My truck was not at 24h pick up as I ordered it, so I had to wait one hour until they opened also they opens 15min late, my dolly wasn’t there. How can you not have my items I ordered 4 days in advance?! All in all my move got delayed 2h. I am very frustrated and the service was terrible. Don’t go there!

After explaining to the female rep of my needs, as I was Las Vegas, I still had a problem pocking up the truck. I thought the reservation and pickup were going on my card. She failed to advise that the pickup person (my elderly mother) needed to have anything to pick up the truck besidea to reservation number. This process of having to send money and place it on my mother's debit card took an additional hour; in which I had to pay movers for. This was a huge inconvenience.

Alarm for side door kept going off, even when it was closed, unless you slammed it shut. They didn't have an appliance dolly, so they put in a regular dolly and a strap, which we didn't use because we didn't want to scratch the appliances. I asked it to be taken off the bill, but they still charged for it.

This is really something else... I use haul quite a bit but I’ll never use or recommend this location. Absolute clown shoes. I stood in a completely unattended lobby for 20 minutes before any employee just happened by. My rental was until 3, I brought the truck back at 2ish.. I guess no one could be bothered to actually turn the truck in in there system till after 330 causing me an extra $20 charge. When I play this back in my head now I’m pretty sure this location is straight up scamming people bc when I brought the truck back “we have a long line of customers waiting, can we just email you the receipt” .. uh huh, well ya got me for $20 but I’ll make sure to turn anyone I can elsewhere. Hey site manager, you might roll back them cameras if you doubt me.. also watch your employees doing burn outs around your building as soon as they took it from me. Seriously- there are better places to rent a truck and if I was one of you actually storing something here I would give some thoughts to finding a more professional location.

I rented a truck for a day and brought back to the same day I took and was charged for an extra day. This was simply because I didn’t bring the truck back the time I said I would bring. It was not communicated that I was renting the truck per hour. So I simply assume it would be the day rate. I was charge for two days rental for one day rental. I will never do business with uhal ever again.

First, there was ONE person working there when we came in. I waited 2 hours to be helped. Despite checking in online, it took almost half an hour for the rep to get everything taken care of after reaching the counter. When I asked (quite politely I might add despite the wait) what we were waiting on, as the rep was still working on her computer ignoring me, she responded, "me." I think some education on customer service needs to happen ASAP. Also consider changing your staffing decisions. The two reps who came in as I was leaving were not friendly or welcoming to the customers waiting behind me. So it's obviously an education issue, not a personal one. There were no apologies made for the wait and no updates such as, "i have staff coming to help, i apologize for the wait." Get it together.

They told me they didnt have a truck and to call the 1800 number. However they did have the truck I needed. They were nice and apologized however it was inconvenient to have to leave and come back during a busy day.

Pickup: There was only one service man and he had multiple customers. I was the first one and after I checked in and got vehicle, notice that air pressure light was on. Went back in and had to wait approximately 15 minutes for the service man to finish with the current customer and air the tire. Needed more help. Drop Off: Still only one person. Had to find him as he was in parking lot talking to Cab Driver.

The air worked off and on. I would blow fine then stop then I hit a bump in the road or something it’ll come back on or if I went vent over 60 it didn’t blow through the vents. It was off and on the entire 4 hours of driving
