I will not return to this location. I requested a dolly with the truck. I did not get one. That's fine, we survived without it. However, I am still being charged for the dolly. When I returned the truck, I disagreed with the charges and wanted to dolly charge removed. I returned the truck after hours so I was told through the app that I would hear from someone within 48 hours. It has been a week, I have not heard from anyone and now I have received an email with charges that include the dolly.

At pickup the woman was very nice and helpful. At return, a different woman was not. My spouse drove the truck around back. I went inside because I didn't know if we needed to do anything else. Waited in line. Woman asked where the truck was- I told her it was around back and asked if I needed to do anything else. She barked at me to "toss the keys in the box. We are closing". There was 30 minutes left until closing time. If you don't want to deal with customers returning equipment at least have a sign up stating the process.

the cargo van had roaches. So nasty! We told the guy at the store and there was nothing said about making it right. This is the last time I will use Uhaul for anything!

The truck battery went dead I wasn't able to complete my job because by the time to wrecker service showed up it was too late! I returned uhaul and got charged! Maybe there should be someway for uhaul to know if they sent a mechanic/wrecker out there should be a complete refund if uhaul us returned! Then maybe the battery should've been checked before truck was driven off lot

I had reserved a furniture dolley. When I arrived, they told me there were none. If I reserve equipment, I expect it to be available or be contacted before I get there.
