Lack of staff when they first opened. Used the app to check in and was unable to access the box with code provided. Had to wait over 30 mins, so the staff could use the key to open box 1. Truck was clean and ready which was nice.

The cargo light was out. I was moving during the night. This caused a huge delay in our moving process. It was incredibly frustrating. A simple maintenance check could have ensured that the light was working and made my ordeal a lot easier. I don't like that I had to pay the full price for such a poor experience.

When it is stated that you are renting a 15' truck, it would be assumed that you could get items 15' long in the truck. It is misleading that the 15' only applies to the storage area that extends over the cab of the truck.

this location was understaffed. Was told if I returned the trailer even 30 minutes late that I would be charged for a full day. However when I returned the trailer 3 hours early no credit was offered. Agent had a difficult time getting the rental rate correct for my reservation. the express check in feature online did not work so that created a delay in picking the trailer up.

You had excellent people during the week and during my check in. I was late 45 min coming back in. I expected to pay a fine. Was very unhappy with a full days rental fee. I was even more unhappy with how I was addressed and treated at your counter. I have paid approx $600 the past few weekends. Maybe not a lot to you. Maybe my business doesn't matter...you maid it very clear verbally today. The bottom line is, I have other options I could have chosen. I regret choosing UHaul. I will not be back. I will not allow myself to be disrespected and flipently written off as a I was today. You need to better train or be smarter on your employee selection.

There was only one person to assist about 6 people on Sunday afternoon, September 19, 2017. The wait to be helped caused us to be late leaving Tulsa. Because of that we could not reach the destination gate so we could leave the vehicle before it closed. Due to another deadline, we had to return on Tuesday to leave the vehicle and by the time we delivered the vehicle and got to the U-Haul office, it was closed and another day rental fee was charged. Not happy with the U-Haul service personnel.

I was quite disappointed with my recent experience with U-haul. It felt very chaotic. Not very good communication amongst the company at least not at the Archer location. The process was more complicated than necessary; even after already verifying my order 4x, it still didn't seem as though they had up to date records of my reservation and personal information the day of pick up. Not a pleasant experience.
