location was absolutely great. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

It took an hour to rent the truck. Each person was 10 - 20 even tho we had reservations. Only one worker and 10 customers; lots of people who wanted boxes or other supplies had to walk out due to long line. She would leave the counter to help hook-up or check out the trucks -- just awful customer experience.

Could of explained the storage lot better by letting the person know that you have to walk up stairs and carry your stuff up 10 stairs because there's no way around it not know if the person is able

They tried to screw me over on refilling the fuel tank. $40.50 charge after I put $9 in the tank to return it to the original 1/4 full. Stealing!

The customer service was very bad at the Tulsa Oklahoma down town u haul store. The man renting me the u haul was very pushy in wanting to only rent me the u haul for a few hours only for 8 hours only. I don't like or recommend the Tulsa 504 East Archer Tulsa Oklahoma 74120 they give bad service. I'm unhappy with my uhaul experience on March 7 2019. They have hidden small print in their contracts.

The rep didn't know what he was doing, I decided to add a trailer because the truck did not have a ramp. He decided to help all the people that came into the store after we had completed my original agreement, I was here for 2 hours trying to get a truck and trailer.

I tried to check-in using the mobile app, but it kept shutting down. The wait was too long, so I kept trying using the app, but it didn’t work and when I finally got to the counter, none of the info I entered in the app was maintained on my account. Just a frustrating process.

Had to wait for 2 hours because there was no one that can fix the back door of the truck being frozen shut, i was unable to open it and the customer services at location don't know how to fix it. There was no wipers and it was raining and snowing, i was not able to see while driving.

I rented a trailer for one way and when I went to drop It off they said these trailers aren’t allowed on a one way rental so it cost me double. I specifically asked for a one way rental when I rented. I’m not happy but what can I do about it now!

Locks kept getting put in my storage unit by accident. Gaining access was always dramatic and never easy and the Elevator was broken multiple times when I was trying to move things in and out.

The customer service was horrendous. Also when I was moving stuff in to the unit I was kicked out of the building earlier than when it closed because the person on duty wanted to leave work early
