I paid for a utility dolly. When I got home with the truck, I didn’t not have a dolly. I was not aware that the small truck did not come with one. And the attendant did not mention it. I came back to get it, and no one was at the front.

The young lady wanted to charge me a cleaning fee because the auto transport had winter road dust. It was 17 degrees in Omaha when I picked it up, an 34 degrees when I dropped it off, really. There was not any oil or anything. Thankful the manager saw it that way.

Have more security cameras in least expected areas. Example above the storage units on each floor overlooking the top of the cages. I made staff aware Friday 12/21 that my unit looked off. Explaining nothing I placed in the storage unit was in the correct spot. Was told by employees they don’t have keys and no longer cut locks, suggesting I check with family to see if they came to visit the unit for any reason. Double checked with family that I hadn’t given my key or card to visit the unit for any reason. Confirming that they hadn’t. Fast forward to 12/23. My mother, step dad and 2 brothers accompany me to my unit. As we’re removing my items I start to notice things I knew I had were no longer in my unit. Totes that had lids now had lids removed. Something I know had them on when I originally stored my item, a filling cabinet with business information in it was partially open with paperwork hanging out and obviously tossed in it. I noticed 3 separate spots within my unit where the cage looked like it had been lifted with a 2by4 slightly hanging over my cage. Assuming this item was used to enter my unit without setting off the alarm. I notified Amber and another employee at the front desk about what I noticed. This now being my second conversation with Amber about it. Amber then called a supervisor who I overheard saying I was SOL and not being remotely concerned that they have someone employee or patron who is going through units without having a worry in the world. The conversation so bad Amber had to hurry to turn down the volume so I couldn’t hear the last few seconds of the conversation but I can assume he didn’t care. I was then overcharged on my uhaul rental. I have spoke with Amber and she assured me she’d refund what I was overcharged but when I brought up the situations from 12/23, she was very unconcerned and rude. Sounding a bit irritated that I called to follow up on what happened. I’m very displeased with service especially since I paid as much as I had over the last year and a half you’d think they’d be a little more concerned. I’m sure more units are missing items they just haven’t noticed yet. I definitely think I would have been better off at an out door storage with concrete on all 4 sides. The alarm system is a joke your belongings aren’t remotely close to being safe at this storage facility. Cameras aren’t covering angles that obviously should be monitored. But I guess my loss should be their gain. So again I suggest cameras above the cage area. And in places you least expect need to be monitored.

We were unhappy that the Sand Springs location didn't have the trailer. The online service implied we could get it there. Two days later on the day of pick up, we were told via text that we had to pick up at the Archer location while we were on our way to the Sand Springs location. I thought it was poor timing.

The staff at this location were very friendly and accommodating. Over all my experience with Uhaul was better than withnother rental companies. I would suggest lettin your customers know that Mover Help is instructed not to bring any tools. I was very surprised when they just showed up in prepared for the job.

Let me start out by saying that the employee that helped me was very considerate and worked hard to fix the issues that I had with my reservation. when I made the reservation it was for a different location that was closer to me. I did not receive a notification that the location had changed until I went to pick the truck up. By that time, it was too late for me to go to the other location and still make it to work on time. I called this new location and was only able to leave a message with my situation and a return number to call. I didn't receive a call back, instead I found that my reservation was canceled when I was finally able to pick the truck up. This was four hours past the time I had reserved it for. The counter help explained the 2 hour policy they have and then proceeded to help me fix the situation and she replaced the truck with a larger one. In the end it all worked out, but was very stressful getting to that point.
